Abstract
Description
【0001】

i.e. R=L1・φf/2・L0 ・・・(2)
TDi(Time Delay and Integration)素子などが用いられている。
【0024】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an X-ray imaging method and apparatus, and more particularly to an X-ray imaging method and apparatus capable of performing high-speed and high-accuracy image measurement and inspection using X-rays.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, in a production line or the like, various measurements and inspections associated with product production have been performed. However, in recent years, with the miniaturization and complication of the product, a high-speed and high-accuracy imaging system that grasps the internal structure of the product in detail and responds to this has been demanded.
[0003]
Therefore, in recent years, a method of obtaining a fluoroscopic image using X-rays has been proposed as a means for meeting needs such as high-speed and high-accuracy imaging. However, in the conventional general X-ray imaging method, a system in which an X-ray scintillator or the like and a CCD camera are simply combined is mainstream, and an X-ray image having a large amount of random noise is homogenized to improve the image. Since the integration process is required, it is difficult to reduce the imaging time and to perform high-speed imaging.
[0004]
On the other hand, it was difficult to perform high-accuracy imaging because there was no appropriate imager capable of high-resolution imaging. Therefore, a method of enlarging the imaging field of view for performing high-accuracy imaging is also conceivable. For example, as a method of enlarging the visual field, a method of storing captured images obtained by capturing a plurality of visual fields and reproducing the captured images corresponding to the plurality of visual fields on a plurality of monitors has been proposed (for example, a method has been proposed). And Patent Document 1.).
[0005]
[Patent Document 1]
Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 07-7729
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the above-described method of enlarging the field of view has a problem that the number of screen divisions for imaging a certain area increases and it becomes difficult to reduce the imaging time.
[0007]
Under these circumstances, any of the above-described methods has a disadvantage that it is difficult to perform high-speed and high-accuracy imaging, and thus is not suitable for applications such as in-line inspection.
In other words, with the miniaturization and complexity of the product, a high-speed and high-precision imaging system that grasps the internal structure of the product in detail and responds to this is required. Since there was no suitable imager, it was difficult to image with high precision. Therefore, in the conventional general X-ray imaging method, it is necessary to perform an image integration process to homogenize and improve an X-ray image having a lot of random noise, and it is difficult to shorten the imaging time. For this reason, a high-speed and high-accuracy imaging device particularly required for industrial use such as in-line inspection has not been realized yet, and this is an obstacle to progress in this field.
[0008]
The present invention provides an X-ray imaging method and an X-ray imaging method, which is one of the imaging methods used for such applications, in which image measurement and inspection can be performed at high speed and with high accuracy. It is intended to do so.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The X-ray imaging method of the present invention irradiates an X-ray toward an object to be inspected,
X-rays that have passed through the object to be inspected are partially blocked and passed, and the passed X-rays collide with a luminescent material,
It is characterized in that light generated at this time is imaged.
[0010]
Thus, in an X-ray imaging method, which is one of the imaging methods, image measurement and inspection can be performed at high speed and with high accuracy.
