本発明は、物品を載置しフォークリフトなどで運搬するのに主として用いられるパレットに関し、特に種々の大きさの物品に適合することが出来る伸縮式パレットに関する。

従来、パレットとしては木製や金属製で種々のものが提供されている。通常パレット上に載置される物品の大きさや形状は一定ではなく、載置する物品の形状や大きさに応じて種々のパレットが使用されていることが多い。この問題を解決するため伸縮式パレットが種々提供されている。
例えば実公昭49−1801号公報には、「少なくとも2本並列に配置した脚部材の夫々の両端部に、その長さ方向に調整孔を設けて、これにスキッド側辺部材を位置調整自在に取り付け、更にこのスキッド側辺部材間にハット形鋼を適宜の間隔を置いて設けると共に、交互にその一側を同側にある脚部材に固着し、他側を位置調整形となし同側にある脚部材に位置調整自在に締着してなる伸縮スキッド。」が提案されている。又、実公昭46−14812号公報には、「チャンネル材等の金属板を用いた上面板と下面板を上下連結構材である桁板及び隅板材でフォーク挿入口を存して連結一体化すると共にパレット4隅に釣金具を付設し、前記上面板はその長さ全体に亘る固定面板と中央に於いて2分された1対の移動面板を交互に平行配列し、各移動面板群を長さ方向に亘り進退自由に装設した伸縮自在型金属パレット。」が提案されている。又、特開2000−95243号公報には、「互いに対抗する1 対の脚部材の上面に、該脚部材と直角方向に複数個の補強部材を架け渡してなる方形枠状の荷台を有するフォークリフト用パレットであって、前記脚部材及び/又は補強部材を伸縮可能に形成することにより、荷台全体を縦方向及び/又は横方向に伸縮可能としたことを特徴とする伸縮可能なパレット。」が提案されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら上記の如き実公昭49−1801号公報に提案されている伸縮スキッドに於いては、伸縮固定がボルトによる締着となされているため工具が必要で作業が煩瑣であるという問題があった。又、実公昭46−14812号公報に提案されている伸縮自在型金属パレットに於いては、移動面板の先端に桁がなく大きな荷重を支えることが出来ない。又、特開2000−95243号公報に提案されている伸縮可能なパレットに於いては、補強部材を伸ばして使用するとき、補強部材の中央に桁がないので、中央に大きな荷重がかかったときに強度の問題がある。

そこで本発明者は従来の欠点に鑑み鋭意研究の結果、伸縮の作業が容易で、耐荷重も充分大きなパレットを提案するものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明請求項1記載の伸縮式パレットは、一対の脚部材の上面に複数の上面桟が配設され、少なくとも一方の脚部材の上面に上面桟をスライド可能に係合するスライド部が設けられて載置台となされ、この載置台のスライド部に他の載置台の上面桟がスライド可能に係合されてなるもので、パレットを伸ばした状態で、中央部と両端部に脚部材が配設されるので、耐荷重性に優れる。

本発明請求項2載の伸縮式パレットは、上面桟は板材が上下交互に直角に折曲されて上面と下面に交互に方形の溝が形成された凹凸状で、下面の溝の内少なくとも1ヶ所が蟻溝となされ、この蟻溝にスライド可能に矩形断面の杆体が挿入されてスライド部となされたもので、パレットを伸ばしたときもガタツキがなく、耐荷重性にも優れる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、図面を参照しながら本発明に付いて説明する。
図1乃至図3は本発明伸縮式パレットの実施形態の一例を示す斜視図である。図に於いて1は上面桟であり、2は脚部材である。脚部材2は脚部21の上面に桁材22が設けられ、下面に下部連結桟が設けられている。桁材22の上面には桁材22と直交して、上面桟1が設けられ、この上面桟1の他端が相対する脚部材2の上面に取着されて載置台となされている。脚部材2上面に設けられた上面桟1の間隔は上面桟1の幅よりも稍広くなされ、この上面桟1と上面桟1の間の桁材22にスライド部3が設けられている。

図4は図2の各部を透視した要部の拡大図である。脚部21の上面に設けられた桁材22の溝部には、溝の断面寸法に対応する矩形断面の杆体31が2本溝内に挿入固着されている。この2本の杆体31に直交して3本の杆体31が2本の杆体31の上部に設けられてスライド部3となされている。図5に示すように上面桟1の下面両端の溝は下縁部が水平方向に折曲されて蟻溝11となされている。

図に於いて、スライド部3は2本の杆体31からなる基部とこの基部に直交して配設された3本の杆体31からなる上部からなっている。下部の2本の杆体31は桁材22上面の溝に挿入固着されている。上部の3本の杆体31の両端部は正面視三角形状に尖らされ、平面視円弧状となされているので、この杆体31に上面桟1の溝を嵌入するのが容易である。又、下部の杆体31には透孔32が穿設され、上面桟1に穿設された同径の透孔を貫通して抜け止めピンが挿入されるようになされている。

図7、図8は本発明伸縮式パレットの実施形態の第2の例を示す斜視図である。この例は比較的大型のパレットの場合に適合される例であり、脚部材2と上面桟1からなる載置台が3台組み合わされて伸縮式パレットが構成されている。

前記した2個の例では脚部材2の下面は連結されていないが、脚部材2の下面に上面桟1と同様の構造材を固着してもよいし、脚部21の側壁を貫通して杆体31などが設けられてもよい。

【発明の効果】
上述の如く、本発明請求項1記載の伸縮式パレットは、一対の脚部材の上面に複数の上面桟が配設され、少なくとも一方の脚部材の上面に上面桟をスライド可能に係合するスライド部が設けられて載置台となされ、この載置台のスライド部に他の載置台の上面桟がスライド可能に係合されてなるもので、パレットを伸ばした状態で、中央部と両端部に脚部材が配設されるので、耐荷重性に優れる。

又、本発明請求項2載の伸縮式パレットは、上面桟は板材が上下交互に直角に折曲されて上面と下面に交互に方形の溝が形成された凹凸状で、下面の溝の内少なくとも1ヶ所が蟻溝となされ、この蟻溝にスライド可能に矩形断面の杆体が挿入されてスライド部となされたもので、パレットを伸ばしたときもガタツキがなく、耐荷重性にも優れる。
