Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an electric fishing rod configured to wind a fishing line by rotating a line winding roller by a dry battery and a motor incorporated in a handle of the fishing rod.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as an electric fishing rod, a clutch is directly fixed to a rotating shaft of a motor, and a line winding roller which is engaged and disengaged from the clutch is loosely fitted to the rotating shaft. In the case of disengaging the clutch, the rod is turned downward and the thread winding roller is slid to disengage the clutch from the clutch.
However, in the prior art, the rotation axis of the motor is long, and furthermore, it protrudes outward, so that the hanging thread is easily entangled. There was a problem that the fish could not be lifted when caught.
For this reason, Japanese Unexamined Utility Model Publication No. 3-83068 is a known technique which is an improvement of the conventional technique.
[0003]
[Patent Document]
As shown in FIG. 5, Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open Publication No. 3-83068 discloses a rod 1, a handle 2 integrally connected to the rod 1, a battery 3 and a motor 4 housed in the handle 2. A switch 5 for driving the motor provided on the surface of the handle portion 2, and a handle portion fixed substantially parallel to a rotation axis of the motor 4 projecting from the handle portion 2 substantially in parallel with the rod 1. A fixed shaft 6 which is provided to protrude, a clutch 9 rotatably provided on the fixed shaft 6, and a belt stretched between a pulley 10 of the rotating shaft 6 of the motor 4 and an outer periphery of the clutch 9. An electric fishing tackle comprising: a pin 12 rotatably and slidably provided on a pole tip side of the fixed shaft 6 and a pincushion roller 13 which is disengaged from the clutch 9 by the sliding.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the electric fishing tackle, when the fishing line is wound up, the rod is turned upward and the line winding roller is slid into engagement with the clutch by the line winding roller engaged and disengaged with the clutch. The clutch was disengaged from the clutch, which was inconvenient.
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide an electric fishing rod having a simple structure capable of winding and unwinding the fishing line without turning the fishing rod upward or downward when winding or unwinding the fishing line, and also capable of manually winding and unwinding the fishing line. .
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
An electric fishing rod according to the present invention includes a fishing rod, a handle for rotatably supporting an insertion tube into which the fishing rod can be inserted and removed in the direction of the wind roller, a dry battery and a motor built in the handle, and a surface of the handle. , A hoisting switch that operates the motor, a transmission mechanism that transmits rotation from the motor to a roller rotation shaft that fixes the winding roller, and a transmission mechanism that is provided on the roller rotation shaft in the handle, and And a manual gear fixed to the roller rotating shaft on the side opposite to the thread winding roller.
[0006]
【Example】
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the electric fishing rod of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings, but the present invention is not limited to this.
As shown in FIG. 1, the electric fishing rod of the present invention includes a handle portion 2 having a built-in AA battery (not shown) and a motor 1 therein, and an insertable cylinder 3 at the tip of the handle portion 2. And a fishing rod 4 to be attached.
A single AA battery (not shown) is incorporated in a battery cover 5 provided at the bottom of the handle 2, and a switch that turns ON / OFF when the battery cover 5 is rotated left and right. The direct drive of the motor 1 is performed by pressing a hoist switch 6 formed on the surface of the handle 2.
Further, a manual gear 7 is fixed to the right end on the outer side of the tip of the handle portion 2, and a roller rotating shaft 9 having a pincushion roller 8 fixed to the left end is pivotally supported. A transmission mechanism, which transmits the rotation of the motor 1, which will be described later, is connected thereto. The roller rotation shaft 9 is provided with a blocking mechanism, described below, which blocks the rotational driving force of the motor 1.
A support shaft 10 fixed in the up and down direction is provided at the tip of the handle portion 2, and the bottomed side of the insertion tube 3 is supported by the support shaft 10. The insertion tube 3 is in a horizontal state from the state shown in FIG. It is formed to be rotatable, that is, rotatable in the direction of the line winding roller 8 shown in FIG.
As shown in FIG. 2, the fishing line 12 wound around the line winding roller 8 is fed out from a lower portion (the left side in FIG. 2) of the line winding roller 8 and guided by a fishing line guide 11 to pass through the threading 13 of the fishing rod 4. After that, it is paid out from the tip of the fishing rod 4.
[0007]
A transmission mechanism connected to the motor 1 and a blocking mechanism for blocking the rotational driving force of the motor 1 will be described with reference to the drawings.
As shown in FIG. 3, in the transmission mechanism, a first bevel gear 15 is fixed to an output shaft 14 of the motor 1 built in the handle portion 2, and a second bevel gear 16 is perpendicular to the first bevel gear 15. And a small gear 17 fixed integrally with the second bevel gear 16 is fixed to a first rotating shaft 18 supported by the handle 2.
Further, a large gear 19 is meshed with the small gear 17, and a middle gear 20 fixed integrally with the large gear 19 is fixed to a second rotating shaft 21 supported by the handle 2.
Therefore, the rotation of the motor 1 is transmitted from the output shaft 14 via the first bevel gear 15 → the second bevel gear 16 / the small gear 17 → the large gear 19 / the middle gear 20.
On the other hand, the blocking mechanism is provided with a spur gear 22 that is slidable and rotates by engaging with the axial groove of the roller rotation shaft 9, and the spur gear 22 is rotated on the left side surface by the handle 2. A sliding lever 23 that is freely supported is abutted, and the spur gear 22 is moved rightward under the sliding lever 23 by moving the sliding lever 23 from a position indicated by a solid line to a position indicated by an alternate long and short dash line. A return spring 24 wound around the roller rotating shaft 9 is provided between the right side surface of the spur gear 22 and the inner surface of the handle portion 2 so as to be extrudable from a position indicated by a solid line to a position indicated by a chain line. The spur gear 22 is configured to always apply a leftward biasing force.
The spur gear 22 is fixed by forming the roller rotating shaft 9 to be slightly longer so as to form a gap between the winding roller 8 and the handle portion 2 and between the manual gear 7 and the handle portion 2. The rotation of the sliding lever 23 may move the entire roller rotating shaft 9, that is, the spool roller 8, the spur gear 22, and the manual gear 7 integrally.
Therefore, by rotating the sliding lever 23 from the solid line position to the dashed line position, the return spring 24 can be compressed to move the spur gear 22 to the right, and the sliding lever 23 is moved to the solid line position. The spur gear 22 can be returned to the original position by the restoring force of the return spring 24.
Then, the spur gear 22 of the roller rotating shaft 9 is configured to mesh with the middle gear 20 of the second rotating shaft 21 at the solid line position of the sliding lever 23.
[0008]
Next, a method of using the electric fishing rod of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
As shown in FIG. 1, a fishing rod 4 for smelt fishing is inserted into the insertion tube 3 in advance, and the handle portion 2 and the fishing rod 4 are connected to each other. Is wound around.
In order to pay out the fishing line 12 until the weight lands on the bottom of the lake, the fishing rod 4, that is, the insertion tube 3 into which the fishing rod 4 is inserted is rotated from the state of FIG. 1 to the state of FIG. , The fishing line 12 is disengaged from the fishing line guide 11, passes over the peripheral edge of the line winding roller 8 while rotating and rotating, and is fed out by the weight of the weight.
If nothing is done, the fishing line 12 is paid out until the weight lands on the bottom of the lake, so when the fishing rod 4 is returned to the position shown in FIG. 1 after landing, the fishing line 12 is in the normal winding position, and further drawing out is prevented. .
[0009]
In order to pay out the fishing line 12 while removing the tanna, when the sliding lever 23 is rotated to the dashed line position shown in FIG. 3 in the state shown in FIG. 1, the spur gear 22 is slid by the sliding lever 23 to the dashed line position. Then, the engagement between the spur gear 22 and the middle gear 20 is released.
Then, the roller rotating shaft 9 becomes freely rotatable, and the roller rotating shaft 9, that is, the line winding roller 8 rotates due to the weight of the weight, and the fishing line 12 is guided by the fishing line guide 11 and fed out.
To interrupt, when the sliding lever 23 is returned to the solid line position, the spur gear 22 and the middle gear 20 mesh with each other, and the rotation of the roller rotating shaft 9 stops.
[0010]
In order to wind up the fishing line 12, the switch of the battery cover 5 is turned to the ON side in advance, and the motor 1 is driven by pushing the hoisting switch 6 with the thumb, and the output shaft 14 drives the first bevel gear 15 → the second bevel gear. Rotation is transmitted via bevel gear 16 / small gear 17 → gear gear 19 / medium gear 20.
Further, the spur gear 22 meshing with the middle gear 20 is rotated to rotate the roller rotating shaft 9, so that the winding roller 8 fixed to the roller rotating shaft 9 is rotated.
Thus, the fishing line 12 is guided by the fishing line guide 11 by the rotation of the line winding roller 8 and is wound up. When the thumb of the winding switch 6 is released, the drive of the motor 1 is stopped and the winding of the fishing line 12 is stopped.
[0011]
If the dry battery (not shown) is consumed and the motor 1 is not driven, the fitting cylinder 26 of the crank-shaped manual lever 25 shown in FIG. 1 is fitted to the manual gear 7 of the roller rotating shaft 9. Then, the manual lever 25 is set to be usable.
The manual lever 25 may be always attached to the manual gear 7, but it is better to remove the manual lever 25 because it becomes an obstacle when it is used electrically.
Then, the sliding lever 23 is rotated from the solid line position to the one-dot chain line position to disengage the middle gear 20 and the spur gear 22 from each other, and the manual lever 25 is turned to directly rotate the roller rotating shaft 9. The line winding roller 8 is rotated to guide the fishing line 12 to the fishing line guide 11 and wind it up.
The manual lever 25 can be freely used as needed, even when the motor 1 is not driven due to exhaustion of the dry battery.
[0012]
【effect】
As described above, the electric fishing rod of the present invention is capable of winding and unwinding a fishing line without raising or lowering the fishing rod when winding and unwinding the fishing line, and can also perform winding and unwinding manually and has a simple structure. .
