Abstract
Description
【0001】

The present invention relates to an improvement in a winding method and a winding device for an armature constituting, for example, a generator, a stator of a motor, a rotor, and the like.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as a winding device that winds a large number of wires, there is a winding device in which a nozzle is placed in a slot between magnetic poles by a triaxial moving mechanism (see Patent Document 1).
[0003]
Further, as a conventional winding device, there is one that includes a flyer that rotates around a magnetic pole to feed a wire, and a former that guides the wire fed from the flyer to the magnetic pole, and winds the wire around the magnetic pole ( Patent Document 2).

[Patent Document 1]
Japanese Patent Application No. 2001-325903 [Patent Document 2]
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 8-19228
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In recent years, slots between magnetic poles tend to be narrowed due to demands for performance improvement of motors and the like, and it is difficult to wind a nozzle by inserting it into the slot by a triaxial moving mechanism.
[0006]
On the other hand, the flyer type winding apparatus can guide the wire to the back of the slot by guiding the wire to the former.
[0007]
However, when a large number of wires are wound using a flyer-type winding device, each wire supplied to the nozzle of the flyer is twisted as the flyer rotates, which hinders the supply of each wire. there is a possibility.
[0008]
When a large number of wires fed from the nozzle are bundled and wound around the magnetic pole, there is a problem that voids are easily generated between the wires due to friction between the wires, and the space factor of the winding cannot be increased. .
[0009]
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a flyer type winding method and a winding apparatus that can increase the space factor by winding a large number of wires.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The first invention is applied to an armature winding method in which each wire is wound around a magnetic pole using a nozzle that feeds a plurality of wires and a spindle that rotates the nozzle around an axis.
[0011]
Then, the nozzle is rotated in reverse in synchronization with the rotation of the spindle, and the posture of the nozzle is maintained constant even when the spindle rotates.
[0012]
The second invention is applied to an armature winding device that includes a nozzle that feeds a plurality of wires and a spindle that rotates the nozzles around an axis, and winds each wire around a magnetic pole.
[0013]
A nozzle rotation mechanism that reversely rotates the nozzle in synchronization with the rotation of the spindle is provided, and the posture of the nozzle is maintained constant even when the spindle rotates.
[0014]
A third invention is characterized in that, in the second invention, a plurality of nozzle holes are formed through which each wire is inserted through the nozzle independently.
[0015]
According to a fourth invention, in the second or third invention, a tension mechanism for adjusting the tension independently for each wire supplied to the nozzle is provided.
[0016]
According to a fifth invention, in any one of the second to fourth inventions, a nozzle support sleeve that guides each wire to the nozzle through the spindle is provided, and the nozzle rotation mechanism transmits the rotation of the spindle to the nozzle support sleeve. It was characterized by having a configuration.
[0017]
According to a sixth aspect, in the fifth aspect, a former that guides the wire fed from the nozzle to the teeth, a former support shaft that rotatably supports the former on a rotation center axis of the spindle, and rotation of the nozzle support sleeve And a former stationary mechanism for stopping the former by transmitting it to the former support shaft.
[0018]
Operation and effect of the invention
According to the first and second aspects of the invention, the nozzle rotates with respect to the magnetic pole when the spindle rotates, and a plurality of wires fed from the nozzle are bundled and wound around the magnetic pole.
[0019]
The nozzle is rotated in reverse in synchronization with the rotation of the spindle, and the posture of the nozzle is maintained constant even when the spindle is rotated. Each wire is supplied smoothly without being twisted before the wire, and the space factor of the winding is increased to improve the performance of the motor and the like.
[0020]
According to the third invention, since the plurality of wire rods are drawn out through the nozzle holes, the wire rods are smoothly drawn out without contacting each other. For this reason, it is prevented that the wire rods are entangled with each other by friction, and the space factor of the winding is increased and the performance of the motor or the like is improved.
[0021]
According to the fourth invention, the tension mechanism adjusts the tension independently for each wire supplied to the nozzle, so that each wire is wound around the magnetic pole with a uniform tension, and a gap is formed between each wire. And the performance of the motor and the like can be improved by increasing the space factor of the winding.
[0022]
According to the fifth aspect of the invention, the nozzle rotation mechanism transmits the rotation of the spindle to the nozzle support sleeve, so that the nozzle is rotated in reverse in synchronization with the rotation of the spindle, and the posture of the nozzle is maintained constant even when the spindle rotates. can do.
[0023]
According to the sixth invention, the rotation of the nozzle support sleeve relative to the spindle is used to make the former stationary, so that it is not necessary to provide a planetary gear mechanism or the like between the former support shaft and the spindle, and the structure is simplified and the product is Cost reduction is planned.
