(2)供給弁及び先端弁が簡単な構成であるので、洗浄時間及び洗浄時の分解あるいは組み立て時間を短縮することができる。
(3)供給弁及び先端弁が簡単な構成であるので、気泡が引っ掛かり易い隙間を削減することができる。従って、洗浄後の使用再開までの準備時間を削減することができる。また、揮発性が高く気泡が発生し易い液剤を使用しても安定した滴下させることができる。
(4)第一のピンチバルブ13aは継手部12bから10mm程度の位置で第一のチューブ11を挟着するようにした。このような構成により、プランジャ7による液剤の押圧操作時に、押圧力による第一のチューブ11の膨張を極力抑えて、第一のチューブ11による押圧力の吸収を抑制している。従って、プランジャ7の押圧操作による液剤の滴下量を安定化させることができる。
(5)バレル1からシリンジ3への液剤の供給時間が、ノズル6から液剤を滴下する吐出時間より長い場合には、第一のピンチバルブ13aをノーマルオープンタイプとし、第二のピンチバルブ13bをノーマルクローズタイプとする。また、バレル1からシリンジ3への液剤の供給時間が、ノズル6から液剤を滴下する吐出時間より短い場合には、第一のピンチバルブ13aをノーマルクローズタイプとし、第二のピンチバルブ13bをノーマルオープンタイプとする。このような構成とすることにより、第一及び第二のピンチバルブ13a,13bへの通電時間を短くして、両ピンチバルブ13a,13bの発熱を抑え、消費電力を低減することができる。

図3及び図4は、第二の実施の形態を示す。この実施の形態は、前記第一の実施の形態の供給弁及び先端弁すなわち第一及び第二のピンチバルブ13a,13bを共通の1個のピンチバルブ19で構成したものである。
