Abstract
【解決手段】 熱交換器のヘッダは、実質的に平坦なベース部分と1対の階段部分とを含む。階段部分は、ベース部分の平面から或る角度で傾いている。また、ヘッダは、このヘッダの長さに沿って互いに離間した複数の実質的に平行なスロットを備える。各スロットは、ベース部分の幅にわたって延びる細長区間と、この細長区間からヘッダの階段部分に延びる端区間とを有する。

Claims (3)
- 熱交換器のヘッダであって、
実質的に平坦なベース部分と、このベース部分の平面から延びる直線又は湾曲の部分により或る角度で傾いた1対の階段部分とを有し、
上記ヘッダは、このヘッダの長手方向に沿って互いに離間した複数の実質的に平行なスロットを備え、この各スロットが、ベース部分の幅方向に延びる細長区間と、この細長区間から上記階段部分に延びる端区間とを有することを特徴とするヘッダ。 - 上記端区間の各々は、前記ベース部分の平面から離間した終端部を有し、これにより分離距離が定められる請求項1に記載のヘッダ。
- 前記分離距離は、約2mmから約20mmである請求項2記載のヘッダ。
