Abstract
Description

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a radio wave absorbing precast plate, and a method of manufacturing the radio wave absorbing precast plate, particularly a radio wave absorbing precast plate effective for a TV radio wave absorbing outer wall precast plate used for an outer wall of a high-rise building, and the radio wave absorbing precast. The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a plate. In the following description, the precast plate may be referred to as a PCa plate.
[0002]
[Prior art]
An outer wall PCa plate having radio wave absorption characteristics has a structure in which a ferrite tile is sandwiched between a decorative material (decorative tile, stone material, and the like) and concrete, as described in Patent Literature 1 and Patent Literature 2, for example. There is a radio wave absorbing outer wall PCa plate of a ferrite tile system.
Further, as described in

Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. H10-117087 [Patent Document 3]
Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 10-196004
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the conventional radio wave absorbing PCa plate has the following problems.
In other words, the above-mentioned ferrite tile type radio wave absorbing outer wall PCa plate necessarily requires a decorative material on the outer surface side of the ferrite tile due to its structure. In addition, the decorative material is also subject to restrictions such as radio wave characteristics and the size of the decorative material, so that the degree of freedom in design is small.
[0005]
Further, in the case of the above-mentioned ferrite mortar type radio wave absorbing outer wall PCa plate, there is no limitation of the decorative material as described above. However, in the case of the conventional ferrite mortar type electromagnetic wave absorbing outer wall PCa plate as described above, a small panel of ferrite mortar is manufactured in advance as a secondary product, and the structure is fixed by driving it into the PCa plate. (See, for example, Literature: Concrete Engineering Vol. 36, No. 1, pp. 19 to 22), joint joints are formed between small ferrite mortar panels on the exterior surface of the PCa board, and there are problems with waterproofness and design. May easily occur.
[0006]
Furthermore, in the manufacturing procedure, small panels of ferrite mortar were individually manufactured, an epoxy adhesive was applied to the back surface of the small panels, and then laid out on a PCa board formwork, and joints of the small ferrite mortar panels were jointed. , Casting concrete, waiting for the concrete to harden, and sealing the joint joints of the small ferrite mortar panels, requiring a great deal of time and work.
The present invention has been made in order to solve the above problems, and provides a radio wave absorbing precast plate that does not necessarily require a decorative material and does not require a joint joint between ferrite mortars, and a method of manufacturing the same. That is the task.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, an invention according to claim 1 of the invention is a radio wave absorbing precast plate in which a ferrite mortar layer made of ferrite aggregate and cement is integrally fixed to a surface of a concrete plate. hand,
The fixation is characterized in that the cement is hardened at the boundary between the concrete layer and the ferrite mortar layer, which are stacked and cast, and the two are integrated and realized.
[0008]
Next, a second aspect of the present invention is characterized in that the concrete layer and the ferrite mortar layer are connected to each other by an anchor in the configuration described in the first aspect.
Next, an invention according to
[0009]
Next, an invention according to claim 4 is a method for producing a radio wave absorbing precast plate in which a ferrite mortar layer made of ferrite aggregate and cement and a concrete layer are laminated, wherein the ferrite mortar is placed in a mold. Casting, before the cement in the ferrite mortar layer formed by casting is completely hardened, on the upper side, the concrete is spliced, and the ferrite mortar layer and the concrete layer are cured by hardening the cement. In addition to being integrally formed, the formwork is separable into two forms, a formwork for a ferrite mortar layer portion and a formwork for a concrete layer portion.
[0010]
Next, according to a fifth aspect of the present invention, the upper surface of the ferrite mortar cast on the mold for the ferrite mortar layer portion before the concrete is cast on the structure described in the fourth aspect. It is characterized by applying vibration with a two-piece vibrator and leveling.
Next, according to a sixth aspect of the present invention, in addition to the configuration described in the fourth or fifth aspect, an anchor for connecting the ferrite mortar layer and the concrete layer is provided, and a part of the anchor is formed in a formwork. The method is characterized in that concrete is cast after the ferrite mortar layer that has been cast is embedded while applying vibration.
[0011]
