【0028】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention determines a state change (hereinafter, referred to as deterioration) such as deterioration of electrical / mechanical connection of a conductive line (including a live state) including an electric wire, a compression connection sleeve, a termination clamp, and the like. Alternatively, the present invention relates to an apparatus or method for evaluating (hereinafter, referred to as judgment).
[0002]
[Prior art]
The conductive line used to transmit power energy has a large number of conductive connecting members, such as electric wires, compression connection sleeves, and end clamps, and long-term operation may cause problems such as changes in the connection state and aging. There is. The problematic locations are as follows: wire connection locations (structure I in FIG. 1) including a retention clamp, such as "wire (main line)-termination clamp-wire (jumper wire)"; and "wire-compression connection sleeve-wire". There are an electric wire connection point including a simple compression connection sleeve (structure II in FIG. 1), an electric wire itself deteriorated by damage and corrosion, and the electric wire itself (structure III in FIG. 1). If the state changes such as deterioration at these locations progress, serious accidents such as heat generation due to an increase in electric resistance, breakage or disconnection of the connection locations or the wires, and disconnection of the wires from the wire connection portion may be caused.

[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
As a conventional patent document for checking deterioration of a wire connection point (structure II) including a compression connection sleeve in a wire span or a wire itself (structure III), for example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. H11-142450 (Patent Document) This is an invention in which a self-propelled device running on an overhead electric wire is used to measure electric resistance at a predetermined location. In the present invention, the measuring device becomes large-scale and the electric wires and the device are not insulated, so it will take a little more time for practical use from the viewpoint of the design, cost, and measurement workability of the device. And application to wire connections, including anchoring clamps, is not considered here.
[0005]
Further, as a conventional patent document for checking deterioration of an electric wire connection portion (structure I) including an anchoring clamp, for example, there is Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. H11-174097 (Patent Document 2). This document is an invention for measuring the electric resistance of an electric wire connection point (structure I) including an end clamp, which is composed of "electric wire (main line) -end clamp-electric wire (jumper line)". It provides a convenient measurement device for making electrical contact with both jumpers. However, in the present invention, since the resistance change of the entire detained clamp is evaluated, it is not possible to accurately detect the initial deterioration locally occurring. Further, it is not considered to apply this device to the structure I in the case where the device includes a bypass type conductive line (a so-called bypass device) provided around the deteriorated retention clamp. Then, it becomes impossible to measure the resistance itself.
[0006]
The present invention has been made in order to solve the problems in the related art as described above, and a local portion is to be locally determined with respect to a predetermined portion where a state change such as deterioration in a conductive line to be measured is to be determined or evaluated. Excellent applicability in detecting deteriorating parts, it is possible to measure insulated state even if the wire is hot, and it is practically used in terms of cost, measurement workability, judgment accuracy, etc. It is an object of the present invention to provide a conductive line determination device and a measurement device that are easy to use.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The conductive line determination method and the measuring device according to the present invention have the following means to achieve the above object.
(1) A method of measuring a target position in a conductive line and determining a change in the state,
Externally provided with a coil conductor wound in an annular or cylindrical shape, and internally provided with a penetrated object arrangement part for arranging the penetrated object arrangement part for arranging the object part to be measured. Using the device,
By scanning this measurement device at the target location, or by arranging a plurality of measurement devices at the target location,
Obtain electrical output data representing the current distribution reflecting the local contact state at the target location of the conductive line,
Output data that changes with the movement of the measurement position due to scanning, or output data for each of a plurality of different measurement positions, or output data obtained from a position that has the same structure as the target position and has no state change By comparing to
A conductive line determination method is provided for determining a local state change of the target location.
The present invention is particularly effective in determining deterioration of a target portion and evaluating the state of the target portion.
[0008]
(2) In the conductive line determination method of (1),
The target portion of the conductive line to be measured is in a live state, and the measuring device is kept in an insulated state from the target portion.
In the present invention, the conductive line at the time of measurement may be kept in a live line (energized) state, and data can be acquired by using a current flowing therethrough.
(3) In the conductive line determination method of (1) or (2),
The conductive line is determined by the conductive line determination method in which the measured target portion of the conductive line is a contact portion between the electric wire and the compression connection member.
The contact portion between the electric wire and the compression connection member specifically refers to a compression connection portion of the retention clamp or the electric wire connection sleeve, and is particularly effective for deterioration in a contact region of the clamp portion.
(4) In any one of the conductive line determination methods (1) to (3),
The measurement device includes a unit that can measure or determine a measurement position or a measurement distance of a target portion to be measured.
As a specific configuration, by attaching (attaching) a distance meter or a movement position sensing sensor to the measurement device, the measurement device is scanned at the target location, thereby obtaining output information for each distance or position. Can be.
Further, a plurality of measurement devices of a penetration coil type formed of a thin ring-shaped body are arranged in parallel at a predetermined distance or position, whereby a plurality of measurement positions can be determined.
[0009]
(5) In any one of the conductive line determination methods (1) to (3),
The measurement device includes a long-distance data output unit including an optical transmission unit or a radio wave transmission unit.
As a specific configuration example, an IC tag can be attached (attached) to the measurement device. An IC tag is an IC chip having a built-in sensor means capable of acquiring output data and a data information transmitting means, and is capable of transmitting data obtained from a remote place such as an overhead power line or a steel tower to general-purpose equipment on the ground or the like. It can be transmitted to a portable electronic device of the worker.
For example, the IC tag can periodically transmit information at regular time intervals, and the receiving side can receive the information. Further, by mounting a memory on the IC tag, measurement data can be stored therein. You can take it out later and use it for management.
[0010]
(6) In any of the conductive line determination methods (1) to (3),
A plurality of the measuring devices are provided at the target location, and the determination is made by detecting a difference between the electrical output data obtained for each of the measuring devices.
As described above, by detecting the difference between the electrical output data between a plurality of adjacent measurement devices (coils) among the penetration coil type measurement devices formed of a thin ring-shaped body, a predetermined distance or a predetermined distance can be obtained. At the position, information on deterioration or change can be taken out without the influence of noise from the outside of the detection unit, so that the determination can be made accurately.
(7) A through-coil-type coil comprising an annular or cylindrically wound coil conductor on the outside, and a penetrated object arrangement section for arranging a measurement target portion on the inside. A measuring device,
The coil conductor includes an opening / closing unit that separates an annular shape or a cylindrical shape at a predetermined position,
The measurement device is configured such that the coil conductor is cut when the opening / closing part is open, and the coil conductor is connected when the opening / closing part is closed.
(8) In the measurement device according to (7),
The measurement target portion of the conductive line is in a live state, and the measurement device is configured to be kept insulated from the measurement target portion.
[0011]
Further, the conductive line determination method and the measuring device according to the present invention theoretically have the following features.
{Circle around (1)} By applying Maxwell's equation, the amount of electromotive force due to a magnetic field change generated by an alternating current is measured.
(2) By winding the coil perpendicular to the current axis direction of the electric wire, the effect of the direction of the main current can be cancelled, and the amount of current generated in the conductive line degraded portion having a direction other than the current axis can be quantified. .
{Circle around (3)} By scanning the coil in the current longitudinal direction, a local change in the amount of current other than the current axis near the coil can be measured.
(4) Since the contact portion between the electric wire and the clamp is located at a position on a concentric circle away from the center of the coil, a part of the magnetic field due to the alternating current other than the current axis of the contact portion leaks out of the coil and generates an electromotive force in the coil. Generate.
{Circle around (5)} In order to reduce the effect of the magnetic lines of force around the coil due to the bypass wire, the difference between the electrical outputs from a plurality of adjacent coils is measured, and the outside of the coil is surrounded by an iron plate (α-Fe or ferrite Fe). 3 O 4 ) Should be covered with a magnetic shield.
The theory used in the present invention is Maxwell's equation that expresses the relational expression between the current vector flowing from the electric wire into the aluminum and the induced electromotive force generated in the coil.
(Equation 1)
It is based on.
[0012]
The conductive line determination method and measurement device according to the present invention have the following advantages when applied to actual deterioration measurement.
-Using a measuring device having a winding-type penetrating coil, an object such as a connection pipe is measured, and the degree of deterioration of the object can be determined based on the displacement due to the position of the output voltage obtained therefrom. .
-The measuring device is equipped with a distance meter (position sensor), and by scanning this device on an object, an output for each distance or position can be obtained.
・ Even if the penetrating coil of the measuring device is fixed at a specific position and installed, by arranging a plurality of coils at equal intervals at short distances, comparing the output between multiple signals, it is possible to use an optical cable or radio wave If the output information is obtained by transmitting (using an IC tag) or the like, it is possible to determine the deterioration even in a place at a long distance.
If a magnetic shield is applied to the outside of the penetrating coil of the measuring device or if the differential output of a plurality of adjacent coils is evaluated, the influence of a magnetic field from the conductive line or the bypass line can be suppressed.
-By preparing through-coils having different diameters corresponding to the size of the connection pipe to be the object, it is possible to support connection pipes of all sizes.

FIG. 9 shows the previously described data rearranged again for comparison of the waveform areas (S1, S2, S3, S4). The clamp structure here is No. 1, No. 2, No. 3, no. 4, and only the resistance of each compressed portion is shown in the figure. Even if the waveform areas are visually compared, it can be estimated that the larger the degree of deterioration, the larger the area. However, no. Only 2 has a different vertical scale.
Based on FIG. 9, each waveform area (S1, S2, S3, S4) can be calculated, and this waveform area will be compared with the measured resistance of the compression section. Then, it was found that there was a fairly accurate correlation between the waveform area and the resistance value (μΩ) of the compression portion.
[0027]
The following has been clarified from the measurement data obtained by the inventors so far.
-Looking at the waveforms of the clamps (No. 1 to No. 4), the protruding position (at a distance of about 15 cm) almost coincides with the position of the stepped aluminum end of the inserted electric wire, and deteriorates here. I knew I was doing it.
・ Comparison between the resistance of the compression part of the retaining clamp and the measurement results shows that the higher the resistance, the greater the protrusion of the waveform at the aluminum end position (distance: about 15 cm). is there.
The degree of deterioration tends to appear not only in the amplitude of the waveform but also in the rate of change, and the deterioration can be evaluated more sensitively than the variation in the waveform.
-The resistance value of the compression part of the main body of the clamp (No. 2) is high, and a high voltage is generated at the position of the mouth of the compression part (the end of the stripped aluminum) in the measurement result by the coil of the measuring device. Therefore, the correlation between the two is clear.
・ 160mm 2 New clamp (Fig. 5) and 410mm 2 Comparing with the new clamp (Fig. 8) 2 Is much higher, about 200 times, so that it is estimated that data can be easily obtained and judgment can be made easily.
