Abstract
Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a thermometer using a chip-type thermistor, and more particularly to a thermometer suitable for an electronic thermometer for measuring the body temperature of various living bodies such as a human body.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The following configuration is generally known as such a thermometer.
That is, a chip-type thermistor having a substantially rectangular parallelepiped thermistor body made of a metal oxide or the like and electrodes formed on the upper and lower surfaces of the thermistor body is made of stainless steel or the like that is brought into contact with the object to be measured. The chip-type thermistor is provided in the formed cap, and is fixed by filling and solidifying a resin-based adhesive in the cap. The electrode has a configuration in which one end of a so-called CP wire in which a Cu core is applied to an Fe core wire having a wire diameter of 0.06 mm to 0.16 mm is soldered, and the other end is led out of the cap. (For example, see Patent Document 1).
[0003]
By the way, according to the conventional thermometer, the fixing of the chip type thermistor to the cap is performed by filling and solidifying an adhesive in the cap, so that the heat from the temperature measuring object is reduced by the chip type thermistor. However, there is a problem that it takes a long time to conduct the electric current. That is, before the heat from the outer surface of the cap is conducted to the chip-type thermistor, first, the adhesive filled and solidified in the cap must be heated, which takes a long time to measure the temperature. .
[0004]
As a means for solving such a problem, for example, as disclosed in Patent Document 2, a configuration is disclosed in which a chip-type thermistor is sealed in a cap with a part thereof being in contact with the inner surface of the cap. I have.
However, according to the conventional thermometer, since the inner surface of the cap has a curved shape, there is a problem that it is difficult to realize good adhesion and adhesion between the chip thermistor and the cap. . Therefore, good thermal conductivity from the cap to the chip-type thermistor cannot be realized, and the time required for measuring the temperature has not been reduced significantly.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and has as its object to provide a thermometer capable of reliably reducing a temperature measurement time.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problems and achieve such an object, the present invention proposes the following means.
The thermometer of the present invention is a cap that is brought into contact with an object to be measured, a chip thermistor that is provided in the cap, and has an electrode on the surface of the thermistor body, and one end connected to the electrode of the chip thermistor. And a thermometer provided with a lead wire led out of the cap at the other end, wherein a flat portion is formed on at least a part of an inner surface of the cap, and the chip-type thermistor has a lower surface. It is characterized in that it is joined to a flat portion of the inner surface of the cap in an insulated state, and a pair of the electrodes are formed on the upper surface of the thermistor body at an interval from each other.
[0008]
In this thermometer, since a pair of electrodes are formed on the upper surface of the thermistor body at an interval from each other, the connection point with the lead wire of the chip type thermistor can be limited to the upper surface of the thermistor. The lower surface of the mold thermistor can be a flat surface. In addition, a flat portion is formed on at least a part of the inner surface of the cap, and the lower surface of the chip-type thermistor is joined to this flat portion. Can be. Therefore, the chip-type thermistor and the cap can be joined with good adhesiveness and adhesion, whereby good thermal conductivity from the cap to the chip-type thermistor can be realized, and the temperature measurement time can be reduced. It can be greatly shortened.
Further, in the thermometer according to the present invention, in the thermometer according to the first aspect, the lead wire is formed of an Fe-Ni-based alloy, a Cu-Ni-based alloy, a Ni-Cr-based alloy, Ni, or Fe. It is characterized by the following.
[0010]
In this thermometer, since the lead wire is formed of the material having a relatively low thermal conductivity, the heat conducted from the object to be measured to the chip thermistor is minimized from being radiated through the lead wire. Can be minimized. Therefore, once the chip-type thermistor is heated, the heat radiation is suppressed, so that the time required for the temperature of the chip-type thermistor to become substantially the same and constant as the temperature of the object to be measured, that is, the temperature measurement Time can be minimized, and the temperature measurement speed can be greatly improved.
[0011]
The thermometer according to the present invention is characterized in that, in the thermometer according to claim 1 or 2, the chip-type thermistor is joined to a flat portion on the inner surface of the cap with a resin-based adhesive containing a metal filler. And
[0012]
