Abstract
【解決手段】2つの交差するリム11、12の末端26、27を用いて、2つのペディクルスクリュー3、3’の間隔を検出し、目盛り22でリムの1つに固定的に接続された横木25上に間隔を表示する。第2のリム12は、ポインタ16aと公知の親指グリップ21aが固定されておりポインタに平行に伸びる曲げばねとに分割され、かつ親指グリップが目盛り24に接続され、目盛り24を介して事前決定された事前張力をポインタ16aで読み出すことができるので、間隔測定を制御された事前張力下で行うことができる。

Claims (10)
- 2つのリムを含むペディクルスクリュー用距離計測器であって、前記2つのリムは、回転軸(13)で交差し、かつそれらの末端(25、26)は隣接する脊椎(1、2)に取り付けられた2つのペディクルスクリュー(3)に位置付けられており、第1のリム(11)は前記末端(26)の反対側において弧状の目盛り部分(18)を設けられた横木(25)と1つになり、第2のリム(12)は調整用の横木(25)を越えて突出する突出部(21)を有し、かつポインタとして形成されて目盛り部分の目盛り(22)においてポインタ(16)を用いて2つのペディクルスクリューの間隔を表示し、
前記第2のリム(12)はポインタ(16a)と、公知の親指グリップ(21a)が固定された前記ポインタ(16a)に平行に伸びる曲げばね(15)とに分割され、前記横木がハンドル(25a)として形作られて前記曲げバネを介して前記末端(26、27)で張力を生成し、前記張力を前記親指グリップ(21a)に接続された目盛り(24)を介して前記ポインタ(16a)で読み出し得ることを特徴とする距離計測器。 - ポインタ(16a)及び曲げばね(15)を備えた前記第2のリム(12)は前記横木(25)の延長スロット(32)の両側で導かれることを特徴とする請求項1記載の距離計測器。
- 前記弧状の目盛り部分(18)はキー(14)を備えた溝(33)を有し、前記キー(14)は前記ポインタ(16a)によって追従ポインタ(17)として運ばれて、前記目盛り(22)上で前記末端(26、27)の間隔を同様に示し、測定された最大間隔で所定の位置に残ることを特徴とする請求項1または2のいずれか1つに記載の距離計測器。
- 前記末端(26、27)の1つは二股(42)に設計され、ペディクルスクリュー(3)の前記先端(4)を通して引き抜かれたバンドまたはケーブル(7)に中心があってもよいことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1つに記載の距離計測器。
- 前記末端(26、27)のうちの1つが、ペディクルスクリュー(3)の前記先端(4)の経路孔(31)に中心があってもよい半球状の突出部として設計されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1つに記載の距離計測器。
- 前記末端(26、27)は前記リム(11、12)に関して横方向にオフセットした突出部(29、30)に各々取り付けられることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか1つに記載の距離計測器。
- 前記突出部(29、30)の各々は前記末端(26、27)の上方に前記広がり方向に向けられた誘導用二股(34、35)を有し、前記末端(26、27)はペディクルスクリュー(3)の前記先端(4)へ取り付けられた心立て部分(39)に沿って前記先端(4)に導かれ得ることを特徴とする請求項6記載の距離計測器。
- 前記事前張力の読み出し用の前記目盛り(24)が前記ポインタ(16a)の後にあるフック(28)に取り付けられて前記曲げバネ(15)の過度の伸張を前記親指グリップ(21a)が防ぐことができることを特徴とする前記請求項のいずれか1つに記載の距離計測器。
- 前記リム(11、12)が金属製であり、前記横木(25)がプラスチック製であることを特徴とする前記請求項のいずれか1つに記載の距離計測器。
- 前記横方向にオフセットした突出部(29、30)がアダプタ部分として前記リム(11、12)上へ押し出されてもよいことを特徴とする請求項6乃至9のいずれか1つに記載の距離計測器。
