Abstract
【解決手段】 本発明は反射型画素電極のガルバニック反応を防止した有機電界発光表示装置及びその製造方法に係り、絶縁基板上に形成され、反射膜及び透明電極層で構成される画素電極と;画素電極の一部分を露出させる開口部を具備する画素定義膜と;開口部上に形成された有機膜と;絶縁基板全面に形成された上部電極を含み、反射膜は反射度が優秀であり、透明電極層と酸化−還元ポテンシャル差が0.3以下である物質からなる有機電界発光表示装置を提供することを特徴とする。

Claims (9)
- 絶縁基板上に形成され、反射膜及び透明電極層で構成される画素電極と;
前記画素電極の一部分を露出させる開口部を具備する画素定義膜と;
前記開口部上に形成された有機膜と;
前記絶縁基板全面に形成された上部電極と;を含み、
前記反射膜は反射度が優秀であり、前記透明電極層と酸化−還元ポテンシャル差が0.3以下である物質からなることを特徴とする有機電界発光表示装置。 - 前記反射膜はAl−Ni合金で構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機電界発光表示装置。
- 前記反射膜はNi含有量が10%以下であるAl−Ni合金で構成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の有機電界発光表示装置。
- 前記透明電極層はITOまたはIZOで構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機電界発光表示装置。
- 前記有機膜は発光層EMLを含み、
発光層、正孔注入層(HIL)、正孔伝達層HTL、正孔阻止層(HBL)、電子輸送層(ETL)、電子注入層(EIL)のうち少なくとも一つ以上の層を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機電界発光表示装置。 - 前記絶縁基板はガラス基板またはプラスチック基板であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機電界発光表示装置。
- 絶縁基板上に反射膜及び透明電極層を次々と積層する段階と;
前記反射膜及び透明電極層を同時にパターニングして画素電極を形成する段階と;
前記画素電極の一部分を露出させる開口部を具備する画素定義膜を形成する段階と;
前記開口部上に有機膜を形成する段階と;
前記絶縁基板全面に上部電極を形成する段階と;を含み、
前記反射膜は反射度が優秀であり、前記透明電極層と酸化−還元ポテンシャル差が0.3以下である物質からなることを特徴とする有機電界発光表示装置の製造方法。 - 前記反射膜はAl−Ni合金で構成されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の有機電界発光表示装置の製造方法。
- 前記反射膜はRFスパッタリング、DCスパッタリング、イオンビームスパッタリングまたは真空蒸着のうちいずれか一つを利用して形成することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の有機電界発光表示装置の製造方法。
