Abstract
【解決手段】 金属シアン錯体を含有する産業排水中にオゾンを注入するとともに紫外線を照射し、主として前記金属シアン錯体から遊離シアンを生成する第1分解工程と、該第1工程で生成した遊離シアン含有水にオゾンを注入して前記遊離シアンを窒素と二酸化炭素とに分解する第2分解工程とを含んでいる。さらに、第1分解工程及び第2分解工程で過酸化水素を注入する。

Claims (7)
- 産業排水中に含まれる金属シアン錯体を分解処理する産業排水の処理方法において、前記産業排水中にオゾンを注入するとともに紫外線を照射し、主として前記金属シアン錯体から遊離シアンを生成する第1分解工程と、該第1工程で生成した遊離シアン含有水にオゾンを注入して前記遊離シアンを窒素と二酸化炭素とに分解する第2分解工程とを含むことを特徴とする産業排水の処理方法。
- 前記第1分解工程及び第2分解工程の少なくともいずれか一方で過酸化水素を注入することを特徴とする請求項1記載の産業排水の処理方法。
- 産業排水中に含まれる金属シアン錯体を分解処理するための産業排水の処理装置において、前記産業排水が流入する槽内にオゾンを注入するオゾン注入手段及び紫外線を照射する紫外線照射手段を有する第1接触槽と、該第1接触槽から流出した第1処理水が流入する槽内にオゾンを注入するオゾン注入手段を有する第2接触槽とを備えていることを特徴とする産業排水の処理装置。
- 前記第1接触槽及び第2接触槽にオゾンを注入するオゾン注入手段は、前記第2接触槽から抜き出した処理水の一部を駆動流体としてオゾンを吸引し、吸引したオゾンが混合溶解したオゾン混合水を吐出して前記第1接触槽及び第2接触槽に供給する混気ジェットポンプであることを特徴とする請求項3記載の産業排水の処理装置。
- 前記混気ジェットポンプは、前記第1接触槽及び第2接触槽から排気される排オゾンを吸引する排オゾン吸引部を備えていることを特徴とする請求項4記載の産業排水の処理装置。
- 前記混気ジェットポンプは、過酸化水素を吸引する過酸化水素吸引部を備えていることを特徴とする請求項4記載の産業排水の処理装置。
- 前記第1接触槽及び第2接触槽の少なくともいずれか一方に、槽内に過酸化水素を注入する過酸化水素注入経路が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項3記載の産業排水の処理装置。
