Description

【0001】
【0038】

The supply of the washing water W by the faucet 14 is continuously performed during the washing operation of the tableware, and a part of the washing water W from the washing chamber 13 </ b> A together with the floating residue from the dam port K formed on the upper edge of the dam plate 12. The floating residue is overflowed into the collection container 16. Thus, the floating residue is collected by the floating residue collection container 16.
[0018]
Further, since air is injected from the air injection nozzle 31, a water flow is generated in the cleaning water W in the cleaning chamber 13A as shown by the arrow in FIG. As a result, the heavy food residue separated from the tableware is moved toward the settled residue separation and recovery unit 21 while being guided by the upper surface of the bottom plate 11a while being swirled on the water flow. Therefore, the sedimentation residue is collected and stored in the sedimentation residue collection container 26 from the sedimentation residue passage hole 27a of the sedimentation residue sorting plate 27.
[0019]
When the washing operation of the food is performed for a long time and the sediment residue is fully contained in the sediment residue collecting container 26 of the sediment residue separating and collecting part 21, the supply of the washing water W from the faucet 14 is stopped. The on-off valve 25 is opened manually (or automatically). Then, the washing water W in the washing chamber 13A passes through the sedimentation residue passage hole 27a of the sedimentation residue sorting plate 27 and the drainage hole 26a of the sedimentation residue collection container 26, and from the gap G2 between the drainage basin 22 and the sedimentation residue collection container 26, the second. It flows into the drain pipe 24 and is discharged outside.
[0020]
When drainage is completed, a pair of left and right handles 28 are pulled up, the sedimentation residue collection container 26 is taken out from the drainage basin 22, the sedimentation residue sorting plate 27 is removed from the sedimentation residue collection container 26, and the residue in the sedimentation residue collection container 26 is removed. Discard.
[0021]
According to the dishwashing apparatus of the above embodiment, the following features can be obtained.
(1) In the above embodiment, the weir plate 12 is provided inside the washing tank 11, and the floating residue separating and collecting unit 15 is provided between the weir plate 12 and the end plate 11 d constituting the washing tank 11. Relatively light residues floating on the upper surface of the cleaning water W accommodated in the cleaning chamber 13A can be collected in the floating residue collection container 16. Accordingly, the number of times of drainage work and the work of taking out the settled residue collection container 26 on the settled residue separation / collection unit 21 side can be drastically reduced, and the efficiency of dishwashing work can be improved.
[0022]
(2) In the above embodiment, since the air jet nozzle 31 is provided in the cleaning tank 11, a swirling water flow can be generated in the cleaning water W in the cleaning chamber 13A, and thus the floating water floats on the upper surface of the cleaning water W. The residue can be efficiently discharged from the weir K of the weir plate 12 into the floating residue collection container 16.
[0023]
(3) In the above-described embodiment, the sedimentation residue sorting plate 27 is detachably engaged with the upper part of the sedimentation residue collection container 26 of the sedimentation residue separation / recovery unit 21. The dish can be collected from the residue passing hole 27a into the settling residue collecting container 26 during the washing operation of the tableware. As a result, it is possible to reduce the residual amount of the sedimentation residue inside the cleaning chamber 13A, and to easily perform the dishwashing operation without being disturbed by the sedimentation residue.
[0024]
In addition, this embodiment may be changed as follows.
As shown in FIG. 5, the floating residue separation / recovery section 15 may be partially formed on the left end plate 11 d of the cleaning tank 11. Further, the sedimentation residue separation / recovery section 21 may be partially formed.
[0025]
As shown in FIG. 6, an arc-shaped portion 11 g is formed so as to be located on the right side of the weir plate 12 with respect to the side plates 11 b and 11 c of the cleaning tank 11, and an arc-shaped portion 11 h at the right end of the cleaning tank 11. May be formed.
[0026]
In this case, the water flow generated by the air injected from the air injection nozzle 31 can be smoothly swirled in the cleaning chamber 13A. As a result, dead water at the corner of the washing tank 11 can be eliminated, and the floating residue can be efficiently collected in the floating residue collection container 16.
[0027]
As shown in FIG. 7, the bottom plate 11a of the washing tank 11 is locally inclined downward to form an inclined portion 11i, and the settling residue separation / recovery portion 21 is displaced downward by a predetermined distance from the upper surface of the bottom plate 11a. You may do so. In this case, the sediment residue moving along the upper surface of the bottom plate 11a can be efficiently collected from the inclined part 11i into the sediment residue collection container 26.
[0028]
As shown in FIG. 7, a floating residue moving mechanism 35 as a floating residue moving means may be attached to the washing tank 11. The floating residue moving mechanism 35 is configured as follows. An electric motor 36, which can be rotated forward and backward, is disposed at the upper end edge of the side plate 11b. A driving sprocket wheel 37 connected to a rotating shaft of the electric motor 36 and a right end of the cleaning tank 11 are positioned at predetermined positions via a bracket 38. A chain 40 is mounted between the driven sprocket wheel 39 which is rotatably supported by the wheel. The driving sprocket wheel 37, the bracket 38, the driven sprocket wheel 39, and the chain 40 are provided at two positions on the left and right corresponding to the side plates 11b and 11c. A comb-shaped (not shown) scraper 42 is attached to both chains 40 via a movable support member 41 in a downward direction. The scraper 42 is disposed over the entire area of the cleaning tank 11 in the width direction. When the floating residue moving mechanism 35 is provided, the air injection nozzle 31 can be omitted.
[0029]
Accordingly, when the scraper 42 is moved leftward in FIG. 7 in a state where the chain 40 is moved to the predetermined depth from the upper surface of the washing water W by the orbiting movement of the chain 40 by the electric motor 36, the floating residue is removed by the weir. It is moved to the plate 12 side. Then, the floating residue is discharged into the floating residue collecting container 16 from the dam port K together with the washing water.
[0030]
○ As shown in FIG. 7, the air jet nozzle 31 is disposed in three stages of upper, middle and lower with respect to the end plate 11e of the cleaning tank 11, disposed only in the middle stage, or disposed only in the lower stage. Or you may.
[0031]
Although not shown, a handle 17 provided on the floating residue collecting container 16 may be connected to the upper surface of the flange portion 16b by a hinge mechanism so that the position can be switched between a horizontal state and an upright state.
[0032]
The shape of the floating residue collecting container 16 may be changed to an arbitrary shape such as a square box, a cylinder, or an elliptic cylinder instead of a horizontally long box.
In place of the air injection nozzle 31, a cleaning water injection nozzle that injects cleaning water may be used. In this case, the washing water W is supplied from the faucet 14 to the washing water injection nozzle.
[0033]
The sedimentation residue separation and recovery unit 21 may be changed to the weir plate 12 side.
In place of the air injection nozzle 31, the washing water W may be caused to flow toward the weir plate 12 by a stirring blade or a blower to move the floating residue.
[0034]
In the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the floating residue collection container 16 may be divided and disposed, or the settling residue separation and collection section 21 may be divided and disposed.
