Description

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
According to the present invention, the arm of the hinge body attached to the door can be temporarily fixed with one touch to the connecting means attached to the door mounting frame, and even if the main body fixing screw for fixing the arm to the connecting means is loosened, The present invention relates to a slide hinge in which an arm does not come off from a connecting means.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a sliding hinge for mounting a door on a door mounting frame of a cabinet or the like is a hinge having a cup fixed to the door, an arm having a screw engagement portion and a locking portion, and a link for rotating the cup with respect to the arm. A main body, connecting means for connecting the arm and the door mounting frame, and a main body screwed to the connecting means, wherein the head is engaged from the engaging portion and fixed to the locking portion, and the arm is fixed to the connecting means. It consisted of fixing screws.
[0003]
Generally, the engaging portion is a round hole through which the head of the main body fixing screw can penetrate, and the locking portion communicates with the round hole, and is larger than the screw portion outer diameter of the main body fixing screw, and The hole width was smaller than the outside diameter of the head.
In this way, by providing the engaging portion and the locking portion, the arm of the hinge body attached to the door is engaged with the connecting means attached to the door mounting frame in a state where the body fixing screw is attached to the connecting means in advance. I was able to stop.
Note that the elongated hole-shaped locking portion is for adjusting the mounting position of the door with respect to the door mounting frame.
[0004]
In a general procedure for mounting the slide hinge, first, the cup of the hinge body is fixed to the door, and the connecting means is mounted on the door mounting frame. Subsequently, the main body fixing screw is screwed into the female screw of the connecting means with the head floating.
Next, the head of the main body fixing screw is engaged from the engaging portion of the arm of the hinge main body, and then the main body fixing screw is locked to the locking portion to temporarily fix the door. Then, the mounting position of the door is adjusted while the door is temporarily fixed, and when the mounting position is determined, the body fixing screw is tightened, and the hinge body together with the door is mounted on the connecting means.
In other words, the slide hinge is provided with an engaging part and a locking part, so that it is not necessary to support the door with one hand, and it is not necessary to perform the difficult work such as tightening the screw with the other hand, which greatly improves the workability. Could be improved.
[0005]
By the way, when the sliding hinge is moved to the engagement portion when adjusting the mounting position of the door or when the door is opened and closed with the body fixing screw loosened, the head of the body fixing screw is moved. However, there is a risk that the arm of the hinge body may come off from the connecting means.
For this reason, the slide hinge has been devised in various ways from the viewpoint of improving ease of attachment and safety.
[0006]
For example, a hinge having a hinge body, a mounting plate, a set screw, and a washer attached to the set screw, wherein the washer is made of a plastically deformable material, and passes through a screw insertion keyhole before deformation. There is a hinge that is plastically deformed after screwing and is larger than the screw insertion keyhole (Utility Model Document 1).
When the set screw is tightened, the washer is plastically deformed and cannot pass through the key hole for screw insertion. Therefore, even if the set screw is loosened and the adjustment work is performed, the hinge body comes off or falls off the mounting plate. Can be avoided.
[0007]
Also, when the door side member fixed to the door side is overlapped and assembled with the cabinet side member fixed to the cabinet side constituting the slide hinge, one end is fixed to the cabinet and the other end is tightened. There is a structure for preventing a slide hinge from coming off, in which a soft sheet material fixed to a screw is attached, and the soft sheet material prevents the door-side member from coming off the cabinet member (Patent Document 1).
This technology can prevent the slide hinge from coming off, thereby reliably preventing the door from falling.

[0009]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, since the hinge causes the washer to be plastically deformed when the door is removed, it is necessary to remove not only the set screw but also the hinge. This removal operation requires skill such as removing a set screw while supporting the door, and there is a problem that productivity is reduced. In addition, there was a risk that the door would be knocked down during the removal work.
In addition, this hinge performs a difficult task requiring skill, such as supporting the door with one hand and tightening the screw with the washer with the other hand, when using a plastically deformed washer when reattaching the removed door. Therefore, there is a problem that workability is greatly reduced.
[0010]
Further, when a plurality of hinges are attached, the washer may come off from the key hole for screw insertion until the washer is plastically deformed, and there is a risk that the door may fall down.
In addition, when adjusting the mounting position of the door, if the set screw is too loose, the set screw comes off from the connecting means, so it was necessary to take care not to loosen the set screw too much.
[0011]
In addition, the structure for preventing the slide hinge from coming off needs to fix the soft sheet material, the stepped plate material and the stopper plate with the tightening screws, so that the mounting work and the removing work require a skill, and the production is difficult. There was a problem that the property was reduced.
[0012]
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a slide hinge that can safely and easily attach and detach a door, and can prevent a problem that a door falls down even if a main body fixing screw is loosened. I do.
[0013]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, a slide hinge of the present invention includes a cup fixed to a door, an arm having a screw engagement portion and a locking portion, a link for rotating the cup with respect to the arm, and A hinge body having a retaining plate urged in a direction to close the engagement portion, a connecting means for connecting the arm and the door mounting frame, and a head engaged by the engagement portion to form the locking portion; And a main body fixing screw screwed to the connecting means for fixing the arm to the connecting means.
According to such a configuration, when the head of the main body fixing screw is pushed into the engagement portion, the retaining plate is opened against the urging force and the open head penetrates the engagement portion. When the is moved to the locking part, the retaining plate closes by the biasing force and automatically covers the engaging part, so there is no need to operate the retaining plate specially.Temporarily fix the hinge body with one-touch operation. Can be.
Also, when removing the hinge body from the connecting means, lift the retaining plate against the urging force, open the engaging portion, and easily release the temporary fixing by pulling out the head of the main body fixing screw from this engaging portion. Can be.
[0014]
The slide hinge has a configuration in which a retaining portion for closing the engaging portion of the retaining plate is located below a bottom surface of the head of the main body fixing screw.
With this configuration, even if the main body fixing screw moves in the direction of the engaging portion, the retaining portion is located below the head of the main body fixing screw. It is possible to reliably prevent such a problem that the stopped hinge body comes off the connecting means.
[0015]
Further, the slide hinge is configured such that the main body fixing screw is previously screwed into the female screw of the connecting means, and a stopper for preventing the main body fixing screw from coming off from the female screw is provided.
With this configuration, even if the body fixing screw is loosened, the hinge does not come off from the connecting means, so that a problem that the temporarily fixed hinge body comes off from the connecting means can be more reliably prevented.
Further, the stopper may be formed as a caulking formed on the body fixing screw. In this case, the structure can be simplified and the manufacturing cost can be reduced.
[0016]
Further, this slide hinge has a configuration in which a cross section in the longitudinal direction of the arm is formed in a U-shape, and a retaining plate is rotatably provided between opposed side plates.
In this case, the bottom plate of the arm can be directly screwed to the connecting means, and the structure can be simplified.
[0017]

As described above, the slide hinge according to the present invention has been described with reference to the preferred embodiment. However, the slide hinge according to the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and various modifications may be made within the scope of the present invention. It goes without saying that it is possible.
For example, although the retaining plate is rotated, the present invention is not limited to this configuration, and the retaining plate may be moved.
Further, at the work site, the stopper may be attached after the main body fixing screw is tightened in advance, and even in this case, it is possible to prevent a problem that the main body fixing screw is loosened and comes off from the connecting means.
[0047]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the slide hinge of the present invention, when the head of the main body fixing screw is engaged with the engaging portion and the screw portion of the main body fixing screw is moved to the engaging portion, the retaining plate is prevented from coming off. Since the portion closes the engagement portion, it is possible to prevent a problem that the main body fixing screw cannot move to the engagement portion and the temporarily fixed hinge main body comes off from the connecting means.
[0048]
Furthermore, by forming a dent in the retaining portion and positioning the upper surface of the dent below the bottom surface of the head of the main body fixing screw, it is possible to prevent a problem that the retaining portion runs over the head of the main body fixing screw, and temporarily fix. The disadvantage that the hinge body detached from the connecting means can be reliably prevented.
Also, by tightening the main body fixing screw into the female screw of the connecting means and providing a stopper at the tip of the penetrated screw portion, the main body fixing screw does not come off from the connecting means, so even if the main body fixing screw is loosened, the main body fixing screw comes off. It is possible to prevent such a problem that the temporarily fixed hinge body comes off the connecting means.
