Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an electric vehicle suspension mechanism that is used in an electric vehicle and includes a body tilt device and a suspension device.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Currently, automobiles are equipped with seat belts and airbags for head-on collisions, active seat pillars for rear-end collisions, and reinforcements in doors for side-end collisions to enhance safety. , With side airbags. The active seat pillar is designed to automatically move the pillow portion of the seat and support the back of the head in order to prevent the occupant's neck from bending excessively backwards and causing whiplash when collided. It was made.
[0003]
In addition, the body of an automobile is generally designed so that the front and rear portions are easily collapsed, and the crushable zone is collapsed during a collision, so that the energy of the collision can be absorbed and the impact can be reduced. Therefore, the safety against a head-on collision and a rear-end collision is further improved. On the other hand, there is no space for providing a crushable zone on the side of the vehicle body.
[0004]
By the way, in the case of engine vehicles using gasoline, light oil or the like as fuel, components in exhaust gas cause air pollution and global warming and cause environmental destruction. In recent years, electric vehicles using electricity as fuel have been actively developed. It is being advanced.
Since this electric vehicle has a different driving system from the engine vehicle, the configuration of the power / transmission system can be simplified. For example, in an in-wheel electric vehicle having a structure in which the motor is built in the wheel, the motor is mounted on the wheel. Since it is directly connected, no drive shaft is required, and there is no need to provide a complicated mechanism such as an engine or a clutch mechanism in the center of the vehicle body unlike a conventional engine automobile.
[0005]
Thus, the simplification of the basic traveling device of an automobile has enabled a more ideal suspension to be constructed. First, the suspension generally has a function that is better given the degree of freedom of the wheels with respect to the vehicle body. In addition, when a car runs, it is pushed up from uneven road surface, resistance to hinder forward movement, centrifugal force at cornering acts, but in order to ensure comfortable riding comfort and operation stability against these external forces, Ideally, a vertical suspension, a front-rear suspension, and a left-right suspension are provided, and it becomes feasible to provide a structure for realizing this ideal.
[0006]
As the front-rear suspension device, the present inventor has proposed a suspension device having an eccentric retainer in which a wheel introduces a circular motion in the front-rear direction (for example, see
[0007]
Also, in railway vehicles, pendulum vehicles have been put into practical use for the purpose of improving the stability of the vehicle body when running on a sharp curve at high speed. This pendulum vehicle separates the bogie on which the wheels are mounted and the vehicle body that accommodates the occupant, and when subjected to centrifugal force due to a sharp curve etc., tilts the vehicle body on a bogie like a pendulum by circular motion. is there. On the other hand, in conventional engine vehicles, it is difficult to separate the body and the power / transmission system configuration, so that pendulum support is not employed as in railway vehicles. The vehicle stability is enhanced by controlling the hydraulic damper so that the vehicle body does not fall out when the vehicle is received.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Since there is no space for providing a crushable zone on the side of the vehicle body, the vehicle is structurally vulnerable to side collision, and there is room for improvement in safety.
Further, in an electric vehicle, if the configuration of the power / transmission system is simplified, the interior space can be increased as compared with a conventional engine vehicle, but the weight around the wheels increases, and the performance around the feet deteriorates. In addition, there is room for improvement in terms of ride comfort because a transverse centrifugal force is applied to the occupants in the vehicle at the time of cornering or the like as in a conventional engine vehicle.
[0010]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems, and has as its object to sufficiently exert a performance of suppressing a side collision, a longitudinal shock, a vibration, and a centrifugal force while traveling while securing a large interior space. It is an object of the present invention to provide an electric vehicle suspension mechanism which is capable of driving and excellent in safety and riding comfort.
[0011]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-described problems, the present invention provides the following.
(1) A vehicle body tilting device (for example, the vehicle body tilting device 300) that tilts the vehicle body (for example, the vehicle body tilting device 300) so that the floor surface of the vehicle body (for example, the vehicle body 350) can be maintained perpendicular to the combined force of gravity and centrifugal force. ), And a suspension device (for example, a suspension device 400) that rotatably supports a wheel (for example, the wheel 52),
An electric vehicle suspension mechanism, wherein the suspension device includes a front-rear suspension (for example, a front-rear suspension 1) that enables the wheels to move back and forth with respect to a vehicle body.
[0012]
According to the invention of (1), the vehicle body can be tilted by the vehicle body tilting device, and the floor surface of the vehicle body can be maintained perpendicular to the combined force of gravity and centrifugal force. Riding comfort can be improved without feeling lateral centrifugal force when cornering or the like. Further, since the vehicle body is tiltably supported, the vehicle body is tilted by the energy of the collision in the case of a side collision, so that the impact can be reduced. The reason that the vehicle body can be tilted in this way is that the electric vehicle can leanably support the vehicle body by simplifying the configuration of the power / transmission system as compared with the conventional engine vehicle.
[0013]
In addition, the front-rear suspension allows the wheels to move back and forth with respect to the vehicle body, so that impact is applied from the front of the wheels during traveling, and the wheels move forward in response to the front movement due to the inertia of the vehicle body. When the vehicle is delayed, the wheels can smoothly escape to the rear, so that the impact on the vehicle body can be reduced and the riding comfort can be improved.
[0014]
Furthermore, when the forward movement of the vehicle body is delayed with respect to the forward movement of the wheels at the time of start, the impact on the vehicle body can be reduced by smoothly releasing the wheels forward, and the riding comfort is improved. Can be improved.
[0015]
The present invention further provides the following.
(2) The electric vehicle suspension mechanism according to (1),
The front-rear suspension (for example, the front-rear suspension 1) is characterized by including a damping mechanism that generates a resistance force for the front-rear movement of the wheel (for example, the wheel 52) with respect to the vehicle body (for example, the vehicle body 350).
[0016]
According to the invention of (2), since the resistance force can be applied to the front-rear movement of the wheel by the damping mechanism, when the wheel vibrates in the front-rear direction, the amplitude can be suppressed and damped. As a result, even if the wheels vibrate in the front-rear direction while the electric vehicle is running, it is possible to prevent the occurrence of resonance with other components or the occurrence of undesired vibrations caused by self-excited vibrations. And the ride comfort can be further improved.
[0017]
The present invention further provides the following.
(3) A vehicle body tilting device (eg, the vehicle body tilting device 300) that tilts the vehicle body (eg, the vehicle body tilting device 300) so that the floor surface of the vehicle body (eg, the vehicle body 350) can be maintained perpendicular to the combined force of gravity and centrifugal force. An electric vehicle suspension mechanism comprising:
[0018]
According to the invention of (3), the vehicle body can be tilted by the vehicle body tilting device, and the floor surface of the vehicle body can be maintained perpendicular to the combined force of gravity and centrifugal force.
[0019]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
The electric vehicle suspension mechanism according to the present invention includes a vehicle body tilting device that tilts the vehicle body so that the floor surface of the vehicle body of the electric vehicle can be maintained perpendicular to the resultant force of gravity and centrifugal force, and a wheel that can rotate freely. And a suspension device for supporting the vehicle, wherein the suspension device has a longitudinal movement suspension that enables the wheels to move forward and backward with respect to the vehicle body.

[0053]
The damping mechanism includes a state detection sensor that detects the motion state of the electric vehicle and a current flowing through the field winding so that the magnetic field changes with respect to the armature winding, similarly to the above-described variable damping
[0054]
Therefore, the state detection sensor detects the motion state of the electric vehicle, and based on this detection information, controls the excitation power supply section so that the control section increases the damping force for the relative movement between the magnetic field and the armature winding. If drive control is performed, the front-rear circular motion of the wheel can be more quickly attenuated by the above-described attenuation mechanism.
[0055]
Specifically, the state detection sensor includes various sensors that detect, as the movement state of the electric vehicle, longitudinal displacement of the wheels, unsprung acceleration, sprung acceleration, body speed, steering angle of the steering wheel, and the like. Then, a detection signal from each sensor is input to the control unit.
[0056]
The excitation power supply unit moves the magnetic field excited by the field winding relative to the armature winding.Specifically, in order to rotate the magnetic field with respect to the armature winding, And an inverter circuit for converting a DC supplied from a battery into an AC having an arbitrary frequency.
[0057]
The control unit analyzes the information from the state detection sensor, calculates an insufficient damping force, and drives and controls the excitation power supply unit to compensate for the insufficient damping force. Current that increases the change in As a result, a large induced current flows through the armature winding according to Fleming's right-hand rule, and a torque according to Fleming's left-hand rule is generated between the magnetic field and the magnetic field excited by the field winding. As a force, the forward and backward circular motion of the wheel can be damped. It is necessary to reverse the direction (positive or negative) of the current supplied from the excitation power supply unit in accordance with the forward and backward circular motion of the wheels, that is, the change in the direction of rotation of the

【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, the vehicle body can be tilted by the operation of the vehicle body tilting device to maintain the floor surface of the vehicle body perpendicular to the combined force of gravity and centrifugal force. In such a case, the ride comfort can be improved without feeling the lateral centrifugal force.
[0107]
Further, according to the present invention, the impact of the front and rear motion suspension allows the wheels to smoothly escape to the rear or front when an impact is applied from the front of the wheels during traveling or at the time of starting, so that the impact on the vehicle body is reduced. Can improve the riding comfort.
[0108]
According to the present invention, if the longitudinal suspension is further provided with a damping mechanism, it is possible to suppress an excessive amplitude of vibration in the longitudinal direction of the axle. Thus, when the electric vehicle travels, it is possible to prevent the vibration of the axle in the front-rear direction from causing resonance with other components or generating undesired vibration due to self-excited vibration. It is possible to further improve the riding comfort.
