(評価方法)
被験者として女性10名にて、閉眼座位で実施した。刺激前安静30秒後、20秒間においを提示し、連続的な指血圧を連続指血圧計(フィナプレス;Ohmeda 2300)にて測定した。図1〜5に疑似糞尿臭Aのみ(対照)と疑似糞尿臭A及び各香料成分を被験者10名に提示したときの最高血圧の平均値と標準偏差の変化を示した。刺激前10秒間と比較し、危険率5%で有意差がある場合に星印をつけた。検定には対応のあるT検定を用いた。
