Abstract
【解決手段】セメント系基板1の着色表面層1aの構成材料であるセメント又はその混合物の明度L*を50以上としかつ色差△E*を3以内に限定する。

Description
セメント系基板1として木質セメント板を用いた。その着色表面層1a、芯層1b、裏面層1cの具体的な構成例は次のとおりである。まず、着色表面層1aとしては、ポルトランドセメント50重量部と蓉花珪石粉20重量部を混合して、明度L*の上限が59.7で下限が58.4、色差ΔE*が1.3である2種類のセメント混合物を得た。この2種類の各々のセメント混合物70重量部に対し、それぞれ、木質材料としての漂白パルプ18重量部と、無機質発泡体としてのパーライト17重量部と、無機質着色顔料2重量部と、硬化促進剤等の添加剤3重量部と、それに適量の水とを加えて、2種類のベージュ色の着色表面層用の半乾式成形組成物を得た。
上記実施例と同様に、セメント系基板に木質セメント板を用いた。その着色表面層の構成例としては、明度L*が50.3及び53.5で色差ΔE*が3.3の2種類のポルトランドセメント50重量部に対し、それぞれ木質材料としての漂白パルプ18重量部と、無機質発泡体としのパーライト17重量部と、珪石粉20重量部と、実施例と同じ無機質着色顔料2重量部と、硬化促進剤等の添加剤5重量部と、それに適量の水とを加えて、2種類のベージュ色の着色表面層用の半乾式成形組成物を得た。

Claims (3)
- セメント系基板の少なくとも表面に着色表面層が形成され、該着色表面層の表面に透明性樹脂塗材層が形成されたセメント系化粧板において、
上記着色表面層の構成材料として、明度L*が50以上でかつ色差ΔE*が3以内である、セメント又はその混合物の少なくとも一方が用いられていることを特徴とするセメント系化粧板。 - セメントは、普通ポルトランドセメントと白セメントとの混合セメントであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のセメント系化粧板。
- セメント混合物は、セメントと、該セメントよりも明度L*が高いケイ酸質粉末材料とからなることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のセメント系化粧板。
