Abstract
Description
【0001】

ここで、このネットワークは、インターネットであってもよいし、公衆無線網、WAN(Wide Area Network)、VPN(Virtual Private Network)、専用回線網などを用いてもよい。
【0059】

【0141】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a logistics management system that appropriately grasps and manages the position and state of an article in the conveyance of an article, and in particular, based on the grasped position and state of the article, such as temperature and humidity in a transport vehicle or storage. The present invention relates to a comprehensive distribution management system that can effectively prevent deterioration of articles by managing the quality of goods and determine the quality status at the distribution stage to a store.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In transporting articles, care must be taken not to damage the transported articles when loading and unloading the articles on the transport vehicle, moving the transport vehicle, and temporarily storing them in the storage. In particular, when transporting foods and the like, it is important to keep the temperature and humidity constant during transport to prevent deterioration. For this reason, it is common to use a refrigerated vehicle or a refrigerated vehicle as a food transport vehicle, and use a refrigerated warehouse or a refrigerated warehouse as a storage.
[0003]
Normally, when transporting frozen foods, it is adjusted to keep the inside of the freezer truck or the freezer warehouse at about −18 ° C. However, it is not possible to pay attention to changes in the temperature of individual conveyed articles only by keeping the inside of the conveyed vehicle and the storage at a predetermined temperature. For this reason, for example, during transportation of frozen food in a freezer truck, if some frozen food is thawed after reaching a predetermined temperature or higher, and then frozen again in a freezing warehouse, for example, It was difficult to figure out.
[0004]
However, in recent years, bacterial infections and the like caused by food have been regarded as a problem, and quality control of food during transportation has been regarded as important. Therefore, by monitoring the temperature change and the like during the transportation of the food, to prevent the damage that occurs during transportation, and at the same time grasp the current position of the food being transported, the damage occurred Techniques for facilitating analysis work such as investigation of the cause of a case have been proposed.
[0005]
In the physical distribution management system described in
[0006]
The operation and temperature management system described in
[0007]
The food monitoring system described in Patent Literature 3 detects a history of temperature change during transportation of the monitored food and wirelessly transmits the detected data to a data processing device in a transport vehicle, so that the data processing device can process the food in real time. It is characterized in that it is possible to monitor the state of.
[0008]
Further, in the food quality management system in the distribution as described above, as a device for measuring and recording the temperature of the food being transported, a temperature recording device described in Patent Document 4 or a temperature recording measurement device described in
[0009]
Further, the on-board terminal for operation and temperature management described in Patent Document 6 includes a GPS receiving antenna, a public wireless antenna, and a temperature recording device connector, and is connected to the temperature recording device as described above to measure temperature. Along with acquiring the data, the position information of the conveyed item is acquired from the GPS receiving antenna, and the temperature measurement data and the position information can be wirelessly transmitted to the management server in real time.
[0010]
In such a food distribution management system, based on temperature history data of a food being transported, the quality state of the food is determined using TTT (Time-Temperature-Tolerance) theory or the like. For example, in the case of frozen food, if there is a period in which the temperature is higher than −18 ° C., the quality deteriorates, and the quality holding period is shortened.
[0011]
Note that the term “transporting an article” includes not only a state in which the article is present in the transport vehicle, but also a state in which the article is temporarily stored in a source storage, a destination storage, a distribution base, a warehouse, or the like. It is assumed that In the above description, only transportation by vehicle is described, but in the case of air transportation and sea transportation, a transportation machine and a transportation ship can be similarly considered (the same applies hereinafter).

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, in the above-mentioned distribution management system, it is assumed that the distribution temperature includes the product temperature / humidity of the conveyed articles and the product information (product code, production factory, production line, lot No., production date, expiration date, box number, etc.). , Etc.) is transmitted to a server or the like, and the data is processed and evaluated by a predetermined method to detect the quality of the article being transported. However, quality control of the transported article is actually performed. In such a case, it is common for a human to make a judgment based on information displayed by a server or the like, and notify a carrier, a warehouse, a destination company, or the like when the quality of the article has deteriorated. .
[0014]
In addition, as a method of evaluating the quality of conveyed articles, a method of acquiring historical data such as storage temperature and humidity during conveyance and applying this to TTT theory is used. Considering the article distribution process, it is considered that it is not always possible to appropriately evaluate the quality of the conveyed article using such uniform criteria.
[0015]
Furthermore, there are a wide variety of conveyed articles, and the conditions for quality deterioration differ for each of these articles. However, in the conventional physical distribution management system, the temperature of the entirety of the inside of the transport vehicle and the inside of the storage is measured by the device described in Patent Literature 4 or
[0016]
In such a physical distribution management system, for example, if the temperature management in the transport vehicle fails, all the articles in the transport vehicle must be discarded as defective products, which is uneconomical.
[0017]
Further, when loading and unloading the conveyed articles, the articles may be damaged due to the impact, but there is also a problem that the appearance of the conveyed articles cannot be checked for any damage. .
[0018]
The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and is a logistics management system that remotely detects the state of an article being transported, evaluates and manages the quality of the article, and is adapted to an actual distribution process of the article. It is an object of the present invention to provide a physical distribution management system that can automatically perform comprehensive quality control from a transfer source to a transfer destination by using the evaluated evaluation criteria.
[0019]
Another object of the present invention is to provide a physical distribution management system capable of detecting the state of each type of article or each packaging unit of the article and performing detailed quality control based on the state.
[0020]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
As a result of intensive studies in view of the above-mentioned problems, the present inventor has arrived at the following physical distribution management system.
[0021]
That is, the present invention is a system for attaching and transporting a sensor for detecting the state of an article attached to the article, wherein the storage warehouse includes communication means for the sensor and network connection means, communication means for the sensor, and The storage warehouse and the moving body including a mobile body provided with a network connection means and a server capable of communicating with the storage warehouse and the mobile body through a network, wherein the storage warehouse and the moving body are in a state of an article detected by the sensor by the communication means. And a logistics management system for transmitting the status of the article to the server by the network connection means.
[0022]
In the present invention, the storage warehouse is a general term for an article warehouse at a source (manufacturing factory or the like) and a destination (retail store or the like) of the article, a distribution warehouse that is routed during transportation, and the like. In addition, the moving body refers to a transport vehicle or the like used for transporting articles.
[0023]
According to the distribution management system of the present invention described above, the server can receive the state of the article detected by the sensor in the storage warehouse or the moving body in real time.
[0024]
In the physical distribution management system according to the present invention, the moving object includes a portable terminal having communication means with the sensor and the network connection means.
[0025]
With this portable terminal, a moving object during article transportation can perform wireless communication with the server at any time using a public wireless network, satellite communication, mobile network, or the like.
[0026]
In the physical distribution management system according to the present invention, the mobile unit further includes a position detection unit that detects a current position based on a GPS using a communication satellite or an area covered by a communication base station of the mobile unit. preferable.
[0027]
This allows the server to acquire the position information in addition to the information on the state of the article being conveyed in the moving body.
[0028]
In the physical distribution management system according to the present invention, the means for communicating with the sensor included in the mobile object includes a portable terminal body, and an antenna reader capable of wirelessly communicating with the portable terminal body and the sensor. . Further, the antenna reader is capable of wirelessly communicating with the portable terminal.
[0029]
Thus, for example, the antenna reader can be installed in a container where articles are stored, while the mobile terminal body is installed in a driver's seat or the like of a mobile object.
[0030]
In the physical distribution management system according to the present invention, the antenna reader includes an antenna coil on a wall surface of a container that stores the articles of the moving body.
[0031]
This facilitates wireless communication between the sensor and the antenna reader even when, for example, transporting frozen food or the like using an aluminum deposition package.
[0032]
In the physical distribution management system according to the present invention, the sensor includes a sensor main body, and a sensor unit connected to the sensor main body by a cable and in contact with the article to detect a state of the article.
[0033]
When packing the sensor together with the article, the sensor body is arranged near the inner wall of the packing box, and the sensor section is arranged between the articles, so that the sensor body can be easily read by the antenna reader and the sensor can be easily read. The detection accuracy of the part can be improved.
[0034]
In the physical distribution management system according to the present invention, the sensor body further includes a memory for storing a state of an article detected by the sensor unit, a battery for supplying driving power, and a CPU for controlling the sensor. It is characterized by.
[0035]
Accordingly, the sensor can automatically operate, and the operation mode can be incorporated in advance as a program.
[0036]
In the physical distribution management system of the present invention, the memory of the sensor body further stores product information (product code, production factory, production line, lot No., date of manufacture, expiration date, box No.) of the article. It is characterized by doing.
[0037]
Thus, when the sensor is read in a storage warehouse or the like, the product information of the article can also be obtained.
[0038]
In the physical distribution management system according to the present invention, the sensor is a temperature sensor that detects the temperature of the article in the sensor section or a humidity sensor that detects the humidity of the article.
[0039]
For example, frozen foods, refrigerated foods, fresh foods, etc. require proper temperature control and humidity control to prevent quality deterioration during transportation, so the distribution management system of the present invention manages the storage and transportation of these. Useful for
[0040]
Alternatively, in the physical distribution management system according to the present invention, the sensor is an impact sensor that detects an impact applied to an article in the sensor unit.
[0041]
In particular, during the transportation of the article, or during the loading and unloading, an impact is applied to the article, which may damage the article. The use of the above-mentioned sensor makes it possible to monitor whether or not the article has received such an impact during the distribution process.
[0042]
In the physical distribution management system according to the present invention, the server includes a physical distribution management database that stores the status of the articles received from the storage warehouse and the mobile object. It is characterized in that it includes a table for storing the current position of the article over time for each article, and a table for storing the current position of the article over time for each article. The server may further include a quality evaluation unit that evaluates the quality of the article based on data stored in the physical distribution management database.
[0043]
Thus, the server can appropriately perform quality control and the like of the article based on data such as temperature and humidity of the article being transported or stored that is stored over time. Further, since the position history information of the article is also recorded, for example, it is possible to specify the cause from the place where the article is damaged.
[0044]
In the physical distribution management system of the present invention, the server issues a predetermined warning on a display screen or the like of the server when the quality evaluation unit evaluates that the state of the article is degraded, The above-mentioned predetermined warning is issued to a storage warehouse that stores the information or a moving object that is transporting articles.
[0045]
Thereby, the manager of the server, the person in charge of the storage warehouse, and the driver of the mobile unit are notified of the quality deterioration of the article being transported in real time, so that the countermeasure can be taken promptly.
[0046]
In the physical distribution management system according to the present invention, the quality evaluation unit has a quality evaluation program for evaluating the quality of the article based on the temperature of the article. It is characterized in that the quality of the article is evaluated by comparing it with a storage temperature standard. More specifically, the quality evaluation program multiplied a predetermined coefficient by the time when the article was stored satisfying the storage temperature standard and the time when the article was stored without satisfying the storage temperature standard. Is calculated as a time when the article is substantially stored.
[0047]
In the physical distribution management system according to the present invention, it is preferable that the physical distribution management database stores the storage temperature reference for each article.
[0048]
In the physical distribution management system according to the present invention, the storage warehouse further includes a sensor information display unit that displays a state of the article received from the sensor.
[0049]
Thereby, the storage warehouse can display the state of the article by the sensor information display means when the article is carried in and out.
[0050]
In the physical distribution management system according to the present invention, the storage warehouse further includes quality display means for displaying the quality evaluation of the article received from the quality evaluation unit of the server.
[0051]
Thereby, the storage warehouse can display the quality evaluation of the article by the quality display means when the article is carried in and out.
[0052]
In particular, by checking the condition of the goods and the presence or absence of quality deterioration at the point of arrival of the goods at the retail store, etc., which is the final destination of the goods, it is possible to ensure that the defective goods are erroneously carried in and distributed to general consumers. The advantage is that it can be prevented.
[0053]
