Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a hot-rolled steel finishing rolling equipment and a hot-rolled steel plate manufacturing method for cooling a steel plate with high accuracy and high efficiency between finishing mill rolling stands for thin plate hot rolling.
In a hot rolling finishing mill generally composed of a 6-7 stand rolling mill, the finishing mill outlet temperature is an important management item for controlling the metal crystal structure and mechanical properties of the hot rolled steel sheet. On the other hand, the finish mill inlet temperature is specified above a predetermined value from the viewpoint of descaling (removal of the oxide film formed on the steel sheet surface), the influence of operating conditions from heating to rough rolling process, and changes in cooling time in the longitudinal direction. Or fluctuate under the influence of In addition, since the heat generation during rolling and the temperature drop during descaling change due to the acceleration and deceleration of rolling, it is not easy to manage the finishing mill outlet temperature within a predetermined range. In the meantime, temperature control means, specifically, a cooling device must be used.
In recent years, as a means for refining crystal grains, there has been proposed a method of accumulating processing strain in the austenite non-recrystallization temperature range and promoting ferrite transformation that occurs in the cooling process after rolling. For example, Patent Document 1 discloses a method of controlling a rolling temperature by installing curtain wall type large flow rate cooling devices at two or more places between the stands at the latter stage of the finishing mill. The reason why such a large flow rate cooling device is used is that, in order to increase the rolling reduction at the rear stage stand for the purpose of accumulating processing strain, processing heat generation increases, and cooling cannot be performed with general cooling equipment. It is said. In such a grain refinement method, if the steel sheet temperature is too high, accumulation of strain is hindered by recrystallization and recovery, and if the temperature is too low, transformation occurs during rolling and deteriorates the mechanical properties of the product. Also in Patent Document 1, the working temperature has to be maintained in the range of Ar 3 ~Ar 3 + 50 ℃, does not mean simply may be increased cooling capacity, it is important the accuracy of temperature control.
However, in the curtain wall type large flow rate cooling device disclosed in Patent Document 1, the visibility between the rolling stands is greatly deteriorated by the water film itself and a large amount of scattered water. Since the plate thickness is generally thin after the finishing mill and there is a concern about troubles on the passing plate, the mill operator usually performs the rolling work while visually checking the flatness and meandering state of the steel plate. It is not preferable that the field of view is poor from the viewpoint. In addition, plate thickness gauges and sensors for monitoring the above meandering may be installed between the rolling stands, and the performance of these devices is hindered by a large amount of scattered water, resulting in a problem in maintenance. There was also.
Further, the method disclosed in
Furthermore, the method disclosed in
Considering this, although the cooling from both the upper and lower sides is essential in the above-mentioned
Therefore, the present invention maintains a high efficiency and high accuracy when cooling a steel plate between the stands of a hot rolling finish mill, and ensures a good visibility between the stands from the mill operator. It is an object of the present invention to provide a hot-rolled steel finish rolling facility and a hot-rolled steel plate manufacturing method capable of realizing a good operation by installing and maintaining the above.
The present invention will be described below. In order to facilitate understanding of the present invention, reference numerals in the accompanying drawings are appended in parentheses, but the present invention is not limited to the illustrated embodiment.
The first aspect of the present invention includes an upstream stand (1), upper and lower surface cooling devices (4, 5), an upper presser roll (6), a looper roll (3), and a downstream stand between at least one stand. (2) is a finish rolling facility for hot-rolled steel sheets, which is arranged in this order.
By disposing the upstream stand, the steel sheet upper and lower surface cooling device, and the upper presser roll in this order, the pass line at the cooling portion can be fixed and the flow area of the staying water can be limited. Further, by fixing the pass line, it becomes easy to realize high-efficiency and stable cooling in which the cooling device is brought close to the steel plate. In addition, by limiting the flow area of the staying water, the cooling effect is further stabilized and high-precision cooling can be realized. In addition, the cooling device is placed close to the steel plate and the water draining action of the upper presser roll allows the water splash between the stands to be extremely small, ensuring the visibility of the mill operator, and at the same time, When various sensors are installed between the stand and the downstream side stand, it is possible to ensure an environment in which they operate in a good state.
Moreover, since the upper and lower surface cooling devices are installed in the above-described arrangement, it becomes easy to equalize the temperatures of both the front and back surfaces of the steel sheet.
Furthermore, since the cooling device is arranged on the upstream side of the looper roll, the time required for the temperature difference between the steel plate surface portion and the plate thickness center portion caused by cooling to be uniformed before starting rolling on the downstream stand. Can be secured.
In addition, simultaneous cooling of the upper and lower surfaces and cooling on the upstream side between the stands can be performed, so that the temperature distribution in the thickness direction during rolling in the downstream side stand can be made uniform, and the metal crystal structure of the rolled material, and hence mechanical properties. It becomes easy to minimize the non-uniformity.
In the rolling equipment according to the first aspect of the present invention, the upper pressing roll (6) is preferably provided with a height adjusting mechanism (6a), and the upper pressing roll (6) and the downstream side are provided. It is preferable that the steel plate temperature detector (7) is installed between the stand (2).
Thus, by providing a steel plate temperature detector in the rolling line, if there is a temperature difference in the longitudinal direction in the second half before cooling, this is monitored, and after cooling by appropriately adjusting the amount of water in the cooling device, etc. The temperature in the longitudinal direction of the steel sheet can be controlled to be constant. In addition, by placing a steel plate temperature detector between the upper presser roll and the downstream stand, the temperature of the steel plate surface is measured after damming up the accumulated water on the steel plate with the upper presser roll. Can be measured.
Moreover, it is preferable that a flat spray nozzle is used in the upper and lower surface cooling device.
Further, the flow density of the upper and lower surface cooling devices (4, 5) is preferably 2 m 3 / (m 2 · min) or more.
In order to refine the crystal structure of the steel sheet metal, it is necessary to suppress the temperature rise due to the heat generated by processing when it is strongly reduced by the latter stage stand. It is desirable to secure a cooling rate of 50 ° C./second or more in the cooling device having a length of 5 mm / sec., And by setting the flow density of the upper and lower surface cooling devices to 2 m 3 / (m 2 · min) or more, the final stand Such a cooling rate can be achieved with the previous representative plate thickness of around 5 mm. Further, by using a flat spray nozzle, the above cooling rate can be realized without worrying about other harmful effects.
2nd this invention is a manufacturing method of a hot-rolled steel plate (8) characterized by using one of the finishing rolling equipment concerning said 1st this invention, and rolling.
As a result of investigating and examining the problems in the cooling implementation in the equipment arrangement configured as described in the first aspect of the present invention, the present inventor has found the following. That is, the pass line height of a rolling mill generally varies depending on the work roll diameter and the like, and although it has an adjusting mechanism, it does not necessarily have a predetermined height. Also, if the lowermost point of the upper presser roll is lower than the uppermost point of the looper roll from the time of passing the steel plate tip, that is, if the pass line between the upper presser roll and the looper roll is upward from the beginning, The possibility of hindering the plate-through property is increased. On the contrary, during rolling, the uppermost point of the looper roll is set higher than the lowest point of the upper pressing roll by a predetermined amount or more, the pass line is directed upward, and the winding angle of the steel sheet with respect to the upper pressing roll is secured. When the flatness of the film is disturbed, the pass line maintaining action and the draining action can be sufficiently exhibited. In order to do this, it is preferable to provide a height adjusting mechanism on the upper pressing roll as described above. It is sufficient to use a known structure for the height adjusting mechanism. The height of the upper presser roll by the height adjustment mechanism is set immediately after passing through the tip of the steel sheet, and the set height is lower than the uppermost point of the looper roll at the lower limit of the operating range. To be located. Further, during the cooling of the steel sheet, it is necessary to secure the angle of the steel sheet wrapping around the upper pressing roll by limiting the vertical movement range of the looper roll, particularly the height when lowered.
Thus, in the second aspect of the present invention, at least during steady rolling, the steel plate (8) between the upstream stand (1) and the upper presser roll (6) is substantially horizontal. Preferably, the height of the upper presser roll is fixed, and the range of vertical movement of the looper roll is regulated so that the uppermost point of the looper roll (3) is located above the lowest point of the upper presser roll. Here, “steady rolling” means that the tip of the material to be rolled reaches the downstream stand from the upstream stand, the looper roll installed between the stands rises, and the material to be rolled is tensioned and rolled. This means rolling after reaching the state in which the rear end portion of the material to be rolled passes through the upstream side stand or until the looper roll starts to descend.
In this way, the height of the upper presser roll is fixed so that the steel plate between the upstream stand and the upper presser roll is substantially horizontal, so that it always cools in response to changes in the path height of the upstream stand. The steel plate in the part can be kept substantially horizontal.
Further, the winding angle of the upper pressing roll is preferably 5 ° or more.
By setting the winding angle of the upper presser roll in this way, the contact length in the circumferential direction between the roll and the steel plate can be secured sufficiently, even when the height of the looper roll fluctuates or even when the flatness is disturbed It is possible to exert a draining action.
The present invention enables high-efficiency and high-accuracy cooling between hot-rolled finishing mill stands while ensuring good visibility of the mill operator, contributing to improvement and homogenization of steel sheet metal crystal structure and mechanical properties. can do.
Such an operation and gain of the present invention will be made clear from the best mode for carrying out the invention described below.
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described based on embodiments shown in the drawings.
The form of the cooling device for realizing high-efficiency and high-precision cooling by the equipment arrangement and method of the present invention is not particularly limited as long as the scattered water does not reach the downstream side of the upper presser roll with an excessive amount of water. For example, it is desirable to have a form such as flat spray cooling arranged densely in the plate width direction and the conveying direction as shown in FIG. In the method using a large number of water columns as shown in
The present invention can be applied between any stands of a finishing mill generally consisting of 6-7 stands. In general, it is important to control the exit temperature of the finishing mill row, and in the production of fine-grained steel, it is important to control the temperature within a predetermined range and to accumulate processing strain at the subsequent stage stand, etc. In view of the above, in order to effectively use the effects of the present invention, it is preferable to apply the method preferentially from the rear stage stands.
It is preferable that the upper pressing roll and the upper cooling device have a mechanism capable of retracting upwards by 200 mm or more, retract upward when passing through the tip of the steel sheet, and descend immediately to a predetermined position after passing. When the tip of the steel plate is warped or wavy, the gap between the upper cooling device and the lower cooling device, or between the upper presser roll and the lower apron before the looper roll, etc. is obstructed, rolling work This is because there is a risk that the state must be stopped.
The body length of the upper pressing roll is longer than the maximum width of the steel sheet to be rolled, and needs to contact over the entire width of the steel sheet. It is common to apply an appropriate tension to the steel plate between the stands, and because the upper holding roll acts on the upper holding roll due to the winding angle, there is a concern that the upper holding roll will be bent. The rigidity of the upper pressing roll is required so that the amount can be controlled within a range in which the contact with the steel plate is maintained at the full width.

An outline of the water cooling apparatus is shown in FIG. In the

Next, the cooling effect and accuracy when the inter-stand cooling is performed using the apparatus of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. 2 and FIG. As a comparative example, cooling was performed in a state where the upper surface cooling device 4 and the
In the case A of the present invention, stable cooling can be achieved without any influence of the vertical movement of the looper roll 3, whereas in the case B of the comparative example, the plate temperature can be changed up to 18 ° C. according to the movement of the looper roll 3. Has produced. The factor that the cooling capacity fluctuates when the height of the looper roll 3, that is, the distance between the steel plate 8 and the header changes,
1) The collision pressure of the water flow changes depending on the distance, and particularly in the case of upper surface cooling, the penetration force of the cooling water staying on the steel plate 8 changes.
2) In the case of spray, the collision area of the spray flow changes with distance. For the same amount of cooling water, Case A has an average cooling efficiency of about 40% higher than Case B in terms of temperature drop (measured temperature when not cooled at all)-(measured temperature during water cooling).
