Description

【0001】
【0072】

[0003]
[Patent Document 1]
JP 2001-70128 A (FIGS. 1 and 2)
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the conventional transfer device described in Patent Document 1 described above, a vertically oriented roller chain is rotated in a horizontal plane by a driving sprocket and a driven sprocket rotating about a vertical axis, and the upper end of the vertical roller pin is formed. Since a large number of half-moon-shaped slats, on which food containers are pivotally mounted, are moved along the upper surface of the guide plate constituting the circulating transport path, a roller chain is provided at the center of the guide plate. It is necessary to form a notch groove along the transport direction for inserting and turning.
[0005]
For this reason, foreign substances such as food and drink easily enter the inside of the transport device through the cutout groove of the guide plate, and it is very difficult to remove the foreign matter and clean the inside.
[0006]
In addition, if water is applied to the transport path for cleaning, the cleaning water is applied to a drive system such as a motor of the transport device, which causes a failure, so that cleaning with water cannot be performed.
[0007]
The present invention has been made in order to solve the above-mentioned problems, and it is not necessary to form a notched groove in the guide plate, and by making the guide plate flat, it is possible to prevent foreign substances from entering inside and to prevent the guide plate from entering. It is an object of the present invention to provide a food and beverage container transport device that can easily perform cleaning.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the food and beverage container transport device of the present invention includes an endless chain that includes a driving sprocket that is rotated around a horizontal axis by a driving motor, and a driven sprocket that is provided to face the driving sprocket. Along the both ends of the sheet-like conveying member, the endless running around the vertical plane, and on the upper surface of the guide plate provided above the two sprockets, to form a conveying path for food and beverage containers, on the conveying path Further, a linear transport portion on the upper side of the chain transport member is located.
According to the transport device having the above-described configuration, the chain-shaped transport member runs endlessly in the vertical plane, and the upper transport unit travels on the transport path on the guide plate above both sprockets. There is no danger of foreign matter such as entering the inside of the transfer device. In addition, the upper surface of the guide plate can be easily cleaned.
[0009]
In the above transport device, it is preferable that the chain transport member is composed of a roller chain and a number of cover members made of a synthetic resin having a flat upper surface and pivotally attached to both ends of the roller pins.
In this way, foreign substances such as food and drink can be prevented from entering the gap between the roller chains, and the upper surface of the cover piece has a flat surface, so that the mounting area of the food and drink container becomes large, and it is stable. It will be transported.
[0010]
In the above-mentioned conveying apparatus, it is preferable that a plurality of chain-shaped conveying members are arranged side by side, and the endless running is performed by synchronizing them.
In this way, a large food container or a large transport box can be transported stably.
[0011]
In the above-described transport apparatus, it is preferable that the distance between the plurality of chain-like transport members is set such that the food container does not fit therebetween.
In this case, when the food and drink container is a food and drink tray, the food and drink tray does not fit between the chain-shaped transport members on the transport path, so that the food and drink tray does not hinder the transport. .
[0012]
In the transport device, it is preferable to provide a guide rail on the upper surface of the guide plate for holding and guiding the lower end of the transport portion on the upper side of the chain-shaped transport member.
With this configuration, the transport section on the upper side of the chain-shaped transport member runs linearly without lateral swing, so that the food and beverage containers can be stably placed and transported.
[0013]
In the above-described transport apparatus, it is preferable that the distance between the guide rails is set so that the food and drink container does not fit therebetween.
In this way, when the food and drink container is a food and drink tray, by preparing guide rails of different widths so that the food and drink tray does not fit between the guide rails on the transport path, the food and drink tray is placed between the guide rails. There is no possibility that the transport will be hindered by being pinched.
[0014]
In the above-described transport device, it is preferable that the upper surface of the guide plate be an inclined surface through which the cleaning water flows in one direction.
In this case, the washing water that has washed the guide surface flows in one direction and is collected, so that drainage becomes easy.
[0015]
In the transfer device, it is preferable to provide a gutter-shaped drain groove extending in the longitudinal direction on the upper surface of the guide plate.
With this configuration, the washing water that has washed the guide surface flows into the drain groove, so that it can be easily drained from the end of the drain groove.
[0016]
In the transfer device, it is preferable that the inclined surface of the guide plate and the bottom surface of the drain groove are inclined in a direction opposite to the drive motor.
In this case, the washing water can automatically flow in the direction opposite to the drive motor and be drained, and the drive motor and the like are not splashed with water, which does not cause a failure.
[0017]
In the transport device, it is preferable that a plurality of cleaning nozzles are provided in the longitudinal direction on both sides adjacent to the guide plate in the direction of the upper surface of the guide plate and the chain-shaped transport member.
This makes it possible to easily wash away the foreign substances attached to the guide plate and the chain-shaped transport member.
[0018]
In the above-described transport device, it is preferable to connect the upward side plates to both side ends of the guide plate.
In this way, the washing water for washing the guide plate and the chain-shaped transport member is prevented from scattering around.
[0019]
In the above transport device, it is preferable that the distance between the side plate and the guide rail is set such that the food container does not fit therebetween.
In this case, when the food and drink container is a food and drink tray, prepare guide rails of different widths protruding toward the side plate so that the food and drink tray does not fit between the side plate and the guide rail on the transport path. Therefore, it does not occur that the food and drink tray is caught between the side plate and the guide rail and hinders the conveyance.
[0020]
In the above-described transport device, it is preferable that the input port of the food and drink container is formed in the side plate, and the lower corner of the input port is formed in an arc shape.
In this way, if the food and beverage container is a food and beverage dish used by the customer, even if the food and beverage dish is caught in the insertion slot, the food and beverage dish can be inserted by changing the rising direction by the arc-shaped lower side corner. No mess at the mouth and confusing transportation.
[0021]
In the above-described transport device, it is preferable that both side ends of the guide plate are formed as tapered plates that are inclined upward toward the both side plates from near the outside of the chain-like transport member installed outside.
In this case, when the food and beverage container brought to the side plate side is the food and beverage dish used by the customer, the food and beverage dish is inclined without falling flat and falls down to the chain-like transport member side, so that the food and beverage dish is It can be carried on a chain-like carrying member. In particular, at the input port according to claim 13, the food tray that has risen and changed its direction is easily inclined to the chain-shaped transport member side by the tapered plate that is inclined upward, so that the food-dish can be easily formed by the chain-shaped transport member. It is in a state where it is easily transported.
[0022]
In the above-mentioned conveying apparatus, it is preferable that auxiliary rails are provided in the vicinity of the both side plates on the guide plate, the auxiliary rails being set at a distance such that the food and drink container does not fit between the guide members and the chain-shaped conveying member.
In this case, when the food and beverage container brought to the side plate side is a food and beverage dish used by the customer, the food and beverage dish is not sunk between the side plate and the chain-shaped transport member by the auxiliary rail, so the food and beverage dish is The chain-like conveying member is easily conveyed.
[0023]
In the above-described transport device, it is preferable that the distance between the auxiliary rail and the guide rail is set so that the food container does not fit therebetween.
In this case, when the food and drink container is a food and drink tray, prepare guide rails of different widths projecting to the side plate side so that the food and drink tray does not fit between the auxiliary rail and the guide rail on the transport path. Therefore, it does not happen that the food and drink tray is caught between the auxiliary rail and the guide rail, and the transportation is not hindered.
[0024]
In the above-described transport device, it is preferable that a transport box containing a food and drink container is placed on the chain-like transport member.
In this way, if the food and beverage container is a food and beverage dish used by the customer, if the food and beverage dish is stored in the transport box and transported, most of the leftovers and the like remaining in the food and beverage dish fall from the food and beverage dish. Since it can be collected in the transport box, the transport path is not stained. Further, even if the food and drink tray falls from the transport box, it can be transported by the transport box. In particular, when the transport box passes through the charging port according to the thirteenth aspect, it is possible to receive and transport the food and drink tray that has risen and changed its direction at the charging port on the transport box advancing side front side. Further, as described in claim 14, when both ends of the guide plate are constituted by tapered plates inclined upward, the dish plates fall down to the side of the chain-shaped conveying member along the inclination, so that the chain Eating and drinking dishes that are not conveyed well by the shape-conveying member can also be received and conveyed on the front side of the conveying box on the advancing side. In addition, when an auxiliary rail is provided as described in claims 15 and 16, a food and drink tray that is not properly transported by the chain transport member can be transported by the transport box.
[0025]
In the above-described transfer device, it is preferable that an extruding plate is attached to the front of the transfer box in the transfer direction.
With this configuration, even if the food and drink containers and the leftovers falling from the transport box are on the transport path, the food container can be efficiently transported by the extruded plate as the transport box moves.
[0026]
In the transfer device, it is preferable to provide a cleaning body below the extrusion plate.
By doing so, the food container and the leftovers on the transport path can be transported by the extruding plate, and at the same time, the transport path can be cleaned of fine dust by a cleaning body such as a brush.
[0027]
In the above-described transport apparatus, it is preferable that a cleaning tool provided with a guide plate cleaning body at a lower portion is placed on the chain-like transport member.
With this configuration, the guide plate cleaning body is periodically placed on the chain-shaped transport member and transported, so that a clean transport path can always be secured.
[0028]

[0047]
On the cross member 4 of the frame 3 below the support rail 32, a dust box 33 having an open upper surface is accommodated so as to be able to be pulled out rearward.
[0048]
As described above, in the transport apparatus 1 of the above-described embodiment, the chain-shaped transport member 27 is wound around the front and rear drive sprockets 19 and the driven sprockets 24 so as to be able to endlessly feed in a vertical plane, and the upper straight line is formed. Since the lower end of the transport portion 27a is supported by the guide rail 11 provided on the upper surface of the flat guide plate 9, foreign matter such as food and drink does not enter the transport device 1 and cleaning is extremely easy. It becomes.
[0049]
Further, since a large number of cover pieces 30 are attached to the roller chain 29 of the chain-shaped transport member 27, no foreign matter enters the gap between the roller chains 29, and the upper surface of the cover piece 30 is flat. Therefore, the mounting area of the transport box 2 is increased, and the transport box 2 can be transported stably.
[0050]
Since three drain grooves 13 are formed on the upper surface of the guide plate 9 in a direction opposite to the geared motor 16, that is, three drain grooves 13 inclined forward, the washing water when the upper surface of the guide plate 9 is washed with water flows forward. The geared motor 16 and the like can be drained through a water collecting container or the like installed at the front end, so that water does not splash on the geared motor 16 and the like, and does not cause a failure.
[0051]
Further, since the left and right side plates 8 are provided with the plurality of cleaning nozzles 14, the upper surface of the guide plate 9 and the chain-like transport member 27 can be easily cleaned.
[0052]
In the above embodiment, the plurality of drain grooves 13 inclined forward are provided on the upper surface of the guide plate 9, but as shown in FIG. 6, the upper surface of the guide plate 9 is inclined toward the center, for example. The cleaning water may be slightly inclined forward so that the washing water flows to the center and is drained from the front.
[0053]
In this case, the lower surface of the guide rail 11 may be an inclined surface so that the upper surface is horizontal. In order to prevent the guide rail 11 from obstructing the flow of water to the central portion, a concave groove 34 having a length reaching the central portion of the guide plate 9 through the lower surface of the guide rail 11 is provided on the upper surface of the guide plate 9. Are preferably formed. Note that the entire upper surface of the guide plate 9 may be inclined to either the left or right.
[0054]
As described above, the transport device of the present invention, in addition to transporting the transport box 2 for collecting dishware after use to the kitchen A side, rotates the geared motor 16 in the reverse direction, so that the It can also be used when transporting the food and beverage container on which the foods and the like are arranged to the cabin B side. The number of chain-like transport members 27 may be two or more so that a large transport box can be transported stably.
[0055]
FIG. 7A is a plan view of the vicinity of a transport path in which an input port is formed in a side plate, and FIG. 7B is a side view thereof. It is a general usage that the used container for collecting tableware dishes after use is thrown into the upstream side of the transport path 10 and flowed downstream. However, as shown in FIG. In some cases, the cutout insertion port 8a is formed in a rectangular shape, and the transfer box is inserted into the transfer path 10 from the middle in the direction of the arrow in FIG.
[0056]
The tableware dropped from the transfer box is usually carried to the downstream side of the transfer path 10 while being pushed by the transfer box. In this embodiment, an arc-shaped guide plate 36 as shown in FIG. 7 (b) is provided at the lower corner of the insertion port. Even if it protrudes in the horizontal direction at the mouth 8a, since the eating dish rises and is changed by the arc-shaped lower corner, the eating dish does not stay at the input port.
[0057]
FIG. 8 is a cross-sectional view of a conveyance path showing a modified example of the guide plate. In the conveyance box 2, tableware dishes 37 are stacked and stored in two rows, and the conveyance box 2 is placed on the chain-shaped conveyance member 27. By doing so, lowering conveyance is performed. At this time, even if the dish plates 37 are spilled from the transport box 2 and fall on the transport path 10, the chain transport is performed in consideration of the size of the dish plates 37 so as not to fit between the two chain transport members 27. The arrangement interval of the members 27 is set. Here, the state in which the tableware is not fitted does not mean that a part of the tableware dish does not enter between the chain-like transport members 27, 27, but a state in which the tableware dish completely enters and cannot be transported by the chain-like transport member 27.
[0058]
The guide plate 40 illustrated in FIG. 8 is configured as a tapered plate 40A that is inclined upward with respect to the side plates 41 from near the outside of the chain-shaped transport member 27. Even if the dish plate 37A spills out of the transport box 2 and is pushed down to the side plate 41, the eating plate is inclined along the taper and falls down to the chain-like transport member 27 side. Therefore, the food and drink tray can be transported by being placed on the chain-like transport member or being pushed against the front surface of the transport box 2 in the traveling direction.
[0059]
In particular, in a place where an input port provided with an arc-shaped guide plate 36 as shown in FIG. 7B is provided, a food dish that has been turned up and turned by the guide plate 36 has an upwardly inclined taper. The plate 40A makes it easy to fall down to the chain-shaped conveying member 27 side, so it can be conveyed by the chain-shaped conveying member 27, and a food and drink dish that is not conveyed well by the chain-shaped conveying member 27 is also received and conveyed on the front side of the conveying box on the traveling side. can do.
[0060]
Then, in order to adjust the arrangement interval of the chain-shaped transport member 27 according to the size of the dish plate 37, various guide rails having different lengths in the left-right direction, that is, the width direction, as shown in FIG. For example, not only the width between the guide rails 11 but also the width between the guide rails 11 and the side plates 8 can be adjusted.

In the vicinity of 8, 8, there is provided an auxiliary rail 42 set at a distance such that the food container does not fit into the chain-shaped transport member 27.
[0064]
Even if the dish plate 37 is spilled from the transport box 2 and falls down and is pushed to the side plate 8 side, since the eating and drinking plate 37 does not dive between the side plate 8 and the chain-shaped transport member 27 by the auxiliary rail 42, As shown in FIG. 10B, the food and drink tray is easily transported by the chain transport member 27 or the transport box 2. Although the chain-shaped transport member 27 shown in FIG. 10B uses a wide guide rail 11 ′ on the inside, a wide guide rail may be used on the side plate 8 side as necessary.
[0065]
FIG. 11 is a perspective view in which an extruding plate is attached to a transport box, and can efficiently transport dishware dropped on the transport path. The push-out plate 43 is wider than the front face in the transfer direction of the transfer box 2 ′, and is detachably mounted with two engagement pieces 43 A, 43 A that can be locked from the upper end of the push-out plate 43 toward the transfer box 2 ′. ing.
[0066]
A cleaning body 44 made of a brush is attached to the lower side of the push-out plate 43. When the transport box 2 'is transported on the transport path by the chain transport member, garbage such as leftovers left on the transport path. And transport it to the dust box 33 to keep the transport path clean at all times.
[0067]
12A and 12B show a cleaning tool dedicated to the guide plate on the transport path. FIG. 12A is a plan view and FIG. 12B is a side view thereof. The guide plate cleaning tool 45 is provided at the cleaning tool main body 46 and the lower part of the main body. And a brush body 47.
[0068]
Handles 48 are provided at two places on the upper surface side of the main body 46 so that the cleaning tool can be easily carried. On the other hand, the brush body 47 is provided as shown in FIG. Notches 47A are formed in two places. By regularly carrying such a guide plate cleaning body 45 on a chain-like carrying member and carrying it, a clean carrying path can be always ensured.
