従来、インターネットによりＹａｈｏｏなどのポータルサイトの検索エンジンを使って、情報検索を行うことができた。（例えば、特許文献１参照）利用者は、キーワードを入力し「検索ボタン」をクリックすることで、Ｙａｈｏｏ検索エンジンがホームページを登録してあるデータベースを検索し、キーワードにマッチするホームページを複数個みつけ、それらのＵＲＬ情報と概略の説明文が書かれた検索結果を利用者の端末の表示器に表示せしめる。利用者は、複数個表示されているホームページの情報からみたいものを選択し、そのＵＲＬリンクをマウスでクリックすることで、ハイパーリンク機能を使ってそのホームページに飛んでいき、該ホームページを表示器に表示せしめ、閲覧する。

【発明の効果】
本発明によれば、検索結果の複数のファイルを出力媒体に改ページすることなく連続して出力でき、かつ各ファイルの境目をわかりやすくしているので、メディアの無駄な使用がなくなり、かつ一覧性にすぐれた検索結果の表示が可能となる。
