Abstract
Description
【0001】

接続方法としては、ADSL(Asymmetic Digital Subscriber Line)や光ファイバ、もしくは公衆無線LAN(Local Area Network)でもよいし、実験室レベルではハブなどを介して両者をイーサネット接続してもよい。
【0045】
【0066】
ステップ114で、記事配信部14は、配信対象記事群が確定したら、FTP(File Transfer Protocol)やHTTP(Hyper Text Transfer Protocol)などの公知の方法を用いて、記事群ファイルおよび記事間のリンク情報を利用者端末20の格納部23に配信する。
【0067】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to article distribution over a network.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Many techniques have been proposed for the method of distributing articles via a network, and in particular, many techniques for distributing articles by reflecting the interests of subscribers and the like have been proposed (for example, Patent Documents) 1-4).

[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Certainly, if articles are distributed while reflecting the interests of the subscriber as in the related art, the waste of distributing articles that are not of interest to the subscriber can be eliminated. However, it does not provide the opportunity, in turn, to get subscribers interested in areas where they haven't had much interest before. In addition, articles to be distributed are determined solely according to the interests of the subscriber, and factors of the poster side are not taken into account, so articles that match the area of interest of the subscriber but are not rich in content are It is often delivered and often fails to satisfy subscribers.
[0005]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide an article distribution method that incorporates elements of a contributor into the determination of an article to be distributed, and distributes a rich article to subscribers.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, according to the present invention, an article distribution server connected to a user terminal via a network accepts posting of an article from a user terminal operated by a contributor and is operated by a subscriber In distributing the article posted to the user terminal, the steps to prompt the user terminal receiving the article to transmit the evaluation to the poster of the article and the allowable number of distributions assigned to the poster There is a step of reflecting the evaluation.
[0007]
More specifically, the initial value of the allowable distribution number is determined by accumulating the points based on the evaluation. As a result, many articles by contributors who can create highly evaluated articles will be distributed.
[0008]
Further, the number of redistributions to be assigned to the poster is determined by accumulating the points based on the evaluation, and the number obtained by multiplying the number of viewed subscribers by the number of redistributions is added to the allowable number of distributions. As a result, many articles with high evaluations by contributors who can create articles with high evaluations are distributed.
[0009]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Next, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

[0018]
In the case where the posted article is an article that is permitted to be published (public article), a contributor rank identifier and an allowable number of distributions are obtained and recorded. The contributor rank identifier is a rank of the contributor's article creation ability based on the rating of the subscriber. As shown in Table 2, the contributor rank is determined according to the cumulative evaluation value for the contributor.
[0019]
[Table 2]
Here, the cumulative evaluation value is the cumulative value of the evaluation points of the subscriber to the contributor. Evaluation points are determined as shown in Table 3.

[Table 4]
The allowable number of re-distributions is the number that is allowed to distribute this article. When the contributor rank identifier is obtained, the initial distribution number or the redelivery multiple is obtained from Table 2. At the time of posting, the initial number of distributions is the allowable number of redeliverys. After posting, the number of articles actually distributed was subtracted from the allowable number of re-distributions for each article distribution to the subscriber, and the articles actually distributed were browsed to the end (that is, the evaluation score of +1 in Table 3). The number of articles multiplied by the number of redistribution multiples is the allowable number of redistributions. For example, the initial number of distributions of the poster designated as rank A is 10,000, and the multiple of re-delivery is 3. This means that an article is distributed to 10,000 subscribers. For example, if 6,000 out of 10,000 people have read the article to the end, 10,000 to 10,000 + 6,000 x 3 = 18,000. The number of distributions allowed is 18,000, and articles can be redistributed to 18,000 subscribers.
[0023]
In the case where the posted article is an article whose publication is not permitted (non-public article), a distribution closed group identifier is recorded. The distribution closed group identifier is an identifier of a specific group for distributing a private article, and the private article is assigned to only a subscriber having the same identifier in the subscribed closed group identifier column of the user information table in Table 4. [0024]
The link article number is the number of the article linked from the article. The linked article number is the number of an article having a link to the article.
[0025]
FIG. 2 shows a state in which a plurality of articles are linked by a link.
[0026]
A set of articles linked by a link is called a thread. Articles without links are treated as independent threads. The link partner is referred to as a link destination, and the link partner is referred to as a linked destination. In FIG. 2, the link destination of the article K900222 is K900111, and the linked destinations of K900111 are K900222 and K200333. Public articles can link to public articles, but not private articles. This is because the meaning of making it private is lost. A private article can be linked to a private article addressed to the same closed group as a public article, but cannot be linked to a private article addressed to another closed group.

However, articles whose distribution has expired are not targeted for distribution. Further, when an article from a delivery refusal contributor is encountered, the article is not set as a distribution target, and a link search from the article is not performed. Further, in the linked destination search, if the article is less than the permissible number of distributions 1, the article is not considered as a distribution candidate, and the link search from the article is not performed. This is to prevent unpopular articles from being unconditionally distributed only by linking to popular articles. In the search for the link destination, the value of the allowable number of distributions does not matter.

The extracted article B is a public article, and is searched for both the link destination (upper side) and the linked destination (lower side). The search for the linked destination ends when the linked destination disappears, the article becomes a non-disclosed article, or an article with less than the allowable number of distributions 1 appears. Unpublished articles and articles with an allowable number of distributions less than 1 are not added to the distribution candidates. The search to the link destination is continued irrespective of the allowable distribution number of the linked article. The search is over when we reach the article whose distribution has expired.

[0097]
In the setting of the distribution deadline for an article, instead of being fixed as in the case of 30 days, it may be made variable in conjunction with the number of viewers or the browsing rate (viewing number / distribution number).
[0098]
In the article extraction, let the subscriber who wants to receive the article distribution specify in advance the keywords that are considered to be included in the article you want to distribute and the genre of the article, and extract the relevant articles with priority Is also good. Known methods of classifying articles by genre include a data mining technique and a method of analyzing the frequency of occurrence of a specific keyword in the article text and the syntax of the article text and classifying the articles according to the similarity of the description. Alternatively, an article of a genre to which this article belongs may be extracted by designating an existing specific article.
[0099]
In a search for a linked article starting from an extracted article, a method may be adopted in which, even in the linked direction, in the case of a non-disclosed article, the article is a distribution candidate regardless of the allowable number of distributions of the article. Further, in the case of a non-disclosed article, the method may be combined with a method of not subtracting 1 from the allowable number of distributions even if the article is to be distributed in either the extraction or the link search.
[0100]
The method of dividing the article and inserting "Browsing confirmation and unit price display" is as follows: (1) The author himself divides the file into the first half and the second half and then posts it; (2) Creates a hyperlink according to HTML grammar etc. The method may be any of a method of dividing the article file using the

The format of the article file is not limited to HTML, but may be another markup language, plain text, or rich media such as Flash format.
[0102]
Regarding the link destination specification at the time of posting an article, a plurality of articles may be specified.
[0103]
The browsing counting method shown in FIG. 3 may divide an article into three or more parts, and may set different unit prices for each part.
[0104]
The
[0105]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the present invention has the following effects.
[0106]
A first effect of the present invention is that, in the article selection logic in distributing articles to subscribers, an article having a high reputation or an article from a reputable contributor is selected in consideration of the reputation of the article itself and the contributor. It is easier. In other words, if the subscriber who receives the article distribution browses the article to the latter half, the article with a high browsing rate is used more frequently by allowing another user to redistribute it according to the redistribution multiple in Table 2. To be delivered to consumers. Conversely, articles with low browsing rates are not redelivered much, that is, the distribution converges relatively early with only a small number of recipients.
[0107]
In addition, accumulating the contributor's evaluation points based on the evaluation point assignment rule in Table 3, and using this value to give an initial distribution number according to the contributor rank determined in Table 2 when a new article is posted As a result, the higher the rating of an article posted in the past and the poster concerned is, the sooner it is distributed to more users. Conversely, posts from authors who have low post experience values or have low experience accumulation values even if they have experience values are distributed only to a small number of subscribers. If the browsing rate is not high at the distribution destination, there is no chance to be distributed to more other subscribers.
[0108]
By using these methods, it is generally pointed out that there are few articles created by the general public that are of good quality, and that articles with higher quality or expected to be of higher quality are more likely to be delivered to subscribers. Thus, it is possible to improve the quality of an article as viewed from a subscriber who receives the article distribution.
[0109]
The second effect of the present invention is that a link (association) to another article can be made to a posted article by designating a contributor, and when a distribution article to a subscriber is extracted by article selection logic, the link is used. Other articles that are directly or indirectly related can be distributed to subscribers in the form of a potato.
[0110]
In general Web page construction, linking from page B to page A is a commonly used method, but a user who first arrives at page A for some reason reverses the link to page B. It is not possible. However, there are many cases where it is desired to grasp the existence of the page B and to browse the page B even when the user first arrives at the page A, such as when the page B is created as a criticism of the page A.
[0111]
In the present invention, an article to be distributed is individually extracted from the article group stored in the
[0112]
Also, in the article selection process at the time of distribution, the link from the extracted article is followed, and in the search for the article in the linked direction, whether the permissible number of distribution of the article is 1 or more is added to the distribution condition. By simply linking to popular articles or articles from popular contributors, it is possible to prevent a loophole in which the article is distributed to many users regardless of the author's own past evaluation .
[0113]
A third effect of the present invention is that a method has been realized in which royalties corresponding to the number of article views for contributors can be freely made into business. In other words, after distributing the article to the
[0114]
A fourth effect of the present invention is that it is possible to construct a closed group by the user arbitrarily, and to make it possible for a contributor to select to limit the article distribution range to within the closed group at the time of article distribution. In other words, when using the mechanism of the present invention in which the distribution range is expanded in conjunction with the reputation and linking to the past article to link and post impressions, criticism, comments, etc. as the link article, the original article at the link destination It is possible to eliminate the possibility of distribution in the same range as above, and to restrict the distribution range of the articles such as impressions only to members of the closed group arbitrarily constructed by the user.
[0115]
The fifth effect of the present invention is that the article distribution function and the article distribution function are opened to the user of the service according to the method of the present invention, so that the talent of content production buried among the general users can be picked up and the existing user can be used. The creation of a variety of content that is not caught in the framework of content distribution media can be expected.
[0116]
Except for a mailing list for transmitting information on the Web and broadcasting and exchanging e-mails within a specific member, in general, a content distributor and a recipient are strictly separated in a content distribution service. The reason for the separation is that opening the content distribution function to the general user cannot exclude the distribution of content that violates public order and morals by some malicious users, or generally, the general content creation skills of the general public This is because it is said to be low, and if the content distribution function is opened, poor quality content may be flooded.
[0117]
In the present invention, in the same manner as described in the first effect, the provision of the poster rank according to the cumulative evaluation value of the poster, the limitation of the number of initial distribution of articles and the definition of the multiple of re-delivery according to the poster rank, In addition, by controlling re-distribution linked to the number of articles viewed, distribution of articles that are not popular with subscribers and articles from unfavorable contributors has been suppressed, which violates public order and morals from some malicious contributors While eliminating distribution of articles and poor quality articles as much as possible, it is possible to improve the quality of distributed articles as a whole, and at the same time, open the article distribution function to general users. With these methods, it is possible to pick up the talents of content creation buried among the general users and develop them with a large number of users, and a variety of contents that are not caught in the framework of existing content distribution media Can be expected.
[0118]
A sixth effect of the present invention is that the present invention realizes a function optimal for a content distribution service for mobile terminals equipped with a short-range wireless function.
[0119]
In the future, as typified by public wireless LAN access services, small-sized information devices such as PDAs will be equipped with low-power short-range wireless functions such as wireless LAN, Bluetooth, and UWB (ultra wide band), and content aimed at them. It is expected that distribution services will appear in earnest. The feature of these low-output short-range wireless access methods is that, unlike the mobile phone service, a charge system in which a relatively wide band and a fixed communication fee are considered to be the mainstream. However, a drawback of these low-power short-range radios is that they cannot be expected to be as connected as cell phone services, that is, connected anytime and anywhere.
