Abstract
【解決手段】 本発明の溶融金属メッキライン用転がり軸受10は、内輪軌道面12を有する内輪11と、外輪軌道面14を有する外輪13と、内外輪軌道面12,14間に相対回転自在に配された複数の転動体15と、転動体15を転動自在に保持する保持器16と、を備え、溶融金属メッキ浴中に浸漬される。内輪11、外輪13、および転動体15が窒化珪素製であり、且つ保持器16が純タンタル製、若しくはタンタル−タングステン合金製であり、更に転動体15が球面ころである。

Description
内輪41は、外輪13と同じ窒化珪素(Si3N4)等のセラミックス製であり、この内輪外径面42は保持器16の内径よりもわずかに小さい外径をもち、球面ころ15の軸方向両側面を転動自在に保持するつば部43が設けられており、上述した間座と同様に球面ころ15の姿勢を整える機能を持っている。

Claims (1)
- 内輪軌道面を有する内輪と、外輪軌道面を有する外輪と、前記内外輪軌道面間に相対回転自在に配された複数の転動体と、前記転動体を転動自在に保持する保持器と、を備え、溶融金属メッキ浴中に浸漬される溶融金属メッキライン用転がり軸受であって、
前記内輪、前記外輪、および前記転動体が窒化珪素製であり、且つ前記保持器が純タンタル製、若しくはタンタル−タングステン合金製であり、更に前記転動体が球面ころであることを特徴とする溶融金属メッキライン用転がり軸受。
