[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the conventional technique, a phase advance unit is required to compensate the current command from the difference in speed feedback, and it is necessary to adjust the phase advance compensation value. If there is a delay time, if the constant applied to the speed feedback difference and the constant applied to the value obtained by integrating the speed feedback difference are increased, the vibration cannot be increased because of the occurrence of vibration, and there is a problem that the displacement between the two motors cannot be sufficiently compensated. .
The present invention has been made in order to solve the above-mentioned problems, and an object thereof is to eliminate the effects of displacement and vibration of both motors without using the phase advancing means to achieve high-speed and high-precision. The realization of a response.

Next, the result of verifying the effect of the present invention using a simulation will be described with reference to FIGS. 3, 4, and 5. FIG. FIG. 3 shows an example of a response in the case where compensation for positional deviation is not performed, FIG. 4 shows an example of a response in the case where the present invention is used, and FIG. 5 shows an example of response in the case where compensation for positional deviation is performed using a conventional speed difference. This is a response example. FIG. 3-1 shows the position command increment (1) and the motor position increment (2) for the first axis, and FIG. 3-2 shows the position command increment (1) and the motor position increment for the second axis. FIG. 3-3 shows the positional deviation between the two axes, and FIG. 3-4 shows the torque command difference between the two axes. Similarly, FIG. 4-1 shows the position command increment value (1) for the first axis and the motor position increment value (2), and FIG. 4-2 shows the position command increment value (1) for the second axis and the motor. FIG. 4-3 shows a positional deviation between the two axes, and FIG. 4-4 shows a torque command difference between the two axes. . Similarly, FIG. 5-1 shows the position command increment value (1) of the first axis and the motor position increment value (2), and FIG. 5-2 shows the position command increment value (1) of the second axis and the motor. FIG. 5-3 shows a positional deviation between the two axes, and FIG. 5-4 shows a torque command difference between the two axes. . Comparing the positional deviation between the two axes shown in FIG. 3-3, FIG. 4-3, and FIG. 5-3, a deviation of 23 pulses is obtained when compensation between the axes is not performed, and the present invention is used. In this case, the number of pulses is less than three, and when the conventional technique is used, six pulses are generated. The magnitude of the positional deviation between the two axes when the present invention is used is half that in the case where the conventional technique is used, and the time during which the deviation occurs is greatly shortened. In the prior art, the phase was adjusted using a high-pass filter, but could not be reduced below 6 pulses. Further, comparing the torque command differences between the two axes shown in FIG. 3-4, FIG. 4-4, and FIG. 5-4, there is a 0.04Nm difference when the compensation between the axes is not performed. When the invention is used, it is within 0.005 Nm, and when the conventional technique is used, 0.025 Nm is generated. The fact that the difference between the torque commands output from the speed control unit is small is equivalent to the fact that the speed deviation in the speed control unit and the position deviation in the position control unit are the same. means. The response difference between the first axis and the second axis causes a problem that the position of the movable part is displaced and a problem that the shaft tends to vibrate due to the generation of an axis shift torque due to the response difference. Elimination is an important technology in realizing high-speed, high-precision, low-vibration response.
[0010]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, in a mechanical configuration in which one motor is driven by two motors (drive shafts), the torque commands for both shafts are directly compensated from the torque commands for both shafts. A motor control device that does not require advancement means and can reduce the response difference between both axes with simple adjustment can be realized.
