Abstract
【解決手段】 基板と、スペーサーと、カバーとを含む血液成分分析用センサにおいて、基板101の上に、スペーサー106を介してカバー109を配置することにより、センサ内部に、分析部と、これに血液を導入するための流路となる空間107を形成し、前記基板とスペーサーには、ランセットの針が貫通可能な共通の貫通孔105を形成し、前記スペーサーの貫通孔は、前記流路と連通させ、前記貫通孔の上部は、前記カバーにより覆い、前記共通の貫通孔と、これを覆うカバー部分とをランシング部とする。このセンサの使用時において、センサを採血箇所に配置し、前記ランシング部の前記カバーを突き破ってランシング針を前記共通の貫通孔を貫通させて採血箇所に突き刺して出血させると、血液は、前記突き破りで生じた下方に向いたカバーのバリをガイドとして前記流路に導入され、この流路を通じて分析部に導入される。

Claims (9)
- 基板と、スペーサーと、カバーとを含む血液成分分析用センサであって、基板の上に、スペーサーを介してカバーが配置されることにより、センサ内部に、分析部と、これに血液を導入するための流路となる空間が形成され、前記基板とスペーサーには、ランセットの針若しくは刃が貫通可能な共通の貫通孔が形成されており、前記スペーサーの貫通孔は、前記流路と連通しており、前記貫通孔の上部は、前記カバーにより覆われており、前記共通の貫通孔と、これを覆うカバー部分とでランシング部が形成されており、このセンサの使用時において、前記センサを採血箇所に配置し、前記ランシング部の前記カバーを突き破ってランシング針若しくは刃を前記共通の貫通孔を貫通させて採血箇所に突き刺し、出血した血液を、前記突き破りで生じた下方に向いたカバーのバリをガイドとして前記流路に導入し、この流路を通じて分析部に前記血液を導入するセンサ。
- 一つのランシング部に対し、複数の流路および分析部が設けられた請求項1記載のセンサ。
- 複数のランシング部が設けられ、前記各ランシング部に対し、一つ以上の流路および分析部が設けられた請求項1または2記載のセンサ。
- 前記カバーの少なくともランシング部が親水性である請求項1から3のいずれかに記載のセンサ。
- 前記カバー部分の前記流路に対応する部分に空気孔が設けられている請求項1から4のいずれかに記載のセンサ。
- 分析部に、分析対象成分の酸化還元酵素を含む試薬が配置されており、前記酸化還元酵素によって血液中の分析対象成分を酸化還元し、その酸化還元の程度を測定することにより前記分析対象成分の量を測定する請求項1から5のいずれかに記載のセンサ。
- 分析部に、さらに電極が配置され、これにより酸化還元により生じる電流を測定する請求項6記載のセンサ。
- 分析対象成分が、血液中のグルコースであり、酸化還元酵素が、グルコースオキシターゼおよびグルコースデヒドロゲナーゼの少なくとも一方である請求項6または7記載のセンサ。
- 前記試薬が、さらにメディエータを含む請求項6から8のいずれかに記載のセンサ。
