Abstract
【解決手段】一端が閉じられた円筒形状の側面部11cの中央に穴部11dを設けるとともに、その側面部11cに絶縁層12を介して歪抵抗素子13を直接形成した基材11と、この基材11の開放端から同軸に差し込まれたコイルバネ15と、このコイルバネ15の一端に当接する段付き部14aをもち、かつ前記穴部11dに一部が突き出すように差し込まれた入力軸14と、この入力軸14の突き出た部分に抜け止めを有する構造とすることにより、構造信頼性が高く取り扱いの容易な踏力センサを提供することができる。

Claims (6)
- 一端が閉じられた円筒形状の側面部の中央に穴を設けるとともに、その側面部に絶縁層を介して歪抵抗素子を直接形成した基材と、この基材の開放端から同軸に差し込まれたコイルバネと、このコイルバネの一端に当接する段付き部をもち、かつ前記穴に一部が突き出すように差し込まれた入力軸と、この入力軸の突き出た部分に抜け止めを有する構成とした踏力センサ。
- 基材の円筒部の外周面にねじを設けた請求項1に記載の踏力センサ。
- 入力軸の段付き部に基材の円筒部の内径よりも大きい外径をもつ第1の止め具を挿入し、コイルバネに当接するとともに所定の荷重まで前記コイルバネが撓むと前記第1の止め具が前記基材に当接して、それ以上の荷重がかからないような構成とした請求項1に記載の踏力センサ。
- 基材は側面部と円筒部を機械的に結合した構成とし、前記側面部には歪抵抗素子と処理回路が一体に形成された請求項1に記載の踏力センサ。
- ブレーキアームと、一端が回動自在な第1の軸により前記ブレーキアームに取り付けられ他端がマスタシリンダへ力を伝達するプッシュロッドに取り付けられたリンクと、そのリンクに取り付けられ請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の踏力センサの入力軸に当接して荷重を伝達するアームからなるペダル踏力検出装置。
- アームと入力軸の間にユニバーサルジョイント部を設けた請求項5に記載のペダル踏力検出装置。
