Abstract
Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a technique for performing power line communication by superimposing a high-frequency signal on two power wirings of a multiphase power wiring.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art In recent years, a technology related to a power line communication type apparatus that realizes various data communications by using existing power wiring such as an outdoor distribution line or a home electric line has attracted attention. According to this power line communication type device, for example, by connecting a plurality of electrical products to existing power wiring in a factory or office to form a network, control and data of the product can be performed without newly installing communication wiring. Various processes such as communication can be performed.
[0003]
In the conventional power line communication type device, a pair of signal lines are arranged between two three-phase power wirings separated from each other in high frequency (between two three-phase power wirings connected to different transformers). In addition, by arranging a network coupler across the three-phase power wiring and the pair of signal lines, data communication between devices connected between the phases of the two separated three-phase power wirings can be performed. Some have been realized (for example, Patent Document 1).
[0004]
In addition, in the power line communication type device connected on the conventional three-phase power wiring, the connection between the communication circuit of the device and two power wirings of the three-phase power wiring is switched to receive a response signal, There is one that determines a connection phase to which a communication partner is connected based on the magnitude of the reception level (for example, Patent Document 2).

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the technique of
[0006]
In the technique described in
[0007]
Therefore, in the present invention, when a power line communication type device that performs communication by superimposing a high-frequency signal on two of the multi-phase power wirings is connected to the multi-phase power wiring and performs communication between the devices. Alternatively, when communication is performed between a power line communication type device connected on a multiphase power wiring and a power line communication type device connected to a single phase wiring, the purpose is to improve communication reliability. To do.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-described problem, in one aspect of the present invention, in a power line communication apparatus having a communication unit that performs communication by superimposing a high-frequency signal on two of the multiphase power lines, the communication unit and the communication unit Means for sequentially connecting the communication means to the multi-phase power wiring under a plurality of connection conditions connecting two power wirings of the multi-phase power wiring; and means for performing communication at least twice under each connection condition And means for setting a connection between the communication means and the polyphase power wiring under a connection condition with the largest number of times of reception detection of the communication.
[0009]
Thus, according to this aspect, the connection conditions are sequentially changed and connected to the power wiring, the communication is performed at least twice under each connection condition, and the communication means is connected under the connection condition with the largest number of reception detections. Connection with the power wiring is set. Therefore, even in a noisy environment or when irregular noise occurs, it is possible to specify an optimal connection condition with high accuracy (for example, the reception level of a predetermined confirmation signal detected for each connection condition). Using the method of specifying the connection condition using it is difficult to accurately detect the reception level, and it is not possible to specify the optimum connection condition with high accuracy). Therefore, according to this aspect, it is possible to improve the reliability of power line communication that performs communication by superimposing a high-frequency signal on the power wiring.
[0010]
As described above, according to the present invention, when the power line communication type device that performs superposition of the high frequency signal on the power wiring is connected on the multi-phase power wiring and performs communication between the devices, or the multi-phase power wiring When communication is performed between the power line communication type device connected above and the power line communication type device connected to the single-phase wiring, the reliability of communication can be improved.

Therefore, even in communication performed in a noisy environment such as power wiring, it is possible to specify the connection phase of the communication partner with high accuracy (for example, even when noise occurs irregularly, By transmitting the test signal a plurality of times and counting the ACK signal for the signal, the detection accuracy of the ACK signal is improved).

[0084]
As described above, in the present invention, means for selecting and connecting a connection condition to the three-phase power wiring to the power line communication type device connected to the three-phase power wiring, and a predetermined time for each selected connection condition Means for detecting a predetermined connection confirmation signal (test signal or ACK signal) transmitted to the terminal and measuring the detected number of receptions; means for specifying an optimum connection condition based on the measured number of receptions; The connection is fixed to the connection conditions and a means for displaying the connection conditions is provided. Therefore, it is possible to specify the connection phase for communication with the communication partner even in communication using power wiring with large noise (for example, even when noise occurs irregularly, the test signal (ACK signal ), The detection accuracy is improved), and the connection phase of the communication partner can be specified with high accuracy.
[0085]
Further, in the present invention, data received via the power wiring is demodulated by the demodulation circuit of the power line modem, and it is detected whether or not it is a test signal (or ACK signal) using the demodulated data. Therefore, even in a noisy environment, erroneous detection of the test signal (or ACK signal) can be prevented, and the phase to which the communication partner is connected can be specified with high accuracy.
[0086]
Further, in the present invention, when the difference value between the measured maximum number of ACK signal receptions and other receptions (the number of receptions other than the maximum) is smaller than a predetermined threshold, the optimum connection condition is specified. Without doing so, the process for confirming the connection is performed again. For this reason, even when noise occurs irregularly, it is possible to prevent erroneous connection conditions from being specified.
[0087]
Thus, according to the present invention, it is possible to specify the power wiring phase to which the communication partner is connected even in an environment with a lot of noise such as power wiring. And power line communication can be performed in the specified power wiring phase. Therefore, it is possible to improve the reliability of communication because it can reduce the occurrence of false detection in carrier sense (carrier wave detection) performed before transmitting the communication signal (when the phase to which the communication partner is connected cannot be identified, Or, when communication is performed in the erroneously detected phase, a communication error often occurs due to erroneous detection of carrier sense).
[0088]
As described above, according to the present invention, communication in the three-phase power wiring can be reliably performed even in a noisy environment such as the power wiring. Therefore, for example, as described in the present embodiment (1 to 4), the present invention can be applied to communication of control signals of various systems (for example, air conditioning systems) that require high reliability. For example, when the present invention is applied to the air conditioning system as in the present embodiment (1 to 4), wiring work for connecting lines for communicating control signals performed between the indoor unit and the outdoor unit is performed. There is no need.
[0089]
Therefore, the construction time and construction cost for installing various systems (for example, an air conditioning system) can be greatly shortened (for example, an air conditioning system installed in an office or a store has multiple outdoor units installed in one outdoor unit). In many cases, indoor units are connected, and it is often necessary to construct the connection wires over long distances, so that construction is often spent for a long time). In particular, in the renewal (replacement) work of various systems (for example, air conditioning systems), the construction time can be greatly shortened (not only the air conditioning system, but when various systems are renewed, the work space is sufficient. Also, in the case of replacement work where the building has already been completed, work such as wiring connection lines in a very narrow space such as the back of the ceiling may be necessary, and the work of construction is Will be enormous).
[0090]
Furthermore, according to the above-described embodiment to which the present invention is applied, it is not necessary to perform wiring work for connection lines between devices that communicate control signals (for example, between an outdoor unit and an indoor unit of an air conditioning system). It is possible to completely prevent system failure and failure due to incorrect wiring of the connection lines.
[0091]
The present invention is not limited to the embodiment described above, and various modifications can be made within the scope of the gist of the present invention. For example, in the first embodiment of the present invention, an example in which the
