Claims (4)
- 流体移送用チューブを挟み込んで支持するためのチューブクランプと、このチューブクランプ又はこのチューブクランプが設けられたブラケット本体を配管支持側に固定するための取り付け部と、を備えた流体移送用チューブのブラケットであって、
前記取り付け部は ボルト通過孔を有し、このボルト通過孔を通過したボルト手段により配管支持側に固定されるように構成されていて、
前記取り付け部には、配管支持側と前記取り付け部との間、および前記取り付け部と前記ボルト手段との間に介在することとなる弾性材製の振動吸収ブッシュが、前記ボルト通過孔に嵌り込むことにより取り付けられている、ことを特徴とする流体移送用チューブのブラケット。 - 前記振動吸収ブッシュは、
外周の厚さ方向中間に環状の嵌め付け溝を有し、かつ、厚さ方向に貫通するボルト孔が設けられた円盤状体であり、
前記嵌め付け溝の底部が前記ボルト通過孔に嵌り込むことにより、前記取り付け部に取り付けられている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の流体移送用チューブのブラケット。 - 前記チューブクランプは、樹脂製又は金属製のC字型クランプ部と、このC字型クランプ部の内側に設けられた弾性材製の振動吸収層と、を有している、ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の流体移送用チューブのブラケット。
- 前記C字型クランプ部は、開口側の部分が前記流体移送用チューブに沿って長く形成され、反開口側の部分が狭く形成されている、ことを特徴とする請求項3記載の流体移送用チューブのブラケット。
