Description

The present invention relates to a sealant for forming a wound protective film that performs a function of covering and protecting the outside of a wound instead of or in addition to an emergency bandage or gauze, and an aerosol tube used for injecting the sealant.

Conventionally, for wounds such as cuts, injuries, and abrasions on the skin, apply a medicine to the wound and directly apply a first-aid adhesive plaster with a cloth on the wound, or apply gauze to the wound that has been applied with the medicine. The treatment such as wrapping a bandage or applying a bandage from above was applied.

By the way, in order to protect various finished products (products) produced in factories and the like from wear and corrosion during transportation and storage, they are first applied to the finished products and then finished products when necessary. As a paint that can be peeled off without damaging the film, “strippable coating” (that is, plastic paint) such as vinyl plastic sol, ethyl cellulose, synthetic rubber latex, etc. has already been known (for example, see Non-Patent Document 1). The strippable coating is applied to the surface of the finished product by dipping, spraying, roll coating, or the like according to the material, shape, etc. of the finished product.
Book “Plastic Large Dictionary” published by Industrial Research Co., Ltd.

As described above, if you apply an emergency bandage with a patch directly on the wound, or apply gauze, etc. Water easily soaks into the wound through, for example, when bathing, cooking, washing, and other water work, so that the wound is not wetted, gloved from the outside, covered with a waterproof sheet, wrapped, etc. The waterproofing treatment was specially taken.

However, such a waterproofing treatment is troublesome, and if the treatment is poor, the waterproofing function may be incomplete and water leakage may occur, and not only the wound and its vicinity but also the surroundings are wider than necessary. There was a need to waterproof treatment.

Therefore, the present inventor said that the strippable coating is
(1) Fully waterproof,
(2) be harmless to human body,
(3) It is peelable, easy to peel off after application, and does not damage the object to be applied.
(4) Be relatively flexible,
If you apply this strippable coating directly on the upper side of the wound or through gauze and dry it, you can cover and protect the upper side of the wound in a completely waterproof state. It was also found that this protective film was easy to use and easy to use.

The present invention has been made in view of the above, and has made it possible to easily and accurately form a completely waterproof wound protective film by simply applying from the upper side of the wound, taking advantage of the properties of the strippable coating. It aims at providing the sealing agent for protective film formation, and the aerosol pipe | tube for the sealing agent injection.

In order to achieve the above object, the invention of claim 1 is for forming a wound protective film which is applied to the upper side of a wound so as to form a wound protective film which covers the wound and can be peeled off by hand. It is a sealing agent and is mainly composed of a strippable coating, and is characterized in that it becomes the wound protective film when applied to the upper side of the wound and solidified.

The invention of claim 2 is characterized in that, in addition to the feature of the invention of claim 1, at least one of a disinfectant and a therapeutic agent for wounds is contained.

According to a third aspect of the present invention, there is provided an aerosol tube for injecting a sealing agent, which is filled with the sealing agent for forming a wound protective film according to the first aspect and a high-pressure gas, and is sealed from a nozzle that can be manually opened and closed. It is characterized in that the agent can be sprayed at any time toward the wound.

As described above, since the sealant for forming a wound protective film of the present invention has a strippable coating as a main component, the wound is completely shielded from water and dust by simply applying it on the wound top and drying it. The wound protective film can be easily formed and is convenient, and the wound protective film is harmless to the human body, is relatively soft, has a good fit to the skin, and does not feel strange. Since the protective film can be easily peeled off by hand, it is optimal as a wound protective film with waterproof and dustproof functions, and it is easy to use. It can be surely protected.

In particular, according to the invention of claim 2, since the sealing agent for forming a wound protective film contains at least one of a disinfectant and a therapeutic agent for a wound, the disinfectant and the therapeutic agent are not included. However, by simply applying this sealant to the wound, emergency care and hemostasis can be performed accurately, and bacterial infection and suppuration can be effectively prevented.

In particular, according to the invention of claim 3, the sealing agent for forming a wound protective film and the high-pressure gas are filled in the aerosol tube, and the sealing agent can be sprayed to the wound at any time from an open / close nozzle that can be manually operated. As a result, the sealing agent can be sprayed onto the wound and the periphery thereof and applied uniformly thinly, and it is not necessary to apply the sealing agent thinly with a fingertip, so that convenience is further improved.

Embodiments of the present invention will be specifically described below based on the embodiments of the present invention illustrated in the accompanying drawings.

In the attached drawings, FIG. 1 is an explanatory view showing a first use example in which a wound protective film is formed on the upper side of a wound of a hand using the wound protective film forming sealant according to the present invention, and FIG. FIG. 3 is an enlarged sectional view taken along line 2-2, FIG. 3 is an explanatory view for explaining the process of forming the wound protective film in the first embodiment over time and schematically, and FIG. 4 shows the wound protective film in the second embodiment. FIG. 5 is a diagram illustrating a second use example in which a wound protective film is formed on the upper side of a hand wound by using the sealing agent for forming a wound protective film according to the present invention. FIG. 6 is an enlarged sectional view taken along line 6-6 of FIG.

As illustrated in FIGS. 1 and 2, the wound protective film F is applied to the surface of the skin H of the back of the hand using the wound protective film forming sealant S of the present embodiment and the wound 1 and the medicine applied thereto. 2 are laminated and formed so as to cover 2.

This wound protective film-forming sealing agent S is filled together with a high-pressure gas in an aerosol tube A having the same structure as an aerosol tube conventionally used for spraying insecticides or the like as shown in FIG. A nozzle N that can be manually opened and closed is attached to the top of the aerosol tube A, and the sealing agent S can be sprayed from the nozzle N toward the wound 1 of the skin H at any time.

Further, the sealing agent S for forming a wound protective film is accommodated in a tube C similar to the tube for a conventional ordinary ointment-like coating as shown in FIG. 4 in place of the aerosol tube A as described above. In this case, the tube T can be applied to the wound 1 by opening the lid T of the tube C and compressing or deforming the torso to remove the internal sealing agent S directly or with a finger. In this case, the viscosity of the wound protective film forming sealant S is set higher.

In the illustrated example, the sealant S for forming a wound protective film is mainly composed of a transparent or translucent liquid vinyl plastisol as a strippable coating. The strippable coating (vinyl plastisol) is mixed with a solvent for reducing the inherent viscosity of the strippable coating (vinyl plastisol) so as to obtain an appropriate viscosity as a sealant. As the solvent, those which are harmless to the human body are selected, and the drying function inherent to the strippable coating (vinyl plastisol) (that is, the function of drying and curing in a relatively short time after application) and the peeling function after drying. Those having physical properties that do not impair (that is, a function that can be easily peeled off by hand after drying) are selected.

As such a solvent, for example, limonene can be selected. This limonene is a natural hydrocarbon component extracted from the peels of citrus fruits such as mandarin oranges, is colorless and transparent, harmless to humans, and is soluble in a strippable coating (vinyl plastisol). The inherent viscosity and stickiness of the coating (vinyl plastisol) decreases. Therefore, by selecting such a blending amount of the solvent, it is possible to set an appropriate viscosity as a sealing agent for forming a wound protective film.

FIG. 3 shows an example in which the wound protective film forming sealant S filled in the aerosol tube A is sprayed to the wound 1. In this case, first, as shown in FIG. 3 (a), a medicine 2 such as a disinfectant or a therapeutic agent is applied to the wound 1, and then the top of the nozzle N is pushed as shown in FIG. Is sprayed toward the wound 1. Thereby, as shown in (c), the sealing agent S is uniformly and thinly applied to the wound 1 and its peripheral part, and this is dried and solidified as it is, thereby forming a waterproof wound protective film F. .

And when the aerosol pipe | tube A is used for applying the sealing agent S in this way, it is only necessary to spray the sealing agent S from the nozzle N toward the wound 1, and it is necessary to spread the sealing agent S thinly with a fingertip. Therefore, convenience is good.

FIG. 4 shows an example in which the wound protective film forming sealant S contained in the tube C is sprayed onto the wound 1. In this case, first, as shown in FIG. 4 (a), the wound 1 is coated with a medicine 2 such as a disinfectant or a therapeutic agent, and then the lid T of the tube C is opened as shown in FIG. By pressing the body portion of the tube, an appropriate amount of the sealant S is pushed out from the tip of the tube C toward the wound 1. Thereafter, as shown in (c), the sealant S is spread and flattened with a fingertip or the like, so that the sealant S is uniformly and thinly applied to the wound 1 and its peripheral part. Thereby, the sealing agent S is dried and solidified as it is, so that a waterproof / dustproof wound protective film F is formed.

Since the wound protective film-forming sealant S applied on the upper side of the wound 1 as described above has a strippable coating as a main component, the wound 1 is simply applied and solidified on the upper side of the wound 1. The wound protective film F that is completely shielded from water and dust and can be easily formed is convenient, and the wound protective film F is harmless to the human body and relatively flexible as a property of the strippable coating. Since it is well-familiar to the skin and does not feel uncomfortable, the wound protective film F can be easily peeled off by hand after use, so it is optimal as a wound protective film having a waterproof and dustproof function, It is easy to use and can reliably protect the wound from getting wet during bathing or water work.

The wound protective film F is naturally peeled off from the skin over time. However, if it is desired to remove the wound early, for example, the protective film F may be peeled off with a fingernail or an appropriate tool. As shown by the double-dashed line, the outer edge of the protective film F is picked up with a finger and peeled off so that it can be easily removed by hand. In addition, since the wound protective film F thus peeled off is harmless, it can be discarded anywhere and there is no need to pay attention to the disposal place.

In particular, if the wound protective film-forming sealant S contains at least one of a disinfectant and a therapeutic agent for wounds, the sealant S can be used even if no disinfectant or therapeutic agent is present. By simply applying it to the wound, emergency care and hemostasis can be performed accurately, and bacterial infection and suppuration can be effectively prevented.

The drying time of the wound protective film forming sealant S, the hardness, thickness, and odor of the wound protective film F are the composition of the strippable coating (for example, vinyl plastisol) and the blending ratio of this with a solvent (for example, limonene). It is possible to adjust as appropriate by changing.

Further, FIGS. 5 and 6 show a second usage example in which the wound protective film F is formed on the upper side of the wound 1 of the hand skin H using the wound protective film forming sealant S according to the present invention.

In this use example, after applying the medicine 1 to the wound 1, the gauze G is applied, the gauze G is fixed with the adhesive bandage 3, and the sealing agent S for forming a wound protective film is applied to the upper side of the gauze G and the adhesive bandage 2. Apply the same method as above.

In this case, as shown in FIG. 6, the sealing agent S penetrates into the gauze G cloth so that the entire cloth can exhibit waterproofness. That is, the gauze G is mixed and flexible, and the skin is familiar. A wound protective film F having a thickness is formed. When the wound protective film F is peeled off, the gauze G integrated with the film F can be peeled off.

As mentioned above, although the Example of this invention was explained in full detail, this invention can perform a various design change in the range which does not deviate from the summary.

For example, in the above embodiment, the wound-protecting sealing agent S is applied to the upper side of the wound 1 coated with the medicine 2, but the sealing agent S is applied to the upper side of the wound 1 not coated with the medicine. It may be applied directly or with gauze G interposed therebetween.

In the above-described embodiment, the case where vinyl plastisol is used as the strippable coating as the main component of the wound-protecting sealant S has been described, but instead of this, other strippable coatings such as ethyl cellulose and synthetic rubber latex are used. Of course, it may be used.

Moreover, in the said Example, although transparent or translucent strippable coating (vinyl plastisol) was made into the main component of the sealing agent S for wound protection, the harmless pigment, dye, lame, etc. were mixed with this suitably. Seals of various colors and patterns may be obtained, and an opaque strippable coating may be the main component.

Moreover, in the said Example, the sealing agent S for wound protection was spray-applied to the wound 1 with the aerosol pipe | tube A (FIG. 3), and the sealing agent S for wound protection S was accommodated in the tube C with a lid, The tube C is applied to the wound 1 from the opening of the tube C (FIG. 4). However, in the present invention, the wound protective sealant is placed in a relatively small tank with a lid (container) such as a Manukia bottle. The sealant may be applied to the wound with a brush attached to the lid.
