例えば携帯電話、PDA(Personal Digital Assistants:個人向け携帯型情報通信機器)、携帯用GPS(Global Positioning System)等の携帯用電子機器の入力装置として、利用者のクリック操作によりオン、オフを繰り返すように構成されているスイッチが広く用いられている。

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a heat dissipation structure of an input device of an electronic device, and more particularly, to a flexible structure in which a second conductive layer is provided on an inner surface of the input device in a non-contact manner with a first conductive layer provided on a substrate. The present invention relates to a heat dissipating structure for an input device of an electronic device, comprising: a click member formed of an insulating sheet; and a keytop for pressing the click member to electrically contact the first conductive layer and the second conductive layer. .
[0002]
[Prior art]
For example, as an input device of a portable electronic device such as a mobile phone, a PDA (Personal Digital Assistants), a portable GPS (Global Positioning System), and the like, the user repeatedly turns on and off by a click operation. Are widely used. In such a click-type switch, a user presses (clicks) a click plate sheet made of a flexible insulating sheet to open and close a pair of opposed contacts (conductive layers) to perform a switch operation. Since the operation is simple, the structure is simple, there are few failures, and there are advantages such as not occupying extra space on a board constituting the electronic device. Are suitable. Here, the input device using the switch described above is provided with a keytop for pressing the switch from above, and the user directly clicks the keytop to turn on or off the operated switch. It is configured to be turned off.
[0003]
By the way, the portable electronic devices as described above are moving toward further miniaturization in order to further improve portability, but measures to dissipate heat generated during operation of the electronic devices along with the miniaturization are important. In addition, since the amount of heat generation increases with an increase in the frequency of the operation clock, heat dissipation measures have become more important in portable electronic devices that tend to increase in frequency. Therefore, since portable electronic devices are products that are directly touched and operated by the user, measures to dissipate heat are urgently needed to avoid situations where abnormal heat generation occurs and damages the user. ing.

In addition, in the portable electronic device, the heat dissipation is improved, and the surface of the key top as described above is decorated with characters, symbols, coloring, and the like, so as to apply a so-called makeup to evoke an aesthetic sensation to the user. Therefore, consideration for increasing the commercial value is generally taken. Therefore, there is an issue of how to improve the heat radiation and how to freely decorate the key top to increase the commercial value.
[0005]
A heat radiation structure (first conventional example) of an input device of a portable electronic device as described above is disclosed (for example, see Patent Document 1). As shown in FIG. 5, the heat radiation structure of the input device has a structure in which a switch panel 102, a support panel 103, a membrane sheet 104, an actuator 105, a link means 106, a key top 107 and the like are provided on a device main body 101. A hole 108 is provided so as to penetrate the panel 103 and the membrane sheet 104, and a pin 109 made of a good heat conductive material such as metal or conductive rubber is inserted into the hole 108. According to such a configuration, heat generated during operation of the electronic device is radiated to the outside through the pins 109 made of a good heat conductive material.
[0006]
Further, a heat dissipation structure (second conventional example) of an input device of a portable electronic device having another configuration is disclosed (for example, see Patent Document 2). As shown in FIG. 6, the heat radiation structure of the input device has a structure in which a

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the heat radiation structures of the input devices of portable electronic devices disclosed in
First, in the first conventional example disclosed in
In the past, generally, in order to improve heat dissipation, it is necessary to select an expensive and large component having excellent thermal characteristics as an electronic component mounted on an electronic device, and it is not possible to select an inexpensive and small electronic component. So the cost is even higher.
[0009]
Next, when the heat-dissipating components as shown in the first and second conventional examples are used, the height is increased by that amount, so that miniaturization is prevented. Further, as described above, since it is necessary to select an electronic component having excellent thermal characteristics in order to improve heat dissipation, a large-sized electronic component is used.
For portable electronic devices such as mobile phones, for example, as the demand for miniaturization has increased, it has become an issue how to reduce the thickness of the product. We are competing for thinning or thinning. However, as described above, it is necessary to use extra heat-dissipating components or use large-sized electronic components, which makes it difficult to reduce the size and thickness.
[0010]
Next, as described above, it has been a problem in the related art to increase the commercial value together with the improvement of the heat radiation. However, in the first and second conventional examples, only the improvement of the heat radiation is considered. However, no consideration is given to how the decorative layer is formed in order to increase the commercial value.
[0011]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and it is possible to avoid cost increase, easily realize a reduction in thickness, and further improve the heat dissipation of an input device of an electronic device, which is capable of increasing the commercial value. It is intended to provide structure.

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. The description will be made specifically using an embodiment.
FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing an example of a portable electronic device to which a heat radiation structure of an input device of an electronic device according to a first embodiment of the present invention is applied, and FIG. 2 is an input device of the electronic device. FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line AA of FIG. 1 showing the heat radiation structure of FIG. 1, and FIG. 3 is an exploded perspective view showing a portable electronic device to which the heat radiation structure of the input device of the electronic device is applied. In this example, an example in which the invention is applied to a mobile phone as a portable electronic device will be described.
The heat radiation structure of the input device of the electronic device of this example is incorporated in the portable

Here, as shown in FIG. 2, on the front side (operation side) of the key top 8, Al or a heat radiation layer 9 mainly composed of Al having a film thickness of 0.5 to 5.0 μm is formed. The decorative layer 10 having a film thickness of 8 to 12 μm is provided in order to enhance the commercial value by giving decorations such as letters, symbols, coloring and the like so as to cover the layer 9 to evoke an aesthetic sensation to the user. Are laminated in this order. The heat radiation layer 9 is formed of the above-mentioned Al or a conductive material containing Al as a main component by a printing method such as a screen printing method, an inkjet printing method or an electrophotographic printing method, or a physical film forming method such as a sputtering method or a vapor deposition method. Or by a coating method or the like. The decorative layer 10 is formed by the above-described film forming means using, for example, a urethane-based paint.

[0026]
According to the heat radiating structure of the input device of the electronic apparatus of this example as described above, the heat radiating layer 9 having a thickness of 0.5 to 5.0 μm or Al or Al as a main component is provided on the surface side of the key top 8. And a decorative layer 10 having a thickness of 8 to 12 μm so as to cover the heat radiating layer 9, so that heat generated during operation of the electronic device is mainly generated by the key top 8. The heat is radiated to the outside through the heat radiation layer 9 formed on the surface side of the. Therefore, the heat dissipation can be improved without separately providing a heat dissipation component as in the related art, so that an increase in cost can be avoided. Accordingly, it is not necessary to select an expensive and large component having excellent thermal characteristics as an electronic component to be mounted on an electronic device, and an inexpensive and small electronic component can be selected.
[0027]
Further, according to the heat radiating structure of the input device of the electronic device of this example, the height does not increase because the heat radiating component is not used unlike the related art, so that the thinning is not hindered. Furthermore, in this example, the thickness of the heat radiation layer 9 formed on the surface side of the key top 8 is extremely thin, 0.5 to 5.0 μm, and thus substantially affects the thickness of the electronic device. Nothing. Further, as described above, it is not necessary to select a large component having excellent thermal characteristics as an electronic component to be mounted on the electronic device, and a small electronic component can be selected, so that the thickness can be reduced.
[0028]
Further, according to the heat dissipation structure of the input device of the electronic device of this example, since the decoration layer 10 is formed independently of the heat dissipation layer 9, its material, film thickness and the like are optimal as the decoration layer. As described above, the decoration can be freely performed, so that the commercial value can be increased. That is, according to this example, the heat radiation layer 9 and the decoration layer 10 can be configured so as to exhibit optimal functions.
[0029]
As described above, according to the heat radiating structure of the input device of the electronic apparatus of this example, the movable contact (the second conductive layer) faces the fixed contact (the first conductive layer) 1 provided on the
Therefore, it is possible to avoid cost increase and easily realize a reduction in thickness, and further increase the commercial value.
[0030]
Second Embodiment FIG. 4 is a sectional view showing a main part of a heat radiation structure of an input device of an electronic apparatus according to a second embodiment of the present invention. The configuration of the heat radiating structure of the input device of the electronic device of this example is significantly different from the configuration of the first embodiment described above in that the key top is formed of a transparent material and the decorative layer and the heat radiating layer are formed on the back side of the key top. This is the point that is formed.
In the heat radiation structure of the input device of the electronic device of this example, as shown in FIG. 4, a transparent material such as an acrylic resin is used for the key top 8, and a thickness of 8 to 12 μm is formed on the back side. The decoration layer 14 and a heat-dissipating layer 15 mainly composed of Al and having a thickness of 0.5 to 5.0 μm are formed so as to cover the decoration layer 14. Here, in this example, since the key top 8 is made of a transparent material, the decorative layer 14 is formed so as to directly contact the back surface of the key top 8. Thus, when viewed from the front side, which is the operation surface of the key top 8, the decorative layer 14 can be directly viewed through the key top 8 made of a transparent material.
[0031]
The decorative layer 14 is made of, for example, a urethane-based coating, such as a screen printing method, an inkjet printing method, an electrophotographic printing method, or another physical film forming method, such as a sputtering method or a vapor deposition method, in substantially the same manner as in the first embodiment. Or by a coating method or the like. The heat radiation layer 15 is formed of Al or a conductive material containing Al as a main component by the above-described film forming means.
Except for this, the configuration is substantially the same as that of the first embodiment described above. Therefore, in FIG. 4, the components corresponding to those in FIG. 2 are denoted by the same reference numerals, and description thereof is omitted.
[0032]
According to the heat dissipation structure of the input device of the electronic device of this example as described above, the decoration layer 14 having a thickness of 8 to 12 μm is formed on the back surface of the key top 8 so as to cover the decoration layer 14. The heat generated during the operation of the electronic device is mainly generated by the key top since the heat dissipation layer 15 having a thickness of 0.5 to 5.0 μm or Al or a heat radiation layer 15 mainly composed of Al is formed in this order. The heat is radiated to the outside through the heat radiation layer 15 formed on the rear surface side of the substrate 8.
[0033]
Further, according to the heat radiating structure of the input device of the electronic device of this example, the height does not increase because the heat radiating component is not used unlike the related art, so that the thinning is not hindered. Furthermore, in this example, the thickness of the heat radiation layer 15 formed on the back surface side of the key top 8 is extremely thin, 0.5 to 5.0 μm, and thus substantially affects the thickness of the electronic device. Nothing. Further, as described above, it is not necessary to select a large component having excellent thermal characteristics as an electronic component to be mounted on the electronic device, and a small electronic component can be selected, so that the thickness can be reduced.
[0034]
Further, according to the heat dissipation structure of the input device of the electronic device of this example, since the decoration layer 14 is formed independently of the heat dissipation layer 15, its material, film thickness, and the like are optimal as the decoration layer. As described above, the decoration can be freely performed, so that the commercial value can be increased. That is, according to this example, the decorative layer 14 and the heat radiation layer 15 can be configured so as to exhibit optimal functions.
[0035]
As described above, also in this example, substantially the same effects as in the first embodiment can be obtained except that the decorative layer and the heat radiation layer are formed on the back surface side of the key top.
[0036]
Although the embodiment of the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the drawings, the specific configuration is not limited to this embodiment, and the present invention is applicable even if there is a design change within the scope of the present invention. include. For example, although an example in which Al or a conductive material containing Al as a main component is used as the heat radiation layer has been described, the present invention is not limited to this, and Cu, Ag (silver), or the like is mainly used as long as the conductive material has excellent thermal conductivity. Other conductive materials as components can be used. Further, the range of the thickness of the decorative layer or the heat radiation layer is an example, and can be arbitrarily changed according to the purpose, use, and the like. In addition, by applying the characteristics of portability to portable electronic devices having a waterproof structure, a great effect can be obtained. The present invention can also be applied to electronic devices such as automatic ticket vending machines, input devices such as various industrial machines, and other devices such as watches.
[0037]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the heat dissipation structure of the input device for electronic equipment of the present invention, the second conductive layer is provided on the inner surface of the input device in a non-contact manner with the first conductive layer provided on the substrate. In a configuration having a click member made of a flexible insulating sheet and a key top arranged on the outer surface of the click member for pressing the click member, the key top has heat generated during operation of the electronic device. Since the heat dissipation layer for dissipating heat and the decoration layer for decorating the key top are laminated and formed, the heat dissipation layer and the decoration layer are configured so as to exhibit optimal functions respectively. be able to.
Therefore, it is possible to avoid cost increase and easily realize a reduction in thickness, and further increase the commercial value.
