Abstract
Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an engine control device for a hybrid vehicle, and more particularly to an automatic engine stop / restart device that stops an engine when the vehicle stops and restarts the engine when the vehicle restarts.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, in the case of a so-called idle stop vehicle that stops the engine when the vehicle stops and starts the engine when the vehicle restarts, the turn signal is turned on even if other engine stop conditions are satisfied in order to quickly start when turning left and right. There is known a technique for prohibiting the stop of the engine when it is being operated.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the related art, when the turn signal is turned on, the engine is not stopped. Therefore, for example, when the turn signal is turned on accidentally, or when the turn signal is turned on to turn left and right. In this case, there is room for improvement in fuel efficiency because the engine cannot be stopped.

The present invention has been made in view of such a problem, and aims to improve fuel efficiency by performing idle stop even when a turn signal is operated, and to enable quick start at the time of start. .
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention relates to a vehicle in which an engine is automatically stopped when a predetermined condition is satisfied, and in a case where the engine is automatically stopped after detecting a change time when a step from a brake pedal to an accelerator pedal is performed. In addition, the vehicle can be started when the accelerator pedal is depressed, based on the detected change time and the start time of the engine.
[0010]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, the engine is automatically stopped even when the turn signal is operated, and the vehicle can be quickly and smoothly started when the vehicle starts.
[0011]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a system configuration diagram showing a schematic configuration of a hybrid vehicle according to the present invention. This vehicle is a hybrid vehicle that uses both an engine 11 and a motor generator (hereinafter, referred to as MG) 12 as vehicle propulsion sources. The engine 11, like a well-known gasoline engine or a diesel engine, generates a driving force by burning fuel, and rotationally drives an axle.
[0012]
The MG 12 is a three-phase AC motor generator. The MG 12 is charged and discharged with a

Next, the operation of the above embodiment will be described with reference to the flowcharts shown in FIGS. FIG. 2 is a flowchart for learning an idle stop release condition (brake depression pressure) at the time of a turn signal operation. First, a flowchart for learning an idle stop release condition (brake depression pressure) at the time of a turn signal operation of FIG. 2 will be described. In step S200, it is determined whether or not the
[0024]
Next, at step S220, a brake treading Pn stored in step S210 it is determined whether treading defined value P 0 or more. That is, it is determined whether or not the driver has generated a brake pedal pressure sufficient to stop the vehicle (whether or not the brake pedal is being depressed with a depressing force exceeding a predetermined level).
[0025]
If it is determined in step S220 that the brake pressure is equal to or greater than the specified value, in step S230, it is determined whether the current brake pressure is lower than the previous brake pressure. That is, it is determined whether or not the driver has started releasing the brake pedal.
[0026]
If the determination in step S230 is affirmative, in step S240, a counter Cp for counting the time until the brake pedal pressure becomes “0” is started. In step S245, the brake depression pressure is detected, and in step S250, it is determined whether the brake depression pressure Pn is “0”. If the result of determination is that the brake pedal pressure is "0", the counter Cp is stopped in step S260.
[0027]
In the process of step S270, it is determined whether the vehicle speed is "0 km / h". Here, whether the vehicle speed is "0 km / h" is determined, for example, when the vehicle is stopped on a steep downhill, before the brake pedal pressure becomes "0". Starts running.
[0028]
In such a case, the time described later cannot be detected, and in this case, the vehicle speed is determined in order to get out of the processing from step S280 onward.
[0029]
In the above case, the threshold value of the brake depression pressure is not learned, but since the vehicle speed parameter is also included as the idle stop release condition, in the case of such a hill start, Since the idle stop is canceled by the vehicle speed parameter, the brake pressure need not be learned.
[0030]
If it is determined in step S270 that the vehicle speed is "0 km / h", the counter Ca is started in step S280 in order to count the time from when the brake pedal pressure = 0 to when the vehicle speed is generated.
[0031]
The vehicle speed is detected in the process of step S285, and it is determined in the process of step S290 whether or not the vehicle speed is greater than the minimum value C 0 that can be detected by the vehicle speed sensor 39 (that is, the minimum value that can be detected as starting).
[0032]
As a result of the determination, when the vehicle speed is greater than the minimum value C 0 , the counter Ca is stopped in the processing of step S300, and then the value of the counter Cp is determined in step S310, and the first brake depression pressure detected in the processing of step S230 is decreased. Further, a change rate (slope) Sp is calculated in the process of step S310.
[0033]
Here, the rate of change is detected by calculating backward from the time required to start the engine when finally setting the threshold value of the brake pedal pressure during turn signal operation. This is because the amount of change is used for the calculation.
[0034]
Treated with the obtained change rate in step S310 is (slope) Sp, stored rate of change (slope) greater than Sp 0 currently (large change, shorter time to trampling becomes "0") or the step It is determined in the process of S320.
[0035]
If Sp 0 <Sp in the process of step S320, the current gradient Sp is newly stored as the gradient Sp 0 by the process of step S330 (Sp 0 = Sp). After the processing in step S330, the current count value Cp is newly stored as Cp 0 in the processing in step S335 (Cp 0 = Cp).
[0036]
Thereafter, the processing of step S300, the counted Ca is about or shorter than the stored count value Ca 0 is determined by the processing in
[0037]
Step S360 is a process number n of learning is determined whether or not reached the specified value n 0, the result of this determination, in case of n ≧ n 0 is the learning has been completed once, the process of step S370 The tread pressure flag F is set (F = 1).
[0038]
If this process is completed, the arithmetic and Cp 0 and Ca 0 of the stored count value, the inclination Sp 0, from the time to start the engine which is stored in advance, a threshold value P 1 of treading in the processing of step S380 It memorizes and returns to step S200. If n ≧ n 0 in the process of step S360, the count-up process of n = n + 1 is performed in step S390, and the process returns to step S200 without setting the stepping pressure flag F (F = 0).
[0039]
Here will be described trampling threshold P 1. The count value Cp 0 stored in step S335 is the shortest time from the time when the driver starts releasing the brake to the time when the brake pedal pressure becomes zero, and the count value Ca 0 stored in step S350 is the brake pedal pressure when the brake pedal pressure becomes zero. This is the shortest time from the time when it becomes 0 to the time when the vehicle speed is generated.
[0040]
Accordingly, when the time required for starting the engine, which is stored in advance, is subtracted from the time obtained by adding the count values Cp 0 and Ca 0 on the basis of the time when the vehicle speed is generated, the time at the start of the engine is obtained. Timing can be calculated. The engine start point to the value of the pedaling pressure, using a change rate Sp 0 brake pedaling pressure, calculates a brake pedaling pressure threshold value corresponding to the starting point. That is, the change rate Sp of the brake treading are seeking pedaling pressure threshold starting time according to the change rate Sp 0 stored for different by the driver. In this way, calculating the threshold P 1 of the brake treading stores.
[0041]
Figure 3 is a diagram for explaining learning of a brake pedaling pressure threshold P 1, for example, FIG. 3 (A), the FIG. 3 (B), when subjected to start as shown in FIG. 3 (C), how is a diagram showing whether to learn the brake pedaling pressure threshold P 1.
[0042]
FIG. 3A shows a case where both the change in the brake pedal pressure due to the driver's operation and the time until the vehicle speed is generated are long, and FIG. 3B shows the case where both the change in the brake pedal pressure due to the driver's operation and the vehicle speed are generated. 3A is shorter than that in FIG. 3A, the change in brake pedal pressure is shorter in FIG. 3C, but the time until the vehicle speed is generated is longer than in FIG. 3B.
[0043]
In this case, the counter Cp 0 indicating the time of the brake depression pressure is used as the counter in FIG. 3C, and the counter Ca 0 indicating the time until the vehicle speed is generated is used as the counter Ca 0 in FIG. 3B. The case shown in FIG. 3C is selected as the rate Sp. If it is considered that these are combined, the waveform shown in FIG. 3D is obtained. For this waveform, considering the engine starting time, as shown in FIG. 3 (D), so that the brake trampling threshold P 1 is obtained.
[0044]
Next, a flowchart relating to the execution and cancellation of the idle stop of FIG. 4 will be described. First, when the ignition switch IGN-SW is turned on in step S10, the engine 11 is started by the
[0045]
After the start of the engine 11, it is determined in a step S30 whether or not the brake depression pressure flag F set in the step S370 in the flowchart of FIG. 2 is set. If the tread pressure flag F is set (F = 1), it is determined in step S33 whether an idle stop condition (the following condition) is satisfied.
[0046]
The idling stop conditions at this time are as follows: the vehicle speed is lower than a predetermined vehicle speed (2 km / h), the brake pedal pressure is higher than a predetermined value (0.8 MPa), and the battery voltage is higher than a predetermined voltage (10 V). First, it is determined that the idle stop condition is satisfied. If the idle stop condition is satisfied, the process proceeds to step S40, and the engine 11 is stopped.
[0047]
When the brake pedal pressure flag F is not set in step S30, in addition to the above conditions in step S37, when the
[0048]
Next, in step S50, it is determined again whether the brake depression pressure flag F is set, and if it is determined that the brake depression pressure flag F = 1, the process proceeds to step S60.
[0049]
In step S60, it is determined whether the
[0050]
As a result of the determination in step S70, if it is determined that none of the above is satisfied, the process proceeds to step S80, and it is determined whether the
[0051]
In step S90, it is determined whether or not the detected brake pedal pressure P 0 satisfies P 0 <P 1 (P 1 is a brake pedal pressure threshold value set in FIG. 2). If P 0 ≧ P 1 , In step S100, it is determined whether an idle stop release condition is satisfied.
[0052]
The idling stop release condition in step S100 is as follows: vehicle speed ≧ predetermined vehicle speed (2 km / h), and if any of the following conditions is satisfied: the battery voltage is lower than the predetermined voltage (10V), the idle stop release condition is satisfied. The process proceeds to S110 to start the engine 11.
[0053]
If the determination in step S70, step S80, or step S90 is "Y", the idle stop is released, and the process proceeds to step S110 to start the engine 11.
[0054]
Further, in the processing of steps S50 and S60, if both are "N" (when the brake depression pressure flag is not set and the turn signal is not operated), the process proceeds to step S130.
[0055]
Here, if any of the following conditions is satisfied: the vehicle speed is equal to or higher than a predetermined vehicle speed (2 km / h), the brake pedal pressure is lower than a predetermined value (0.8 MPa), and the battery voltage is lower than a predetermined voltage (10 V), the idle stop is performed. Then, the process proceeds to step S110, where the engine 11 is started.
[0056]
Wherein a brake pedaling pressure flag F = 1 at step S50, when the blinker SW33 is off at step S60, when such the process proceeds to step S130, the condition of the brake trampling without threshold P 1, the conventional The threshold value (0.8 MPa) is based on the idea that when the turn signal is not operated, the driver will not perform a hurrying start operation as compared with the time when the turn signal is operated.
[0057]
Of course, once you learn the brake pedaling pressure threshold P 1, the idle stop release conditions of the subsequent trampling is all there is also a concept that is also good as a threshold P 1, and that way, you'll start in a hurry driver Even if not, the fuel is consumed as the engine is started earlier, so that in this embodiment, the separation is performed by the operation of the turn signal. The embodiment is valid even in such a case.
[0058]
If "N" in step S130, the process proceeds to step S140, and if the
[0059]
If the IGN-SW is turned off in step S120 after the engine is started in step S110, the process ends, and if not, the process returns to step S30.
[0060]
In the above-described embodiment, the time for changing from the depressed state of the brake pedal to the accelerator pedal is detected, and the engine is restarted when the accelerator pedal is depressed. As a result, fuel efficiency is improved, and quick start is possible.
[0061]
In the above embodiment, the threshold value of the brake operation amount or the brake depression pressure is determined based on the stepping time and the engine start time, and when the brake operation amount or the brake depression pressure becomes smaller than the threshold value. Since the engine is restarted, the reliability of the brake operation amount for releasing the idle stop or the brake depression pressure threshold value is improved.
[0062]
Further, in the above-described embodiment, since the step change time is the shortest time from when the brake pedal pressure becomes zero to when the vehicle speed exceeds zero, quick start is possible.
[0063]
Furthermore, when the parking brake is off and the shift range is drive during the turn signal operation, the engine is restarted even if the restart condition is not satisfied, so that quick start is possible.
[0064]
In the above-described embodiment, when the turn signal is operated, a change time in which the accelerator pedal is depressed from a state in which the brake pedal is depressed is detected, and the detected change time and the engine are detected. Although the brake depression pressure is used based on the starting time, the brake depression amount may be used. The change time may be the shortest time in which the change time of the brake operation amount is shortest.
[0065]
In the above-described embodiment, in learning the brake depression pressure threshold value shown in the flowchart of FIG. 2, when the blinker is turned on, the time from when the brake pedal starts being released until when the vehicle speed starts to be generated. Although the time is calculated and learned, the turn signal does not have to be turned on.
[0066]
That is, the shortest time from when the brake pedal starts to be released until the vehicle speed starts to be generated is detected, and the brake depression pressure threshold value may be obtained based on this time, and the shortest time is not necessarily obtained when the turn signal is operated. Since there is no blinker operation, learning may be performed when the turn signal operation is not performed.
[0067]
The correspondence between the components of the claims and the configuration of the present embodiment is as follows.
[0068]
The engine 11 is the engine, the turn signal
