Abstract

<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable telephone set, a portable telephone system, an URL information acquiring method, an URL information registering method, an information reading system and a program, with which only broadcast-related information to be viewed is selected by the portable telephone set among broadcast-related information such as CM of digital broadcast and it can easily be reproduced by a network connection unit such as a personal computer. <P>SOLUTION: The portable telephone set 3 receives digital TV broadcast through a satellite digital broadcast network 2, extracts URL information related to CM and stores it in a storage part in the portable telephone set 3. A cradle 9 is connected to the personal computer 10 which can be connected to the Internet 4. When the portable telephone set 3 is installed in the cradle 9, data stored in the storage part is transferred to the storage part in the personal computer 10. The personal computer 10 registers received URL information in a book mark and the like. 【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、デジタルＴＶ放送を受信可能な携帯電話等の携帯情報端末を用いた、携帯電話、携帯電話システム、ＵＲＬ情報取得方法、ＵＲＬ情報登録方法、情報閲覧システム、及びプログラムに関する。

【従来の技術】
デジタル放送の場合、ネットワーク上のＣＭ蓄積装置に蓄積されているＣＭにＵＲＬ（ＵｎｉｆｏｒｍＲｅｓｏｕｒｃｅＬｏｃａｔｏｒ）を付加し、放送されている番組と関連付けて提供するようなシステムがある（例えば、特許文献１参照）。

また、デジタル放送番組受信の際、デジタル放送番組に付加されているＵＲＬを取得して記憶し、情報提供者側のサーバと接続可能とすることにより、放送番組でＵＲＬが放送されていない時点でサーバとの接続を可能とし、放送番組に関連した情報提供者の情報を閲覧可能とした情報受信装置、情報受信方法及び情報受信システムがある（例えば、特許文献２参照）。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、ユーザが興味を持ったＣＭを再生して出力しようとする場合、上記特許文献１記載の発明では、放送番組に埋め込まれているタグ情報を基に再生出力されるべきＣＭのＵＲＬを特定するための専用装置（ＴＶコマース装置）を必要とするという課題があった。

一方、デジタル放送を受信可能に構成した携帯電話等の携帯情報端末でＬＣＤ表示画面に放送中のＣＭ等を表示する場合、携帯情報端末のＬＣＤ表示画面はサイズが小さいためＣＭの内容が見づらく、ＣＭの効果が低下することが予想される。

ここで、上記特許文献２記載の発明では、情報受信装置で受信したＵＲＬを記憶媒体に記録し、その記憶媒体をパーソナルコンピュータ（以下、パソコン）のようなネットワーク接続機器に装着することにより情報提供者側のサーバと接続可能とし、受信した放送番組に関連した情報（例えば、ＣＭ）を番組放送時間外でも閲覧することができる。また、情報受信装置で受信したＵＲＬを記憶媒体に記録し、記憶したＵＲＬを情報受信装置からインターフェイスを介してパソコン等のネットワーク接続機器に送って受信した放送番組に関連した情報を番組放送時間外でも閲覧することもできる。また、記憶したＵＲＬを情報受信装置から無線によりパソコン等のネットワーク接続機器に送信して受信した放送番組に関連した情報を番組放送時間外でも閲覧することもできる。

従って、上記特許文献２記載の発明で、情報受信装置として携帯情報端末を用いれば、携帯情報端末の記憶媒体をパソコンのようなネットワーク接続機器に装着することにより情報提供者側のサーバと接続可能とし、受信した放送番組に関連した情報（例えば、ＣＭ）を番組放送時間外でも閲覧することができる。また、記憶したＵＲＬを携帯情報端末からインターフェイスを介してパソコン等のネットワーク接続機器に送って受信した放送番組に関連した情報を番組放送時間外でも閲覧することもできる。また、記憶したＵＲＬを携帯情報端末から無線によりパソコン等のネットワーク接続機器に送信して受信した放送番組に関連した情報を番組放送時間外でも閲覧することもできる。

しかしながら、上記特許文献２記載の発明は放送番組受信中に番組に関連するＵＲＬを全て記憶するよう構成されており、放送番組に関連する所望の情報のうち所望のもののＵＲＬのみを選択する手段が開示されておらず、放送番組受信時に検出したＵＲＬを全て記憶媒体に記憶するので、ユーザは特に見たい情報（例えば、ＣＭ）をネットワーク機器上で再生表示したい場合には、ネットワーク機器を操作して再生出力される情報の中から見たいものを選択せねばならないこととなり、放送番組終了後に見たかったＣＭ等を思い出して多くの情報の中から選択せねばならないといった不都合が生ずる。

なお、上記特許文献２記載の発明では、同一番組の最新の記録日時のＵＲＬをパソコン等のネットワーク接続機器に与えることができるので、最新のＣＭ等を閲覧することはできるが最新のＣＭ等がユーザの見たかったＣＭとは限らないといった課題がある。

また、上記特許文献２記載の発明では、情報受信装置から記憶したＵＲＬをインターフェイスを介してパソコン等のネットワーク接続機器に送るが、情報受信装置がパソコン等のネットワーク接続機器との接続用のコネクタを持たないものの場合は記憶したＵＲＬをネットワーク接続機器に送ることができず、結果としてＣＭ等を閲覧できないといった課題もあった。

本発明は、上記従来技術の課題を解決するためになされたものであり、受信したデジタル放送のＣＭ等の放送関連情報のうち見たいもののみを携帯電話で選択し、パソコン等のネットワーク接続機器で簡単に再現することのできる、携帯電話、携帯電話システム、ＵＲＬ情報取得方法、ＵＲＬ情報登録方法、情報閲覧システム、及びプログラムの提供を目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決するために、請求項１に記載の発明では、デジタル放送網を通じてデジタルテレビ放送を受信するデジタルテレビ放送受信手段と、受信したデジタルテレビ放送中の放送に関連したＵＲＬ情報を抽出してメモリに記憶する手段と、通信ネットワークまたは専用回線を介して、放送関連情報をＵＲＬ情報と対応付けて格納している放送関連情報データベースと接続可能なコンピュータと接続されているクレードルとの接続手段、を備え、クレードルに該携帯電話を装着することにより、該携帯電話のメモリにＵＲＬ情報が記憶されているときそのＵＲＬ情報を該携帯電話からクレードルを介してコンピュータに転送して登録させ、コンピュータに該登録されているＵＲＬ情報に基づいて放送関連情報データベースから対応する放送関連情報を取得して表示させる、ことを特徴とする携帯電話を提供する。
これにより、携帯電話の表示画面のサイズが小さくても、携帯電話のユーザは放送関連情報から得る印象により特に見たいと思う放送関連情報ＵＲＬ情報のみを選択することができる。

また、請求項２に記載の発明は、携帯電話、クレードル、及びコンピュータから構成される携帯電話システムであって、携帯電話は、デジタル放送網を通じてデジタルテレビ放送を受信するデジタルテレビ放送受信手段と、受信したデジタルテレビ放送中の放送に関連したＵＲＬ情報を抽出してメモリに記憶する手段と、を備え、クレードルは、通信ネットワークまたは専用回線を介して、放送関連情報をＵＲＬ情報と対応付けて格納している放送関連情報データベースと接続可能なコンピュータと接続されており、コンピュータは、クレードルに携帯電話を装着することにより、携帯電話のメモリにＵＲＬ情報が記憶されているときそのＵＲＬ情報を該クレードルを介して該携帯電話から受信して登録し、該登録されているＵＲＬ情報に基づいて放送関連情報データベースから対応する放送関連情報を取得して表示させる、ことを特徴とする携帯電話システムを提供する。
これにより、ユーザは携帯電話で受信したデジタル放送のＣＭ等の放送関連情報のうち見たい放送関連情報のＵＲＬ情報のみを取得できる。そして、取得したＵＲＬ情報をクレードルを介してコンピュータに転送し、登録させることができる。つまり、携帯電話とクレードルがあれば、コンピュータと携帯電話のインターフェイスを設けなくても、携帯電話で見たい放送関連情報のＵＲＬ情報を選択し、携帯電話をクレードルに装着するといった簡単な操作のみで必要とするＵＲＬ情報のみがネットワークに接続するコンピュータに登録されるので、ユーザは随時登録したＵＲＬ情報を選択してそのＵＲＬ情報に対応する放送関連情報を閲覧できる。しかも、必要なＵＲＬ情報のみが登録されているので、従来技術のように不要なＵＲＬ情報の中から必要なＵＲＬ情報を選ぶ手間を要しない。

また、請求項３に記載の発明は、デジタル放送網を通じてデジタルテレビ放送を受信するデジタルテレビ放送受信手段と、受信したデジタルテレビ放送中の放送に関連したＵＲＬ情報を抽出してメモリに記憶する手段と、を含む携帯電話と、携帯電話とコンピュータを接続するクレードルと、通信ネットワークまたは専用回線を介して、放送関連情報をＵＲＬ情報と対応付けて格納している放送関連情報データベースと接続する手段と、クレードルへの携帯電話の装着を検出し、携帯電話のメモリにＵＲＬ情報が記憶されているときそのＵＲＬ情報をクレードルを介して携帯電話から受信して登録する手段と、該登録されたＵＲＬ情報に基づいて放送関連情報データベースから対応する放送関連情報を取得して表示させる手段と、を備えたことを特徴とする携帯電話システムを提供する。
これにより、ユーザは請求項２に記載の携帯電話システムと同様、携帯電話とクレードルがあれば、コンピュータと携帯電話のインターフェイスを設けなくても、携帯電話で見たい放送関連情報のＵＲＬ情報を選択し、携帯電話をクレードルに装着するといった簡単な操作のみでそのＵＲＬ情報に対応する放送関連情報を閲覧できる。また、従来技術のように不要なＵＲＬ情報の中から必要なＵＲＬ情報を選ぶ手間を要しない。

また、請求項４に記載の発明では、デジタルテレビ放送波を受信して画像を表示する携帯情報端末のＵＲＬ情報取得方法において、デジタルテレビ放送波を受信して画像を表示するステップと、表示されている画像に対応付けられているＵＲＬ情報を抽出するステップと、抽出したＵＲＬ情報を取得するか否かの選択を促すステップと、選択結果を判定するステップと、判定するステップによりＵＲＬ情報取得を選択した場合は、抽出されたＵＲＬ情報をメモリに記憶するステップと、を備えたことを特徴とするＵＲＬ情報取得方法を提供する。
これにより、携帯情報端末の画面サイズが小さくても、携帯情報端末のユーザは表示されている画像から得る印象により特に見たいと思う画像に対応付けられているＵＲＬ情報のみを選択し、取得することができる。

また、請求項５に記載の発明では、デジタルテレビ放送に含まれているＵＲＬ情報を取得可能な携帯情報端末がクレードルに装着されたか否かを検出するステップと、携帯情報端末がクレードルに装着された場合は、該携帯情報端末にＵＲＬ情報が記憶されているか否かを調べるステップと、携帯情報端末にＵＲＬ情報が記憶されている場合は該携帯情報端末からそのＵＲＬ情報をクレードルを介して該クレードルに接続している外部情報表示装置に転送するステップと、外部情報表示装置側において携帯情報端末から受信したＵＲＬ情報を登録するステップと、を備えたことを特徴とするＵＲＬ情報登録方法を提供する。
これにより、外部情報表示装置に登録されたＵＲＬ情報を選択すれば、選択されたＵＲＬ情報を基に通信ネットワークを介して放送関連情報データベースにアクセスし、選択されたＵＲＬ情報に対応する放送関連情報のみを取得して外部情報表示装置で閲覧できるので、不要なＵＲＬ情報の中から必要なＵＲＬ情報を選ぶ手間を省くことができる。

また、請求項６に記載の発明では、外部情報表示装置はパーソナルコンピュータであり、携帯情報端末から受信したＵＲＬ情報を登録するステップは、受信したＵＲＬ情報をＷｅｂブラウザのブックマークに登録するステップであることを特徴とする請求項５記載のＵＲＬ情報登録方法を提供する。これにより、簡単な操作で必要なＵＲＬ情報を迅速に選択できる。

また、請求項７に記載の発明では、デジタル放送網を通じて携帯情報端末に向けてデジタルテレビ放送を送信するデジタルテレビ放送装置と、通信ネットワークまたは専用回線に接続され、放送関連情報をＵＲＬ情報と対応付けて格納している放送関連情報データベースと、デジタル放送網を通じてデジタルテレビ放送を受信し、デジタルテレビ放送中の放送に関連したＵＲＬ情報を抽出してメモリに記憶する携帯情報端末と、通信ネットワークまたは専用回線を介して放送関連情報データベースと接続可能な外部情報表示装置と接続されているクレードルと、を備え、クレードルに携帯情報端末を装着することにより、携帯情報端末のメモリにＵＲＬ情報が記憶されているときそのＵＲＬ情報を該携帯情報端末から外部情報表示装置に転送して登録させ、外部情報表示装置側では登録されているＵＲＬ情報に基づいて放送関連情報データベースから対応する放送関連情報を取得して表示すること、を特徴とする情報閲覧システムを提供する。
これにより、ユーザは携帯情報端末で受信したデジタル放送のＣＭ等の放送関連情報のうち見たい放送関連情報のＵＲＬ情報のみを取得できる。そして、取得したＵＲＬ情報をクレードルを介してパソコン等の外部情報表示装置に転送し、登録させることができる。つまり、携帯電話等の携帯情報端末とクレードルがあれば、外部情報表示装置と携帯情報端末用のインターフェイスを設けなくても、携帯情報端末で見たい放送関連情報のＵＲＬ情報を選択し、携帯情報端末をクレードルに装着するといった簡単な操作のみで必要とするＵＲＬ情報のみをネットワークに接続する外部情報表示装置に登録されるので、ユーザは随時登録したＵＲＬ情報を選択してそのＵＲＬ情報対応する放送関連情報を閲覧できる。しかも、必要なＵＲＬ情報のみが登録されているので、従来技術のように不要なＵＲＬ情報の中から必要なＵＲＬ情報を選ぶ手間を要しない。

また、請求項９に記載の発明では、デジタルテレビ放送に含まれているＵＲＬ情報を取得可能な携帯情報端末と、クレードルに接続し且つ通信ネットワークに接続している外部情報表示装置において実行されるプログラムであって、携帯情報端末がクレードルに装着されたか否かを検出させるプログラムステップと、携帯情報端末がクレードルに装着された場合は、該携帯情報端末にＵＲＬ情報が記憶されているか否かを調べさせるプログラムステップと、携帯情報端末にＵＲＬ情報が記憶されている場合は該携帯情報端末からそのＵＲＬ情報をクレードルを介して該クレードルに接続している外部情報表示装置に転送させるプログラムステップと、外部情報表示装置側において携帯情報端末から受信したＵＲＬ情報を登録させるプログラムステップと、を備えたことを特徴とするＵＲＬ情報登録プログラムを提供する。これにより、請求項２記載の発明と同様の効果を得ることができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
図１は、本発明に基づく放送関連情報閲覧システムの一実施例を示す図であり、携帯情報端末として携帯電話機を用いた例を示す。なお、本発明において、携帯電話という用語にはＣＤＭＡ、ＧＳＭをはじめとする各種方式の携帯電話、ＰＨＳ、電話機能を内蔵したＰＤＡ、カメラ機能を内蔵した携帯電話などを含む。

放送関連情報閲覧システム１００において、デジタルテレビ（以下、デジタルＴＶ）放送装置１は、番組制作・放送を行う放送局に設けられ、放送／通信衛星を用いた衛星デジタル放送網２を通じて、携帯電話機３等の携帯情報端末に向けてデジタルＴＶ番組を放送する。また、デジタルＴＶ放送装置１はインターネット４等のネットワークまたは専用回線を介してＣＭ製作会社等に設けられたＣＭ情報データベース５と接続される。なお、デジタル放送は放送／通信衛星を用いたものに限らず地上波でもよい。インターネットやＣＡＴＶ（ケーブルテレビ）を経由したものでもよい。

携帯電話機３は、上記衛星デジタル放送網２を通じてデジタルＴＶ放送を受信し、デジタルＴＶ放送中のＣＭに関連したＵＲＬ情報を抽出し、これを携帯電話機３内部の記憶部４１（図２参照）に記憶する。

センター７は各地に点在する基地局８を経由して各携帯電話機３のユーザ情報や電話番号やその端末の位置情報を管理し、またインターネット４と接続されており、携帯電話機３からインターネット４に接続できるように制御している。

クレードル９は、パソコンとの接続用のコネクタを持たない携帯電話機等をパソコンに接続する場合に用いる一種の接続台であり、インターネット４と接続可能なパソコン１０と例えばＵＳＢケーブルで接続されており、クレードル９に携帯電話機３を装着することにより、携帯電話機３内部の記憶部４１に記憶されているデータをパソコン１０内部の記憶部に転送する。また、クレードル９には携帯電話機３の接点部と電気的に接続してデータ受信の接点となる端子部が設けられている。なお、携帯電話機３を物理的に支持する機能や充電機能を持つこともできるが必須ではない。

パソコン１０は携帯電話機３と連携してインターネット４を介して前記ＣＭ情報データベース５と接続し情報を送受信するプログラムを内蔵している。このプログラムは携帯電話機３に添付されたまたは別売の記録媒体からパソコン１０にインストールするか、インターネット４からダウンロードするか、若しくはパソコン１０に予めインストールされている。

図２は、図１に示した携帯電話機３の内部構成例を示すブロック図であり、携帯電話機３はデジタルＴＶ放送受信可能に構成されており、無線送受信部３１、無線信号処理部３２、制御部３３、キー入力部３４、クレードル装着検出部３５、クレードルＩ／Ｆ（インターフェイス）部３６、ドライバ３７、表示部３８、加入者情報記憶部３９、ＲＯＭ４０、記憶部４１、音声信号処理部４２、スピーカ４３、マイクロフォン４４、ドライバ４５、スピーカ４６、バイブレータ４７、及びＭＰＥＧデコード部４８を備えている。

無線送受信部３１は無線によりアンテナ３１１を介して音声信号やデータを送受する。また、デジタルＴＶ放送装置１からの電波を無線信号処理部３２に渡す。

無線信号処理部３２は無線送受信部３１で受信した音声信号やデータを復調したり、無線送受信部３１から送信する音声信号やデータを変調するなどの無線通信に必要な処理を行う。また、デジタルＴＶ放送装置１からの電波を、例えば、ＭＰＥＧ２ＴＳ（ＭｏｖｉｎｇＰｉｃｔｕｒｅＥｘｐｅｒｔＧｒｏｕｐ２ＴｒａｎｓｐｏｒｔＳｔｒｅａｍ：ＭＰＥＧ２（国際的に標準化されたデジタル動画圧縮方式で圧縮された映像・音声などのデータ）を１８８バイトの固定長に分割した伝送フォーマット）に変換し、ＭＰＥＧデコード部４８に渡す。

制御部３３は、図２に示した各内部構成要素を総括し、ＲＯＭ４０に格納されている制御プログラム及び動作プログラムにより、各内部構成要素の動作を制御する。動作プログラムにはモード選択プログラム、デジタルテレビ放送受信時にＵＲＬ情報を取得する動作プログラム、クレードル９を介して接続する外部コンピュータに取得したるＵＲＬ情報を転送して登録させる動作プログラムを含んでいる。

キー入力部３４は、電源キー、テンキー、送受信開始キー、送受信停止キー、カーソルキー、取り消しキー、決定キー等の各種キーを含みこれらのキーが操作されると対応する信号が制御部３３に送出される。

記憶部４１は無線通信端末として必要な各種データを記憶し、且つ制御部３３が動作する上で必要なプログラムやデータを記憶する。実施例では携帯電話機３の電源スイッチがオフの場合でも、記憶部４１には電源が供給され記憶内容が維持される。また、図２で、符号４１１で示される領域はＵＲＬ情報を記憶するＵＲＬ情報記憶エリアである。

以下、本発明の具体例について図３〜図７に基づいて▲１▼〜▲４▼の順を追って説明する。
▲１▼ デジタルＴＶ放送に流れるＣＭには各ＣＭに関する詳細情報を得ることができるＵＲＬ情報が添付されて放送される。このＵＲＬ情報は、ＣＭ製作会社等に設けられたＣＭ情報データベース５にて管理されており、デジタルＴＶ放送装置１はＣＭ情報データベース５からインターネット４等のネットワーク又は専用回線を介して各ＣＭに対するＵＲＬ情報を取得する。ＣＭ情報データベース５はある会社の製品やサービスなどのＣＭに対するＵＲＬ情報を図３に示すように会社毎に管理しているものとする。
