従来、上述の袋体を封鎖する装置としては、例えばダンボールケースの開口側周縁部(フラップ)に被覆された袋体の開口部を、直立保持機構を構成する各引っ掛け体で捲上げ及び起立して、第1保持体及び第2保持体、折曲げ体で保持した後、袋体内の空気を空気吸引パイプで吸い出し、袋体の両側面を一対の脱気板により押圧して、袋体内の空気を脱気する。且つ、脱気済み袋体の開口部を一対の把持ロッドで挟持した後、一対の把持ロッドを降下させながら回転して、袋体の開口部を巻回閉止する特許文献1の袋開口部封止装置がある。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかし、上述の袋開口部封止装置は、ダンボールケースの開口側周縁部に被覆された袋体の開口部を捲上げて巻回封止するものであるが、袋体の開口部を開口したまま、袋体内部に充填物を充填する充填工程から、その袋体の開口部を巻回封止する封止工程に供給するので、供給途中において、例えば水分や塵埃、ゴミ、病害虫等の異物が袋体内部に侵入しやすく、袋体に充填された金属製の部品及び物品に錆が発生するか、食品や原料が変質(腐敗を含む)する等して、充填物の品質及び鮮度が損なわれることがある。

この発明は上記問題に鑑み、容器内部に収容される袋体の口部を略扁平状態に閉塞したまま移動供給して、充填手段から供給される充填物を袋体内部に充填する直前に開口することにより、充填物以外の異物が袋体内部に侵入するのを防止でき、充填物の品質が損なわれず、高い信頼性が得られる充填包装装置の提供を目的とする。

この発明は、所定量の充填物を容器内部に収容された袋体に充填して包装する充填包装装置であって、上記容器内部に収容される大きさに形成した袋体の口部を略扁平状態に閉塞したまま保持して供給する受渡し手段と、上記受渡し手段から供給される袋体の口部を閉塞状態に保持し、該袋体の底部側を上記容器内部に収容して一緒に移動供給する移動手段と、上記移動手段から供給される袋体の口部を保持して上記充填物を充填する直前に開口する開口手段と、上記開口手段が開口保持する袋体内部に所定量の充填物を充填する充填手段と、上記充填物が所定量充填された袋体の口部を封鎖する封鎖手段とを備えた充填包装装置であることを特徴とする。
