Abstract
Description
【0001】

Therefore, the present invention has been devised. In the vicinity of the fully closed position of the slide door, the bent portion is provided near the ball portion of the wire regardless of the bending degree of the guide rail that draws the slide door toward the vehicle body. It is an object of the present invention to provide a wire attachment for a wire-driven slide door that can prevent the occurrence of a wobble and reduce the tensile strength, thereby maintaining the durability of the wire.
[0011]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve such an object, a wire attachment (hereinafter abbreviated as “wire attachment” for convenience) of a wire-driven slide door according to claim 1 is a slide that opens and closes by transmitting a traction force through a wire. A mounting bracket body for slidably mounting the door to the side of the vehicle body, a housing holding portion for housing and holding a ball formed at an end of the wire, and the wire is led out from the housing holding portion. And a rotation support having a lead-out slit portion for the rotation, and the rotation support is rotatably attached to the mounting bracket body.
According to the wire mounting device of the first aspect, since the slide door approaches the fully closed position of the vehicle body, the direction in which the wire is led out is different from the traveling direction of the mounting bracket body. In this case, the rotation support rotates with respect to the mounting bracket, and further, the lead-out direction of the wire held by the rotation support also rotates with respect to the mounting bracket. Therefore, a bent portion of the wire is prevented from being generated irrespective of how the guide rail for pulling the slide door toward the vehicle body is bent.
According to a second aspect of the present invention, there is provided the wire mounting tool according to the first aspect, wherein the rotating support body is formed in a cylindrical shape with a cylindrical holding holding portion being bored in the mounting bracket body. The housing holding portion and the fitting hole are attached by being buried in the fitting hole so that the coefficient of friction of the contact surface thereof is reduced.
And since it is comprised in this way, according to the wire mounting tool of Claim 2, it acts similarly to the wire mounting tool of Claim 1, and also the lead-out direction of a wire and the advancing direction of a mounting bracket body. When the directions are different, the housing holding portion constituting the rotation support body smoothly rotates in the fitting hole formed in the mounting bracket body.
According to a third aspect of the present invention, there is provided the wire mounting tool according to the second aspect, wherein the mounting bracket body is formed with a fan-shaped outlet which communicates with the fitting hole and extends toward the outer edge of the mounting bracket body. ing.
And since it is comprised in this way, according to the wire attachment of Claim 3, it acts similarly to the wire attachment of Claim 2, and also when the accommodating holding part rotates, the lead-out slit. The wire led out swings inside the outlet, thereby preventing the wire from interfering with the mounting bracket body.
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, there is provided the wire mounting tool according to the first aspect, wherein the rotation support body includes a hook-shaped hooking portion, and the hooking portion is provided on a shaft of the mounting bracket body. It is attached by being rotatably hung on a part.
And since it is comprised in this way, according to the wire attachment of Claim 4, it acts similarly to the wire attachment of Claim 1, and also the lead-out direction of a wire and the advancing direction of a mounting bracket body. When the direction is different, the rotation support member that is rotatably mounted on the shaft portion of the mounting bracket body is rotated by the mounting portion.
According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, there is provided the wire mounting tool according to the fourth aspect, wherein the hooking portion has a locking concave portion for locking a wire ball portion on an inner curved surface thereof, The storage holding section is constituted by the locking recess.
According to the wire mounting device of the fifth aspect, since the wire mounting portion operates in the same manner as the wire mounting portion of the fourth aspect, the wire ball portion engages with the locking recess. When stopped, the wire ball portion forms a stopper, which prevents the shaft portion of the mounting bracket body from coming off the hooking portion. As a result, inadvertent separation between the rotation support and the mounting bracket is prevented.

According to the wire mounting device of the first aspect, the rotating support having the holding portion for holding and holding the ball portion of the wire and the lead-out slit portion for leading the wire slides the slide door with respect to the side of the vehicle body. It is rotatably attached to the mounting bracket body as much as possible. Therefore, even when the sliding door approaches the fully closed position due to transmission of the traction force through the wire and the direction in which the wire is led out to the mounting bracket body changes, the guide rail curved portion for retracting the sliding door into the vehicle body side. Irrespective of the degree of bending, it is possible to prevent a bent portion from being generated in the wire, and it is possible to maintain the durability of the wire.
According to the wire mounting device of the second aspect, in addition to the effects achieved by the wire mounting device of the first aspect, the cylindrical housing holding portion is provided in the cylindrical fitting hole formed in the mounting bracket body. Since the fitting is performed and the friction coefficient between the fitting hole and the abutting surface of the housing holding portion is reduced, the rotation support body can be smoothly rotated with respect to the mounting bracket body. In addition, there is an effect that it is possible to prevent the end portion (ball portion) of the wire from rubbing against the mounting bracket body and being deteriorated by abrasion.
According to the wire mounting device of the third aspect, in addition to the effect of the wire mounting device of the second aspect, a fan-shaped conductive member that communicates with the fitting hole in the mounting bracket body and expands toward the outer edge of the mounting bracket body. Since the outlet is formed, it is possible to prevent the wire from interfering with the mounting bracket body, and to prevent the wire from being bent.
According to the wire mounting device of the fourth aspect, in addition to the effect of the wire mounting device of the first aspect, the rotation support member is hooked on the shaft portion of the mounting bracket body. Is attached to the mounting bracket body, so that the rotation support body can be smoothly rotated with respect to the mounting bracket body.
In addition, it is not necessary to form a loop at the end of the wire, and it is possible to prevent the loop and the vicinity thereof from rubbing against the shaft of the mounting bracket body, thereby preventing wear and deterioration.
According to the wire mounting tool of the fifth aspect, in addition to the effect of the wire mounting tool of the fourth aspect, a locking recess for locking the ball portion of the wire is formed on the inner wall surface side. Therefore, when the wire ball is locked to the locking recess, a stopper is formed by the wire ball, and it is possible to prevent the hook from coming off the shaft of the mounting bracket body, As a result, it is possible to prevent an inadvertent separation between the rotation support body and the mounting bracket body. Further, even after the mounting bracket body is assembled to the slide door, the end of the wire can be fixedly mounted on the slide door via the mounting bracket body, and as a result, the assembling workability can be improved. Also play.
