Abstract
【解決手段】外部の流路に接続される開口部が形成される略円筒状のバルブボディ部と、バルブボディ部の内部に収容される弁体を駆動するソレノイド部とを有する電磁アクチュエータと、流路が形成されてバルブボディ部が嵌入される嵌入部を有するブロックとの取付け構造であって、略先端部外周にシール部材が嵌着される傾斜面が形成される溝部を有するバルブボディ部と、バルブボディ部の軸方向に幅を有するシール部材と、シール部材を前記軸方向に付勢する付勢手段からなる構成とすること。

Description
この特許文献1に示される電磁弁においては、流体通路の異なる液圧装置に応じて、バルブボディ部が軸周方向に位置合わせさせるために、バルブボディ部14、ソレノイド部16、及び取付ブラケット18より構成される電磁弁10は、
組み付けに際しては、ポート20b〜20fがそれぞれ流体通路24〜32に位置合わせされるように、スプールハウジング20を軸周に回転させると共に、取付ブラケット18及びソレノイド部16を所要の角度に位置あわせた状態で、取付ブラケット18に設け、かしめ用突起18dにより、バルブボディ部14、ソレノイド部16、及び取付ブラケット18を互いにかしめ固定する内容が開示されている。

Claims (3)
- 外部の流路に接続される開口部が形成される略円筒状のバルブボディ部と、該バルブボディ部の内部に収容される弁体を駆動するソレノイド部とを有する電磁アクチュエータと、前記流路が形成されて前記バルブボディ部が嵌入される嵌入部を有するブロックとの取付け構造であって、外周にシール部材が嵌着される傾斜面が形成される溝部を有する前記バルブボディ部と、前記バルブボディ部の軸方向に幅を有する前記シール部材と、前記シール部材を前記軸方向に付勢する付勢手段からなることを特徴とする電磁アクチュエータの取付け構造。
- 前記シール部材は弾性部材であり、前記軸方向に平行な面に鋭角を有する変形部が付勢されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電磁アクチュエータの取付け構造。
- 前記傾斜面は前記バルブボディ部と前記シール部材との接触面に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1あるいは請求項2に記載の電磁アクチュエータの取付け構造。
