Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a hole diameter change measuring device.
The hole diameter change measuring device according to the present invention is suitably used for measuring the hole diameter change of the hole wall of the borehole. Changes in the rock mass around the borehole can be measured through the hole diameter change of the borehole.
When measuring rock mass fluctuations using a borehole, a measuring device is usually fixed to the bottom of the borehole drilled in the vertical direction using a mortar, and the measuring device consists of a power line and a signal line. A container that constitutes a measuring device that is attached to a power source or recording device provided in a hole opening and that changes in response to rock fluctuations by a displacement measuring means attached inside the measuring device. Measure the wall displacement. When the measuring device is fixed with mortar, the change of the rock mass displaces the wall surface of the container that constitutes the measuring device via the mortar. Therefore, if the displacement of the container wall surface is measured, the fluctuation of the rock mass can be measured (Patent Document 1, 2).
If the rock mass fluctuation measuring device of the above-mentioned known technology is installed in the borehole, it is possible to monitor the rock mass fluctuation in the landslide area, monitor the rock mass fluctuation around the underground structure, monitor the rock mass fluctuation around the road tunnel, and the like. By monitoring rock mass fluctuations, it is possible to understand the state of stress accumulation in the rock mass, detect minute fluctuations accompanying the stress concentration that progresses before the rock mass collapse, and perform reinforcement work in advance to prevent rock mass collapse.
In addition, at construction sites where new excavations such as tunnels are used to use the underground space, drilling a borehole in the surrounding rock mass and installing a rock mass fluctuation measurement device in it will result in the tunnel floor accompanying the tunnel excavation. The state of surface deformation can be monitored. By monitoring rock mass fluctuations, it is possible to detect minute fluctuations in the rock mass due to stress concentration that progresses before the fracture of the tunnel wall surface, and to perform reinforcement work to prevent wall collapse before collapse.
It is important to predict the collapse in advance while monitoring the fluctuation of the rock mass, and to carry out reinforcement work for disaster prevention. However, the rock mass fluctuation measuring device is expensive, and the cost for drilling a borehole for installing the device is enormous. If the rock mass fluctuation measuring device can be reused or multiple rock mass fluctuation measuring devices can be installed in the same borehole, the rock mass fluctuation status, in other words, the stress accumulation state can be monitored at low cost.
When a rock mass fluctuation measuring device to which a composite cable according to a known technique is connected is installed in the borehole, the rock mass fluctuation measuring device fixed with mortar cannot be repaired and reused. It is necessary to dig a rock mass fluctuation measuring device to repair and reuse. For this purpose, the signal cable and the measuring device must be separated near the measuring device, the core diameter should be overcored with a larger diameter than the outer diameter of the rock mass fluctuation measuring device, and the rock mass fluctuation measuring device must be recovered.
Furthermore, during the overcoring operation, it is necessary to feed water with pressure applied to the borehole in order to cool the coring bit and remove fine rock particles produced by the coring. When the pressure of the pressurized water increases, the water penetrates into the rock mass fluctuation measuring device through the cut composite cable, and the electronic components inside the measuring device are damaged.
In addition, if a rock mass fluctuation measuring device is installed in the borehole, the composite cable connected to the rock mass fluctuation measuring device will be an obstacle, and it is not possible to install a new rock mass fluctuation measuring device in the same borehole. difficult. If the borehole is bent or is excavated in the horizontal direction, it becomes more difficult to install the rock mass fluctuation measuring device in the borehole.
Even if difficult work is performed and a rock mass fluctuation measuring device is installed, if the composite cable is sandwiched between the rock mass fluctuation measuring device and the wall of the borehole and the composite cable is deformed, the influence of the rock mass fluctuation measuring device The deformation of the side surface of the container is disturbed, and the fluctuation of the rock mass, in other words, the stress accumulation state cannot be measured accurately.

SUMMARY An advantage of some aspects of the invention is to solve at least one of the problems described above, and the configuration thereof is as follows.
A hole diameter change measuring device for measuring a hole diameter change in a borehole;
A flexible rod connected to the hole diameter change measuring instrument, wherein the flexible rod is not substantially deformed in the axial direction, and a flexible rod through which a signal line and a power line are passed;
A pore diameter change measuring device comprising:
According to the hole diameter change measuring apparatus configured as described above, since the hole diameter change measuring instrument is connected to the flexible rod, the hole diameter change measuring instrument can be set at an arbitrary position of the boring hole by extending or winding the flexible rod. it can. Here, since the flexible rod is not substantially deformed in the axial direction, the position where the hole diameter change measuring device is set is adjusted by the length of the flexible rod. Moreover, the movement of the set position of the hole diameter change measuring instrument is also arbitrary. Furthermore, since the flexible rod that does not substantially deform in the axial direction has sufficient rigidity in the axial direction, even if there is a resistance between the boring hole and the hole diameter change measuring device, this hole diameter change measuring device. Can be moved. Therefore, it is possible to set the hole diameter change measuring device at an arbitrary position in the boring hole regardless of whether the boring hole is bent or obliquely or laterally.
A flexible rod capable of setting a hole diameter change measuring device at an arbitrary position in a boring hole does not substantially change in the axial direction, but can be deformed in the radial direction and has great flexibility. . As a result, the flexible rod can be wound around a drum or the like, and is difficult to wind, making it easy to transport to a boring work site and improving workability on the site.
The flexible rod is preferably provided with a signal line and a power line as a medium for transmitting signals and power, and is passed from the proximal end to the distal end. A control signal can be sent from the control device outside the bore hole to the hole diameter change measuring device via the signal line, and the measurement signal of the hole diameter change measuring device can be sent to the arithmetic device outside the bore hole. The power line supplies electrical energy to the drive unit of the hole diameter change measuring device.
An FRP rod can be used as such a flexible rod. The FRP rod is a resin rod reinforced with a reinforcing fiber such as carbon or aramid or a film thereof, and a signal line and a power line continuous in the axial direction are passed through the FRP rod. The signal line and the power line are preferably covered with a highly heat-resistant fluororesin tube (or metal tube). A bundle of carbon fibers can also be used as a flexible rod.
The FRP rod and the carbon fiber bundle are preferably covered with a weather-resistant resin skin.
This flexible rod can be formed to the same diameter by extrusion molding. At this time, it is preferable to extrude the FRP part (part of the bundle of carbon fibers) and the outer skin using a fluororesin pipe into which the signal line and the power line are inserted as a core material.
By inserting the hole diameter change measuring instrument into the flexible rod, a plurality of hole diameter change measuring instruments can be set in the borehole. In this case, the hole diameter change measuring instrument is provided with a signal bypass line and a power supply bypass line. Using these bypass lines, the flexible rod signal line and power supply line on the upper side (boring hole side) and the lower side (boring bottom) It is preferable to connect the signal line and the power line of the flexible rod on the side. Furthermore, an amplification device can be interposed in each bypass line. Thereby, it becomes possible to supply a sufficient power signal and power even to a long boring hole.
By using a plurality of hole diameter change measuring instruments, it is possible to simultaneously measure hole diameter changes at a plurality of points in the borehole, that is, rock mass fluctuation. When monitoring the rock mass change at the excavation site of a tunnel, etc., to grasp the accumulated state of stress, the more monitoring locations, the larger the number of data, and the higher the probability that tunnel collapse will be predicted. In addition, since the rock fluctuations at a plurality of locations can be measured with one borehole (in the known technique, a borehole is required for each measurement location), the total construction cost of measurement is reduced.
According to the present invention, when the hole diameter change measuring instrument reaches the end of its life or when maintenance is required, it can be taken out of the borehole, replaced or repaired, and returned to the borehole again. It can also be reused in other boring holes. As a result, the economic burden on the user is reduced.
As a boring hole measuring device coupled to the flexible rod provided in the present invention, in addition to and simultaneously with the above hole diameter change measuring device (displacement meter), crustal movements such as an azimuth meter, a thermometer, a hydrometer, etc. A measuring device for measuring (geological phenomenon) can be used. If the flexible rod of this invention is used, these measuring devices can be set at any position of the borehole alone or simultaneously. In addition, the measuring device can be moved, and the measuring device can be set at an arbitrary position in a bent boring hole or an oblique or lateral boring hole.
When measuring rock fluctuations in a borehole, it is important to know the direction in which the hole diameter changes. Therefore, it is possible to identify the direction in which the hole diameter change has occurred using a magnetic azimuth meter. In addition, the measurement result of the pore diameter change measuring device can be corrected using the pressure data by the water pressure gauge or the temperature data by the thermometer.
An optical fiber can be used as the signal line embedded in the flexible rod. By introducing laser light into the optical fiber from the outside of the borehole, radiating it from the bore diameter change measuring device inside the borehole, and receiving the reflected light, the change in the bore diameter can be measured. It is effective to use the measurement of the hole diameter change using light at a measurement place in a high temperature environment where an electronic measuring device destroys an electronic component and a mechanical device causes deformation.
If an optical fiber is used, the direction can be measured more reliably by a gyrocompass using light. Further, the high information transmission capability of the optical fiber makes it possible to transmit image information, and an image device such as a CCD can be used as a measuring apparatus.
