Abstract
Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
BACKGROUND OF THE
[0002]
[Prior art]
Belt conveyors are widely used as one of transporting means capable of efficiently transporting bulk transported objects in large quantities.
[0003]
Among the belt conveyors, for example, an inclined belt conveyor configured to convey an object to be conveyed from a low position to a high position is a frame having a truss structure (not shown) as schematically shown in FIG. The

In view of this, a belt conveyor is provided as one of the corresponding means provided at a position below the conveyor belt so as to easily perform a cleaning operation of the fall prevention plate that receives the debris from the
[0009]
Also, as a method of preventing the generation of exfoliation itself from the belt surface on the return side of the belt conveyor, the cleaning water is directly sprayed on the surface of the return side belt below the position of the belt conveyor near the head side to return. It has also been proposed to previously clean and remove fine powder of the granular material adhering to the surface of the side belt (for example, see Patent Document 2).
[0010]
Further, as another method for recovering spalls falling from the surface of the belt on the return side of the belt conveyor, a flat plate-shaped fall prevention plate is provided below the belt conveyor along the belt conveyor. By scraping the scraper back and forth along the longitudinal direction on the fall prevention plate, scrapes from the surface of the return side belt deposited on the fall prevention plate are scraped and collected by the scraper. (For example, see

However, in the device disclosed in
[0014]
In addition, of the methods disclosed in
[0015]
Further, in the methods disclosed in
[0016]
It is to be noted that the one described in Patent Literature 5 has a structure in which, at the connecting portion of the upper and lower belt conveyors, when the head of the upper belt conveyor is smaller than the head chute corresponding to the head chute of the upper belt conveyor when the head is small. In order to send the falling ore falling on the lower belt conveyor, the chain belt with the attachment laid across it is provided only at the end on the head side. In addition, no consideration has been given to the idea of recovering the spalls from an unspecified position in the entire length of the return side belt.
[0017]
Further, in the case where the granular material is transported on a belt conveyor as a transport target, it is desired to hermetically seal the belt conveyor in order to prevent the granular material from scattering around. Does not disclose any idea of sealing the belt conveyor.
[0018]
Accordingly, the present invention provides a powdery and granular material which can be conveyed while preventing scattering of the powdery and granular material into the surrounding environment, and can also collect debris from the return-side belt, and can achieve compactness. It is an object to provide a conveyor belt conveyor.
[0019]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention provides a method in which a powdery material supplied from the charging port is provided in an upper region in a casing having a charging port on one end side and a discharging port on the other end. Providing a belt conveyor body adapted to be conveyed to the casing, and moving the flight to the discharge port side along the inner bottom surface of the casing in a lower region over the entire length in the longitudinal direction of the casing below the belt conveyor body. A flight conveyor is provided so as to be able to transfer the exfoliated material falling from the surface of the belt on the return side of the belt conveyor body to the inner bottom surface of the casing to the discharge port by the flight conveyor.
[0020]
The powder and granular material charged into the casing from the charging port is received on the upper surface side of the traffic side belt of the belt conveyor main body, and then continuously conveyed to the head side by the belt conveyor main body, and dropped and discharged from the discharging port. Is done. At this time, when the cake of the fine powder of the granular material adhering to the return side belt is peeled off at an unspecified position of the return side belt, the separated matter is received on the inner bottom surface of the casing. . In this case, when the flight conveyor is operated, the falling objects falling on the inner bottom surface of the casing are collected by the flight when the flight of the flight conveyor moves to the discharge port side along the inner bottom surface of the casing. At the same time, it is transported to the above-mentioned discharge port with the movement of the flight, and is dropped and discharged from the discharge port.
[0021]
In addition, the flight conveyor has a rotating shaft provided in parallel at a lower position at one end and the other end of the casing, and at both ends of each of the rotating shafts outside the both ends in the width direction of the return side belt of the belt conveyor. A chain sprocket integrally mounted at each of the following positions, an attachment chain wrapped endlessly between the chain sprockets at both ends of each of the rotating shafts, and both ends mounted at required circumferential positions of the attachment chains. The flight conveyor that can move the flight along the bottom surface inside the casing can be easily configured, and the exfoliated material falling from the return side belt of the belt conveyor can be easily separated from the flight conveyor. Attachment chain for circulating flight The risk of falling into can be suppressed.
[0022]
Furthermore, a guide rail extending in the longitudinal direction of the casing is installed at a required position in the width direction on the inner bottom surface of the casing, and the guide is slidably contacted with the guide rail at a position corresponding to the guide rail at both ends of the flight. By adopting a configuration in which a sliding member made of a material softer than the rail is detachably attached by protruding from the flight, the flight directly contacts and slides on the inner bottom surface of the casing, and the flight or the casing is It is possible to prevent the inner bottom surface from being worn.

INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY As described above, according to the belt conveyor for powdery and granular materials of the present invention, an inlet is provided at one end side, and the powder is injected into the upper region in the casing having an outlet at the other end. A belt conveyor body is provided which is capable of transporting the granular material to the discharge port, and a flight is provided along the inner bottom surface of the casing in a lower region over the entire length in the longitudinal direction of the casing below the belt conveyor body. A flight conveyor capable of being moved to the discharge port side is provided so that the falling material falling from the return side belt surface of the belt conveyor body to the bottom surface in the casing can be transferred to the discharge port by the flight conveyor. With such a configuration, the following excellent effects are exhibited.
(1) The exfoliated material that peels off from the belt on the return side of the belt conveyor main body can be collected by the flight conveyor and transferred to the head side, so that the above-mentioned exfoliated material is the same as other powder and granules conveyed by the belt conveyor. , It is possible to suppress the loss of the granular material to be transported.
(2) In one flight of the flight conveyor, it is only necessary to collect and transfer only the falling objects between the relevant flight and the preceding flight, so that the height of each flight can be reduced, and thus the height of the flight conveyor The size and size of the belt conveyor for powder and granular material conveyance can be reduced as a whole.
(3) Since the scraps from the return side belt can be collected only by the flight conveyor, it is not necessary to provide another collection mechanism outside, and thus the overall configuration can be made compact. Can be.
(4) Further, there is no need for washing water, and therefore, wastewater treatment equipment required when using washing water can be eliminated, so that running costs such as washing water cost and treatment cost can be eliminated. .
(5) Since the belt conveyor body and the flight conveyor are both housed in the casing, the powder and granules can be prevented from being scattered around when the powder and granules are conveyed, and the working environment is prevented from deteriorating. And cleaning work for the floor and the like can be eliminated.
(6) Further, the flight conveyor is provided with a rotating shaft provided in parallel at a lower position at one end and the other end of the casing, and at both ends of the rotating shaft, both ends in the width direction of the return-side belt of the belt conveyor. A chain sprocket integrally attached to the outer side, an attachment chain hung endlessly between the chain sprockets at both ends of each of the rotating shafts, and both ends at a required circumferential position of each attachment chain. The flight conveyor that can move the flight along the bottom surface inside the casing can be easily configured by the configuration including the flight with the attached portion, and the exfoliated material falling from the return side belt of the belt conveyor is Attachment for circulating the flight conveyor flight The possibility of falling on the chain can be suppressed.
(7) A guide rail extending in the longitudinal direction of the casing is installed at a required position in the width direction on the inner bottom surface of the casing, and the guide rail is slidably contacted with the guide rail at positions corresponding to the guide rails at both ends of the flight. Therefore, a sliding member made of a material softer than the guide rail is configured to protrude from the flight and to be detachably attached, so that the flight directly contacts and slides on the inner bottom surface of the casing, and the flight moves. And the possibility that the inner bottom surface of the casing is worn can be prevented.
