(3)前記補助具の開口部は、詰め替え時の重量バランスを取るため、上面視で、前後左右の中心に施されたことを特徴とする補助具付き詰め替えパウチにより解決手段としている。
(4)補助具とフィルムパウチの互いが一部又は全面で接着され、固定化させたことを特徴とする補助具付き詰め替えパウチにより解決手段としている。
(5)内部に収納されたフィルムパウチの肩部及び底部の角部が内容液の抽出を容易にする形状のU字形もしくは台形にシールされた事を特徴とする補助具付き詰め替えパウチにより解決手段としている。

(3)本発明の場合は詰め替え時の詰め替え対象ボトル上での倒立時に、フィルムパウチ部に接合した特に大きなフランジ部スパウトを必要としないで、補助具をパウチスパウト首下に外面より肩状に折り曲げる事で、詰め替え対象ボトル上での剛性を付与し平衡化を確保する手段としている点が先願の他の諸案と異なる部分である。
(4)消費者は製品を購入後に本発明の補助具で包まれたパウチ上部のスパウト部を開栓し、詰め替え対象ボトル上に倒立させて乗せ込む。ポンプ部の口径同様サイズに設計されたスパウト口内に詰め替え対象ボトルを差し入れ、内容液をボトル内に流入させる。

(7)従来品のフィルムパウチ用基材の場合、フィルムにグラビア印刷等で表示印刷を行い、それをラミネート加工にする工程には必要数量確保に多くのメーター数を必要とするが、本発明の場合フィルムパウチ部は薄肉の無地品でも良く、その場合必要加飾表示は補助具部分で可能と成り、紙仕様基材の場合は少量でも可能な印刷技法が多く有り、総合的に安価で環境に優しい省資源化の形態での構成が可能と成りそれらの点も本発明の特徴と成って居る。
