本発明は、造作材等の内装材や建具、家具什器類、住設機器や家電製品の外装やテレビ台等の什器、自動車等の車両内外装等に使用するための化粧シートに関する。更に詳しくは、上記部材用に折り曲げ加工や延伸加工、ラッピング、真空成形、真空圧空による立体成形加工、及び、インモールド成形等による射出成形同時加飾した化粧シート及び化粧材に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来(左から下台、上台とする)、
熱可塑性樹脂層(塩化ビニル樹脂:以後PVC)/金属層/接着剤/2軸延伸ポリエチレンテレフタレート樹脂(以後PET)/接着剤/熱フッ素樹脂層(特許文献1)があり金属調の意匠が出せたが、PET層があるので化粧シートが伸びない為、深絞りや3次元形状の凹凸追従性がよくなかった。

【発明の実施の形態】
金属光沢調熱可塑性樹脂基材2は、公知の共重合ポリエステル樹脂、非晶状態の結晶性ポリエチレンテレフタレート樹脂、結晶性ポリエチレンテレフタレート樹脂、ポリプロピレン樹脂、ポリエチレン樹脂、メチルメタアクリレート樹脂、ポリメチルメタアクリレート樹脂、アクリロニトリル−ブタジエン−スチレン共重合樹脂(以後ABS樹脂)等に公知の着色顔料、熱安定剤、光安定剤等を添加したものが使える。

接着剤層3はポリエステルポリオール系等の2液ウレタン樹脂系接着剤を乾燥後の厚み5μmから10μm塗工した物などが使える。基材の樹脂系、絵柄層のインキバインダー樹脂によっては、使わない場合もある。

絵柄層4は、公知のウレタン樹脂系、塩化酢酸ビニル樹脂系等のグラビアインキが使える。顔料は有機顔料、無機顔料、マイカ、金粉、銀粉、アルミニウム粉、鱗片状のアルミニウム粉なども使える。溶剤は、トルエンを使わないのが望ましい。尚、基材がABS樹脂の場合は、透明アクリル樹脂と積層すると、残留溶剤により表面が鏡面にならなくなる場合があるので、最初にコロナ処理PETフィルムに印刷した後、ABS基材に転写する方法が望ましい。

透明又は半透明メチルメタアクリレート樹脂5に公知のアルミニウム粉、鱗片状アルミニウム、ステンレス粉、真鍮粉、インジウム粉、金粉、銀粉、真珠、雲母等及びこれらの混合品を添加しても使える。基材の厚みは0.045mmから0.200mmが望ましいが、インモールド成形法の場合は、0.090mmから0.160mmが特に望ましい。金属粉は、樹脂100重量部に対して0.5から20重量部入る。紫外線吸収剤、光安定剤、熱安定剤を添加しても良い。厚みは0.050mmから0.100mmが真空成形性に適している。
