Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a power output device, a vehicle equipped with the same, and a control method thereof, and more particularly, a power output device capable of outputting power from an internal combustion engine and an electric motor to a drive shaft, a vehicle equipped with the power output device, and a control method thereof. About.
However, in the power output device described above, the catalyst of the purification device is warmed up early so that power can be output quickly from the internal combustion engine. Output is not taken into consideration. If power is output from the internal combustion engine while the catalyst is warming up, the exhaust from the internal combustion engine will not be sufficiently purified, and emissions will deteriorate.
It is an object of the present invention to provide a power output apparatus, a vehicle equipped with the power output apparatus, and a control method therefor for quickly outputting power from an internal combustion engine. Further, the power output device of the present invention, the vehicle equipped with the same, and the control method thereof are in a state in which the emission is maintained well even before the catalyst of the purification device for purifying the exhaust gas of the internal combustion engine is completely warmed up. One of the purposes is to output power from the internal combustion engine.
In order to achieve at least a part of the above-described object, the power output apparatus of the present invention, the automobile equipped with the same, and the control method thereof employ the following means.

Next, the operation of the
When the catalyst warm-up determination routine is executed, the
When the catalyst warm-up counter C is updated in this way, the updated catalyst warm-up counter C is compared with the threshold value C1 and the threshold value C2 (steps S320 and S330). Here, the threshold value C1 is set as a catalyst warm-up counter C that can be presumed that the warming-up of a part (inlet part) near the inflow port of the exhaust gas from the
When the catalyst warm-up counter C is smaller than the threshold value C1, it is determined that the warm-up is not completed even at the inlet portion of the catalyst, and this routine is terminated without doing anything. When the catalyst warm-up counter C reaches the threshold value C1, it is determined that the warm-up of the inlet portion of the catalyst has been completed, the
Next, drive control when the catalyst built in the
When the data is thus input, the required torque Tr * to be output to the ring gear shaft 32a as the drive shaft connected to the
When the required torque Tr * and the required power P * are thus set, the values of the catalyst warm-up flags F1 and F2 input in the data input process are checked (step S120). When the catalyst warm-up flags F1 and F2 are both 0, it is determined that the catalyst built in the
When the catalyst warm-up flag F1 is 1 and the catalyst warm-up flag F2 is 0 in step S120, the catalyst built in the
When the catalyst warm-up flags F1 and F2 are both 1 in step S120, it is determined that the entire catalyst built in the

Tm1 * = previous Tm1 * + k1 (Nm1 * −Nm1) + k2∫ (Nm1 * −Nm1) dt (2)

Tmax=(Wout−Tm1*・Nm1)/Nm2 …(3)
Tm2tmp=(Tr*+Tm1*/ρ)/Gr …(4)
Tmax = (Wout−Tm1 * ・ Nm1) / Nm2 (3)
Tm2tmp = (Tr * + Tm1 * / ρ) / Gr (4)
Thus, when the target engine speed Ne *, the target torque Te *, and the torque commands Tm1 *, Tm2 * of the motors MG1, MG2 are set, the target engine speed Ne * and the target torque Te * of the
