近年、詰め替え用の内容物を収容する容器としては、パウチ容器や容器本体を減容可能とする薄肉ブローボトルが広く使用されている(例えば特許文献1参照)が、このなかでも、とくにパウチ容器は、省資源化をより一層図る観点から詰め替え用の容器としてではなくそれそのものを本容器として使用できることが望まれる傾向にあり、容器の底部を幅広にして自立できるように工夫されたスタンディング型の容器も見受けられるようになってきている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところで、パウチ容器は、容器自体がフィルムで構成されているため容器の胴体部分には張りがなく、これを本容器として使用するには難があり、また、液体洗剤や柔軟剤あるいは調味料を内容物とする場合には、所定量だけ正確に内容物を注出する計量機能が要求されるところ、このようなパウチ容器は今のところ提案されていない。

本発明の課題は、容器の厚肉化を伴うことなく胴体部分に張りをもたせるとともに、内容物を正確な計量のもとに注出できる新規なスタンディングパウチ容器を提案するところにある。

本発明は、フィルム又は薄肉形成壁によって取り囲まれた内部空間を有し該内部空間の底部を幅広として容器自体を起立させるスタンディングパウチ容器であって、
前記内部空間を形成するフィルム又は薄肉形成壁に、容器の注出口に向けて開口する袋部を設け、この袋部に、容器内の内容物を一旦収容してその計量を行う薄肉カップ状の簡易計量器を挿入、配置してなることを特徴とする簡易計量器付きスタンディングパウチ容器であり、フィルム又は薄肉形成壁は透明若しくは半透明の合成樹脂からなるものが有利に適合する。

以下、図面を用いて本発明をより具体的に説明する。

図における1はパウチ容器を構成する透明の合成樹脂を例としたフィルムである。このフィルム1は内容物を収容するための内部空間を区画形成するものであり、その底部は幅広になっていて容器自体を起立させることができるようになっている。

計量器4は、インジェクション成形やブロー成形あるいはシート成形によって製作されてものが使用でき、図3に示すようにフィルム1の上端を開放した状態で袋部3に計量器4を挿入、配置しその後に注出口2を設置してフィルム1の上端開放部分にシール部5を成形して密閉する。

パウチ容器の内部空間を区画形成するフィルム1は透明あるいは半透明になる合成樹脂を使用して単層で構成することができるが、バリア層を含む積層構造(多層構造)とすることもできるもので内容物の種類に応じて種々の変更が可能である。

本発明によれば、計量器の内部配置により胴体部分に張りをもたせることができるので把持しやすいだけでなく容器の見栄えを改善するのに有用であり、しかも、内容物を所望の量だけ正確に注出できるので使い勝手がよい。
