Abstract
Description
The present invention, for example, is inserted into a pair of parallel loader grooves arranged on a load carrier floor such as a dedicated cargo vehicle or a warehouse, and the load on the load carrier floor (loading portion) is moved up and down to a predetermined position and stored. It is related with the loader for doing.
As this type of loader, a “loader” (hereinafter referred to as “conventional loader”) described in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2001-106488 has been proposed. A conventional loader includes a base body having a roller capable of traveling in a rail, a cargo bed body in which a load receiving part rises above a floor surface or falls below a floor surface via a guide means, and the cargo bed The base body and the carrier body form a loader body.
The conventional method of using a loader is to first insert the loader body into a pair of parallel rails, then place the load together with the pallet on the floor just above the rail, and then attach the actuator to the end of the loader body. After installation, the handle lever is inserted into the receiving portion of the guide means, raised on the loader body, and the handle lever is tilted by rotating about 45 degrees counterclockwise about the receiving portion. By this rotation, the load receiving part of the loading platform rises above the floor surface through the guide means, so the load is lifted together with the pallet by the load receiving part, and in this state, hold the tilted handle lever like a handcart. The loader body is moved along the rail, and when reaching a predetermined load loading position, the movement is stopped and the handle lever is returned to the original position. By the returning operation, the loading platform is lowered and the load receiving part is accommodated in the rail. When the load on the load receiving part is set on the floor surface, the loader body is moved backward to the original position, and the cargo handling operation is completed.
Since the conventional loader can be entirely accommodated in the loading platform floor, the loading and unloading of the load can be carried out smoothly, and the cargo handling work can be carried out easily and quickly. However, there are the following problems. That is, in a conventional loader, in order to move the loading platform while moving the handle lever by pulling the handle lever, a large force is required for pulling, requiring labor for the handle work for the worker, It was a big burden.
An object of the present invention is to reduce a loader operation burden on an operator and facilitate a cargo handling operation.

Here, the roller replacement mechanism 9 will be described with reference to FIGS. 1, 2, and 4 to 7.

The
The

As shown in FIGS. 1, 10, and 11, the operation rod 3 is provided with a

The
The
Normally, as shown in FIGS. 12A and 13A, the

According to the loader shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, when the
