Abstract
【解決手段】第1の通路28に、入口室22から可変絞り27方向への流れのみを許容する第1の弁装置31を設け、第2の通路32と第3の通路33の間に、出口室23から制御圧力室25方向への流れのみを許容する第2の弁装置34を設け、制御弁体30を閉じている場合、入口室22内の圧力が高圧の時は第1の弁装置31を介して圧力媒体が制御圧力室25に導かれて第2の弁装置34によって出口室と遮断され、出口室23内の圧力が高圧の時は第2の弁装置34を介して圧力媒体が制御圧力室25に導かれて第1の弁装置31によって入口室と遮断される構成にした。

が成り立ち、シート弁体4にかかる圧力の釣り合いより、
Ac・Pc=As・Ps+Ar・Pr …(2)
が成り立つ。例えば、圧力源を高圧にしてパイロット制御弁10を作動させ、圧力媒体をシート弁を通過してアクチュエータに供給している状態から、パイロット制御弁10を閉じると、入口室7と制御圧力室8は流路5と連通しているため、入口室7内の圧力Psと制御圧力室8内の圧力Pcが等しくなり、

となり、シート弁体4は閉弁し、弁座2に着座した位置に保持され、アクチュエータの負荷圧側の圧力媒体を密閉し、アクチュエータが動作しないように保持することができる。

となり、シート弁体4が開弁してしまい、圧力媒体が逆流してしまう。

Claims (9)
- ハウジングに設けた入口室及び出口室と、ハウジング内に摺動自在に設けられ、前記入口室と出口室との間の開口量を制御するシート弁体と、このシート弁体の背面側のハウジングに設けられ、前記シート弁体を閉弁方向に付勢する制御圧力室と、前記シート弁体に設けられ、シート弁体の変位に応じて前記制御圧力室への開口量が変化する可変絞りと、前記入口室とその可変絞りとを連絡する第1の通路と、前記制御圧力室と出口室とを連絡するパイロット通路と、このパイロット通路に設けられたパイロット制御弁体とを備えた制御弁装置において、
前記第1の通路に設けられ、前記入口室から前記可変絞り方向への流れのみを許容する第1の弁装置と、
前記制御圧力室に連通する第2の通路と、
前記出口室に連通する第3の通路と、
この第2の通路と第3の通路の間に設けられ、前記出口室から制御圧力室方向への流れのみを許容する第2の弁装置とを備えたことを特徴とする制御弁装置。 - 請求項1記載の制御弁装置において、前記シート弁体の前記入口室に面する部分が弁座の半径方向外側に位置し、前記シート弁体の前記出口室に面する部分が弁座の半径方向内側に位置していることを特徴とする制御弁装置。
- 請求項1記載の制御弁装置において、前記シート弁体の前記入口室に面する部分が弁座の半径方向内側に位置し、前記シート弁体の前記出口室に面する部分が弁座の半径方向外側に位置していることを特徴とする制御弁装置。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項記載の制御弁装置において、前記第1の弁装置を前記シート弁体の内部に設けたことを特徴とする制御弁装置。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項記載の制御弁装置において、前記第1の通路の一部分と、前記第1の弁装置とをハウジング内に設けたことを特徴とする制御弁装置。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項記載の制御弁装置において、前記第2の通路と第3の通路のどちらか一方、又は両方を前記パイロット通路の一部と共通の通路としたことを特徴とする制御弁装置。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項記載の制御弁装置において、前記パイロット制御弁体の内部に、前記第2の弁装置と前記第2の通路及び第3の通路の一部を設け、前記第2の通路及び第3の通路の他の部分は前記パイロット通路と共通の通路としたことを特徴とする制御弁装置。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか1項記載の制御弁装置において、前記シート弁体を閉弁方向に付勢力を付与する弾性体を備えることを特徴とする制御弁装置。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか1項記載の制御弁装置を用いた圧力回路において、前記入口室が圧力源に接続され、前記出口室がアクチュエータの負荷保持側ポートに接続され、前記制御弁装置の閉弁時に前記圧力源の圧力を低下させる手段を備えることを特徴とする圧力回路。
