Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a garment with sewing specifications for improving the waterproof performance of an adjustment cord insertion portion for adjusting the degree of tightening of the garment in the circumferential direction in the garment which is sealed.
[0002]
[Prior art]
At present, clothes other than special sports applications, such as leotards, which are fitted to the body so as not to hinder the movement of the human body, are designed so that the size of the actual human body is designed to allow for wearing. Therefore, belts and rubbers should be used on the waist, hem, hands, ankles, hood, etc. of the clothing as a means to suppress the loosening of the clothing caused by the clearance so as not to hinder the movement during wearing. Attachment, insertion of a string for size adjustment into the outer layer portion or inner layer portion of clothing, and attachment of a size adjuster such as a hook-and-loop fastener are often performed.
[0003]
Conventionally, for example, clothes in which a belt is attached to a waist portion to prevent looseness of clothes have been proposed (for example, see Patent Documents 1 and 2). Adjusting the size with this belt can reduce the number of seams in the clothes, and is convenient for rain clothes that require the use of sealing tape to prevent water from entering the seams. The reality is that it has become so large that it cannot actually be developed as a product.
[0004]
Also, clothes have been proposed that can be provided with a string for adjusting the size to be tightened in the circumferential direction of the clothes on the hands, ankles, waist, and hem, and that the fabric in the length direction can be fixed inside by tightening in the circumferential direction. (For example, see Patent Document 3). In the case of this garment, as a means for imparting the size adjustment function in the circumferential direction, it is necessary to form a string insertion portion by a method such as folding back the body cloth, abutting a string passing portion on the outside or inside of the clothing, or the like. (For example, see Patent Literature 4), even if a sealing tape is adhered to the seam for forming the insertion portion, when the string for adjusting the size is taken out into the clothes, water leaks from the outlet. There was a problem of doing.
[0005]
For example, as shown in FIG. 5, the structure of the threading portion usually used for adjusting the size of the waist and the like is such that the contact cloth 4 is brought into contact with the front side of the body 1 and the body 1 and the contact cloth 4 are connected to each other. A string passing portion is formed between the portions, an adjusting cord 7 is inserted into the portion, and the size is adjusted by the cord. In addition, as shown in FIG. 6, when the contact cloth 4 is brought into contact with the back side of the body 1, or as shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, the body is divided into an upper body 2 and a lower body 3. It is also practiced to form a string passing portion by providing the function of the contact fabric 4 with a double structure of sewing, and to insert the adjusting cord 7 into that portion.
[0006]
However, in raincoats and the like that require waterproofing performance, it is necessary to attach the sealing tape 6 to the sewn portion of the stringing portion, but in the structure of the stringing portion shown in FIG. Water will penetrate through the gap into the string passing portion, and the adjusting cord 7 will be wet. In this case, there is no problem when the adjustment cord 7 is put out of the garment for adjustment because the outside of the garment is in a wet state, but when a take-out portion of the adjustment cord 7 is provided inside the garment, There are problems such as the wet adjustment cord 7 coming out of the inside of the clothes which should not be wet, and water leaking from the take-out portion of the adjustment string 7 to the inside of the clothes.
[0007]
Further, as shown in FIG. 6, in the structure in which the contact cloth A4 is sewn on the inside of the body 1 and the stringing portion is provided on the inside of the garment, water intrusion decreases, but the contact cloth A4 and the body 1 The water penetrates into the threaded portion through the sewing thread for sewing, and has the same problem as the structure of the threaded portion shown in FIG. 5 described above.
[0008]
Further, the structure shown in FIGS. 7 and 8 in which the body cloth is divided into the upper body 2 and the lower body 3 and the stringing portion is provided has the same problem as in FIGS.
[0009]
Further, a technique of inserting an independent rubber-like size adjuster into the inside of a garment has also been proposed (see, for example, Patent Document 5). When a hanging cloth or the like is brought into contact, there is a problem similar to the case where the above-mentioned string passing portion is brought into contact.
[0010]
Therefore, there is no method of adjusting the size of the garment to which the sealing tape, which is required to have the waterproof property first, is sufficiently satisfactory in terms of the waterproof property.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to solve the above-mentioned problems of the prior art, and to provide a sewing specification of clothes that can provide a function of adjusting the size of clothes while maintaining waterproofness with no problem in actual wearing of a sealing tape adhesive portion. Is to provide clothing.
[0017]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention employs the following configuration. That is,
(1) The first fabric is brought into contact with the outer material on the outer layer side of the garment to form a multilayer structure, and the second fabric is brought into contact with the outer material on the inner layer side of the garment in the portion having the multilayer structure. A garment, wherein a lace is formed, and a string for adjusting the size in the circumferential direction of the garment is inserted into the lace.
(2) The first fabric is brought into contact with the outer fabric on the inner layer side of the garment to form a multi-layer structure, and the second fabric is further placed on the inner garment side of the first fabric in the portion having the multi-layer structure. A garment, wherein a lace is formed by being brought into contact with the lace, and a lace for adjusting the size of the garment in the circumferential direction is inserted into the lace.
(3) The outer material of the clothes is divided into a first outer material and a second outer material, and the first outer material and the second outer material form a multi-layer structure. Clothes, characterized in that a cloth threading portion is formed by abutting the fabric, and a string for adjusting the size in the circumferential direction of the clothing is inserted into the threading section.
(4) The garment according to any one of (1) to (3), wherein a sewn portion of the string passing portion is sealed with a sealing tape.
[0018]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
The clothing of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings showing one embodiment.
[0019]
1, 2, 3, and 4 are schematic cross-sectional views showing one embodiment of the insertion portion of the adjustment cord of the clothes of the present invention, and FIGS. 5, 6, 7, and 8 are ordinary sectional views. It is a cross-sectional schematic diagram which shows one aspect of the insertion part of the adjustment string. FIG. 9 is a schematic external view of a garment having an insertion portion for an adjustment cord.
[0020]
In the present invention, for example, as shown in FIG. 1, the threading portion attaches the contact cloth A4 to the surface of the body 1 to form a two-layer structure portion, and further forms the inner layer side of the clothing of the two-layer structure portion, that is, the body 1 The contact fabric B5 is attached to the inner layer of the garment to form a three-layer structure, and the seam obtained by sewn the contact fabric A4 and the contact fabric B5 is sealed with the sealing tape 6. The contact fabric B5 has a three-layer structure so as to be attached to the shape covered by the contact fabric A4, and the seams are sealed with the sealing tapes 6, so that water leakage from the contact fabric sewn portion can be suppressed. Even if water droplets coming from the clothing surface enter the abutment fabric A4, the adjusting cord 7 is inserted into the inner threading portion, and water enters the clothing inner layer side threading portion. In this case, it is necessary for water that has entered the contact fabric A4 to further penetrate the thread and enter the string passing portion constituted by the contact fabric B5, thereby making it possible to prevent water from entering the string passing portion as much as possible. Become.
[0021]
In the present invention, when sewing the contact cloth B5, a seam for sewing the contact cloth B5 is not put on the surface of the garment so that water on the surface of the garment does not penetrate the string passing portion by attaching the sewing thread. Is to be sewn. The sewing method is as follows. After the contact cloth B5 is sewn to the inner layer of the body 1 with a sewing thread, the contact cloth A4 is contacted so as to cover the seam of the contact cloth B5. A sewing cloth A4 is sewn on the body 1 so as not to be sewn, and then a sealing tape 6 is adhered to form a three-layer structure without sewn the sewing cloth with the abutting cloth B5 to the front side of the clothes. Can be.
[0022]
Further, in the present invention, as shown in FIG. 2, the threading portion is formed by attaching the contact fabric A4 to the back surface of the body 1 to form a two-layer structure portion, and attaching the contact fabric B5 to the contact fabric A4. It is also possible to form a layered structure and to stitch the seam obtained by sewing the contact fabric A4 and the contact fabric B5 with a sealing tape. Also in this case, by sealing the sewn portion of the contact fabric A4 and the contact fabric B5 with the sealing tape 6, water leakage from the contact fabric sewn portion can be suppressed, and the clothing surface is covered. Even if water droplets enter the contact fabric A4, the adjustment cord 7 is further inserted into the inside threading portion of the cloth. It is necessary for the water that has entered the cloth A4 to further penetrate the thread and penetrate into the threaded portion formed of the contact cloth B5 with a sewing thread, so that it is possible to prevent water from entering as much as possible. As a sewing method in this case, the contact cloth A5 is sewn to the contact cloth A4 in advance with a sewing thread, and the contact cloth A4 is sewn to the body 1 so that the contact cloth B5 is not sewn, and then the sealing is performed. By adhering the tape 6, it is possible to form a three-layer structure without putting out the seam stitched with the contact fabric B5 to the front side of the clothes.
[0023]
Further, as shown in FIG. 3, the body is divided into a body 2 and a body 3, the body 2 is set to be long, and the body 2 has the function of the contact fabric A4 on the inner layer side of the clothing. It is also possible to attach the contact fabric B5 to the inside of the upper body 2 to form a three-layer structure, and to stitch the seam obtained by sewing the upper body 2, the lower look 3 and the contact fabric B5 with the sealing tape 6. Then, as shown in FIG. 4, the lower body 3 is set to be long, the lower body 3 has the function of the contact fabric A4 on the inner layer of the clothes, and the contact fabric B5 is attached to the inside of the lower body 3. It is also possible to form a three-layer structure, and to seal the seam obtained by sewing the upper body 2, the lower body 3, and the contact fabric B <b> 5 with the sealing tape 6. In this case as well, the seam to which the body and the contact fabric B5 are sewn is stopped by the sealing tape 6 so that water leakage from the stitched portion of the contact fabric is suppressed, and water droplets coming down the surface of the garment. However, even if the sewn part of the upper body 2 and the lower body 3 penetrates into the part provided with the function of the contact fabric A4, the adjusting cord 7 is further inserted into the inner threading part, and the garment inner layer side In order for water to penetrate into the threading portion, the water must penetrate from the seam where the upper body 2 or lower body 3 and the contact cloth B5 are sewn, and the water penetrates into the part having the function of the contact cloth A4. However, it is necessary to further penetrate the thread and penetrate into the string passing portion formed of the abutting cloth B5, and it is possible to prevent water from entering as much as possible. As a sewing method in this case, the contact cloth B5 is sewn in advance to the upper body 2 or the lower body 3 with a sewing thread, and the upper body 2 and the lower body 3 are sewn so as not to sew the contact cloth B5. After that, by attaching the sealing tape 6, the three-layer structure can be obtained without putting out the sewing thread sewn with the contact cloth B5 to the front side of the clothes.
[0024]
Further, in the present invention, if a three-layered structure can be employed in which the threading portion is not sewn to the front side of the clothes, decorative stitches or the like can be inserted.
[0025]
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 8, the sealing tape 6 according to the present invention is a tape that is brought into contact with a seam portion, and is bonded to the seam portion with an adhesive or heat treatment, or is sealed by welding or the like. This is used to prevent water from entering the inside of the garment through the seam from the outside of the garment. For example, an adhesive such as a rubber-based adhesive is applied to the seam to apply the water to the garment. Use high-melting polyamide, polyolefin, polyester, polyurethane, etc. resins for the tape or base cloth layer to which the stopper base cloth is bonded, and use a low-melting polyamide, polyolefin, polyester, polyurethane polyurethane as the adhesive layer. A hot-melt type tape using a heat-welding resin such as a system is brought into contact with the seam, and a tape that welds the heat-adhesive resin by high frequency, ultrasonic, hot pressing, etc. Properly can be applied to thermal bonding resin after melting, tape usually known sealing tape adhered to the seam, what is called a seam tape, sealing tape or the like by hot air or the like.
[0026]
The outer fabric in the present invention is a fabric constituting clothes such as a body 1, an upper body 2, and a lower body 3, and the fabric and the third fabric to be in contact with the outer fabric in the present invention are a contact fabric A4 and a contact fabric. The cloth B5 or the like is a cloth to be brought into contact with the front surface or the back surface of the outer fabric.
[0027]
The outer material in the present invention is not particularly limited as long as it is a cloth to which a sealing tape can be adhered or welded, and a woven or knitted fabric used for clothing (when these are collectively referred to as a woven or ), And the material may be selected from synthetic fibers such as polyester and polyamide, and natural fibers. In particular, a moisture-permeable waterproof cloth in which a waterproof film such as urethane is applied to a woven or knitted fabric made of polyamide fiber or a woven or knitted fabric made of polyester fiber by a method such as coating, lamination, or bonding, a woven or knitted fabric made of polyamide fiber, or a woven or knitted fabric made of polyester fiber It is preferable to use a fabric obtained by molding a high density and suppressing the penetration of water into the inside of the fabric by a water-repellent treatment or the like.
[0028]
In the present invention, the upper body 2 and the lower body 3 shown in FIGS. 3 and 4 can be formed of the same cloth, or different cloths can be used.
[0029]
In addition, the contact fabric in the present invention can be formed of the same fabric as the outer material, and there is no problem using a different fabric at all. What is necessary is just to select suitably from the cloth which can be bonded or welded.
[0030]
As the adjusting cord in the present invention, a braided cord, a flat elastic cord, a round elastic cord, a cord-like material usually used for clothes such as a cloth sewn into a cord form can be used without any problem. The method of taking out the adjusting cord from the part may be any method that is usually used such as making a hole with a staple or the like.
[0031]
Further, the garment in the present invention may be provided with a commonly used lining such as a mesh-shaped knitted fabric or a plain woven fabric formed of synthetic fibers such as polyester and polyamide.
[0032]
Further, according to the present invention, as shown in FIG. 9, it is possible to obtain an appearance similar to that of a normal string passing portion.
[0033]
【The invention's effect】
By adopting the structure of the stringing portion for size adjustment according to the present invention, it is possible to prevent water leakage from the stringing portion as much as possible, without changing the design usually used for clothes to which the sealing tape is adhered. It is possible to provide clothing with improved waterproofness from the through portion, and its utility is great.
