Abstract
Description
【0001】

2つのコイル固定部材20のうち、図1上側のものをコイル第1固定部材20a(請求項1の2つのコイル固定部材20のうち一方を構成する。)

The present invention relates to a linear motor used for suppressing vibration of automobiles, railway vehicles, structures, and buildings, and the like.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art In a linear motor used in a conventional automobile suspension system, generally, a movable portion is displaced by being energized so that the linear motor is actively operated as an original motor (actuator), while the linear motor is used as a generator. This generates a (passive) damping force.
[0003]
When a linear motor is used as a generator, the force generated by the linear motor, that is, the damping force, is proportional to the magnitude of the current flowing through the coil. You can adjust it. Adjustment of the current flowing through the coil can be easily realized by providing a variable resistor in the circuit or controlling the on / off time of a switch for turning on / off the circuit.
[0004]
Therefore, it is relatively easy to configure a so-called semi-active damper that variably controls the damping force of the linear motor in accordance with the stroke speed or stroke position or variably controls in real time so as to suppress the vibration of the control target. . In this case, it is not necessary to apply electric energy to the linear motor, and the power consumption can be kept very low. On the other hand, if a linear motor is used as a motor by applying electric energy, an arbitrary force can be easily generated. Therefore, a force is applied to increase a damping force, or an arbitrary control force is generated to generate an active suspension. There is also proposed a method of operating such a device to enhance the control effect. Known linear motors include a DC linear motor or a three-phase synchronous linear motor.
[0005]
As an example of the above-described linear motor, a double cylinder structure in which a cylindrical center yoke is slidably inserted into a cylindrical outer yoke, and a plurality of coils are provided on an inner peripheral portion of the outer yoke in a longitudinal direction. A linear motor which is laminated and fixed to the outer yoke, and is constituted by fixing a plurality of permanent magnets provided along the longitudinal direction on the outer periphery of the center yoke so as to face the coil of the outer yoke (Patent Document 1) 1).

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, in the above-described linear motor, a structure for firmly fixing the coil in the axial direction with respect to the outer yoke is not shown, and the electromagnetic force generated between the coil and the permanent magnet and / or the electromagnetic force In the generated state, the outer yoke and the center yoke are relatively displaced, so that a large axial force acts on the coil. For this reason, when the coils are not firmly fixed to the outer yoke, the plurality of coils are displaced in the axial direction, which makes it difficult to ensure good operation of the linear motor, and improvement is desired. That was the fact.
[0008]
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a linear motor capable of reliably fixing a coil and ensuring good operation.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The invention according to
[0010]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the linear motor according to the first aspect, a coil guide for supporting the plurality of coils is provided, and the coil guide is formed of a plurality of coil guides stacked corresponding to the plurality of coils. One coil guide supports at least one coil, and a coil guide provided with the coil is stacked in the other longitudinal direction of the pair of members, and the plurality of coils are fixed by the two coil fixing members. The guide is sandwiched.
[0011]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the linear motor according to the second aspect, the coil guide is a cylindrical guide arranged along a peripheral surface of the coil, and is integrated with or separate from the cylindrical guide. An annular guide provided between the plurality of coils.

[0040]
Also, since at least one of the two coil fixing members is set so that the pressing force against the plurality of coils can be adjusted, even if the processing accuracy of the coil (and thus the plurality of coils as a whole) is slightly inferior, An error in the processing accuracy of the coil (and, consequently, a plurality of coils as a whole) can be absorbed, and a desired pressing force can be applied to the plurality of coils as a whole to assemble them satisfactorily. For this reason, the processing accuracy control of the coil (and, consequently, the whole of the plurality of coils) can be alleviated correspondingly, and the productivity can be improved.
[0041]
According to the second or third aspect of the present invention, in addition to the configuration of the first aspect, a coil guide for supporting the plurality of coils is provided, and the coil guides are stacked corresponding to the plurality of coils. One coil guide supports at least one coil, and a coil guide provided with the coil is laminated in the longitudinal direction of the other of the pair of members, and is fixed by two coil fixing members. Since the plurality of coil guides are sandwiched, the plurality of coils are prevented from moving in the axial direction via the coil guides. Further, since each coil is supported by the coil guide, the movement of each coil in the axial direction is restricted, and accordingly, the position control of the linear motor can be performed with higher accuracy.
