Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an improvement in a sensor signal processing apparatus.
In general, when feedback control is performed by an arithmetic processing unit or the like based on a state quantity detected by the sensor, the arithmetic processing unit can process only a digital signal, and therefore processes an analog voltage signal output from the sensor. In this case, it must be converted into a digital signal via an A / D converter.
Here, if an expensive A / D converter and an arithmetic processing device are used, the signal processing device and the entire device become expensive. From the cost aspect, the cost of the A / D converter and the arithmetic processing device is minimized. Is preferred.
Therefore, A / D converters and arithmetic processing devices with high resolution (reading voltage per bit) are very expensive. Therefore, it is desirable to use A / D converters and arithmetic processing devices with low resolution as much as possible.
However, with an A / D converter or arithmetic processing device with low resolution, for example, when controlling a high-output motor, particularly when a minute current must be controlled, there is a risk that sufficient control cannot be performed. There is.
Therefore, in order to increase the resolution of sensor output, there is one in which a signal processing device is provided between the sensor and the A / D converter. As this type of signal processing device, for example, when a digital signal overflows when a voltage signal detected by a sensor is converted into an analog signal and a digital signal by an A / D converter, or when the voltage signal reaches a full range, Devices that reduce the gain multiplied by a voltage signal by an amplifier (for example, see
However, in the above signal processing device, when changing the gain or changing the reference voltage, an arithmetic processing device is used and a dedicated circuit is used. It becomes expensive.
Accordingly, the present invention has been developed to improve the above-described problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a signal processing apparatus that is inexpensive and does not require control.
In order to achieve the above object, a signal processing device according to the present invention is a signal processing device that processes a voltage signal output from a sensor, and amplifies and outputs the voltage signal at least when the voltage signal is within a certain range. And amplifying means for continuously changing the voltage.
According to the present invention, it is possible to improve the control performance by increasing the resolution in a spot manner when the voltage signal is within a certain range.
In addition, unlike the conventional signal processing device, when the gain is changed or the reference voltage is changed, the arithmetic processing device is not used, but a dedicated circuit is used. Therefore, it is necessary to control the signal processing device itself. There is no. In addition, since it is not necessary to change the gain and the reference voltage each time, it is not necessary to mount an element for changing the signal, so that the signal processing apparatus is inexpensive. Further, since the output voltage of the signal processing device with respect to the voltage signal has a one-to-one relationship and the change in the output voltage is continuous, no special processing is required on the arithmetic processing device side. Responsiveness is improved and malfunction can be prevented.
Furthermore, since it is not necessary to change the gain and reference voltage each time as compared with the conventional signal processing device that makes the gain and reference voltage variable, it is not necessary to mount an element for changing the element, etc. As a result, the variation in products due to the accuracy of the signal processing device can be eliminated, so that the variation in products of the signal processing apparatus can be reduced.

FIG. 1 is a block diagram in which a signal processing device according to an embodiment is applied to a motor. FIG. 2 is a block diagram conceptually showing the signal processing apparatus according to the embodiment. FIG. 3 is a diagram illustrating a relationship between a voltage output from the signal processing device and a voltage signal output from the sensor according to the embodiment. FIG. 4 is a circuit diagram of a signal processing device according to an embodiment. FIG. 5 is a conceptual diagram of an electromagnetic shock absorber to which the signal processing device according to one embodiment is applied.
As shown in FIG. 1, a
Incidentally, the motor M is provided with U, V, and W three-phase coils, and a
The drive circuit 5 is for driving the motor M in accordance with a drive command output from the
That is, the
As shown in FIG. 2, the
Therefore, for example, the gain of the first amplifier A1 is 0.62, the gain of the second amplifier A2 is 2.38, the gain of the third amplifier A3 is 2.38, and the first voltage value Assuming that V1 is 2.1v and the second voltage value is 2.9v, the relationship between the voltage signal V0 output from the
Then, for example, if the A /
Therefore, in the
Here, the first voltage value V1 and the second voltage value V2 are values that determine a gain change point of the voltage signal V0. In the present embodiment, the range in which the voltage signal V0 is amplified with a large gain. Is a range from the first voltage value V1 to the second voltage value V2. It should be noted that the gain is increased only when the voltage signal V0 is equal to or lower than the first voltage value V1, or the gain is increased only when the voltage signal V0 is equal to or higher than the second voltage value. By making the first voltage value V1 and the second voltage value V2 and the gain appropriate according to the device to be used, it is possible to perform optimal control for the device to which this signal processing device is applied. That is, when the voltage signal V0 is within an arbitrary range divided by the first voltage value V1 and / or the second voltage value, it is possible to improve the control performance by increasing the resolution in a spot manner. Become. In the present embodiment, since the gain is increased when the voltage signal V0 output from the
In addition, unlike the conventional signal processing device, when the gain is changed or the reference voltage is changed, the arithmetic processing device is not used, but a dedicated circuit is used. Therefore, it is necessary to control the signal processing device itself. There is no. In addition, since it is not necessary to change the gain and the reference voltage each time, it is not necessary to mount an element for changing the signal, so that the signal processing apparatus is inexpensive. Further, since the output voltage Vd of the
Furthermore, since it is not necessary to change the gain and reference voltage each time as compared with the conventional signal processing device that makes the gain and reference voltage variable, it is not necessary to mount an element for changing the element, etc. As a result, the variation in products due to the accuracy of the signal processing device can be eliminated, so that the variation in products of the signal processing apparatus can be reduced.
Although the
For example, as shown in FIG. 4, the specific
The first voltage value V1 inverted and input to the operational amplifier OP2 is input as a voltage obtained by dividing a voltage source provided separately by the variable resistor VR1, and the voltage divided by the variable resistor VR1 is a voltage follower circuit. The signal is input to the operational amplifier OP2 through H1. Then, it is possible to change the first voltage value V1 by adjusting the resistance value of the variable resistor VR1, and in this embodiment, it is adjusted to be 2.1v. The second voltage value V2 inverted and input to the operational amplifier OP3 is also input as a voltage obtained by dividing a voltage source provided separately by the variable resistor VR2, and the voltage divided by the variable resistor VR2 is a voltage follower circuit. The signal is input to the operational amplifier OP3 through H2. The second voltage value V2 can be changed by adjusting the resistance value of the variable resistor VR2. In the present embodiment, the second voltage value V2 is adjusted to be 2.9v. Each of the operational amplifiers OP1, OP2, OP3, and OP4 is connected to an 8v power supply on the positive power supply side so that it always outputs a voltage of 0 or more and can output 5v that is the maximum voltage output from the
In the present embodiment, as described above, since the gain of the first amplifier A1 is 0.62, the resistance ratio of the amplification resistors R1 and R2 is R1: R2 = 0.62: 1. The resistance ratio of the amplifying resistors R5 and R6 and the voltage dividing resistors R3 and R4 of the second amplifier A2 to the amplifying resistors R9 and R10 and the voltage dividing resistors R7 and R8 of the third amplifier A3 is set as follows: R3: R4 = R5: R6 = R7: R8 = R9: R10 = 1: 2.38. Further, in the arithmetic unit A4, in order to bisect the output of the operational amplifier OP1 and the voltage output from the operational amplifier OP2, resistors R11 and R12 having the same capacitance are connected in series in a circuit connecting the output terminal of the operational amplifier PO1 and the output terminal of the operational amplifier OP2. The resistor R11 and the resistor R12 in the circuit are connected to the non-inverting input terminal of the operational amplifier OP4, and the output terminal side of the operational amplifier OP3 is connected to the inverting input terminal of the operational amplifier OP4 via the resistor R13. And is further connected to the output terminal side of the operational amplifier OP4 via a resistor R14.
The specific
As described above, the
In the above, the control of the motor M, particularly the control of the high-power motor, particularly when the current flowing through the coil of the motor M is used to improve the control near 0, the effect is high. In the
Incidentally, the motor M is used as a damping force generating element of an electromagnetic shock absorber mounted on a vehicle, that is, as shown in FIG. 5, the electromagnetic shock absorber is converted into a motor M and a rotary motion into a linear motion. The ball screw
In the present embodiment, the case where the sensor output of the current sensor is processed has been described. Needless to say, it is possible to process the signal output by the sensor that detects the state quantity.
