挿入する際に孔部がトイレットペーパーで隠れてしま
い、その位置が目視で確認できず、芯なしのトイレット
ペーパーの取り付けに手間がかかっていた。しかも、取
り付けが確実になされたかどうかの確認もできないた
め、トイレットペーパーの回転時に芯なしペーパー用軸
が孔部から外れてしまうという煩わさがあった。 【０００４】本発明は上記の点に鑑みてなされたもので
あり、その目的とするところは、芯なしペーパー用軸を
ペーパーホルダー本体の内側面にワンタッチでしかも確
実に取り付けることができるペーパーホルダーを提供す
るにあり、また別の目的とするところは、芯なしペーパ
ー用軸を使用しないときに、トイレットペーパーと接触
しない位置に収まり良く収納でき、また、芯ありのトイ
レットペーパーと芯なしのトイレットペーパーの両方の
使用ができ、さらにトイレットペーパーが残り少なくな
ったときにはトイレットペーパーの回転を止めてカット
し易くすることができ、使い勝手が良好なペーパーホル
ダーを提供するにある。 【０００５】 【課題を解決するための手段】上記課題を解決するため
に本発明は、芯なしのトイレットペーパー３の中心に設
けた穴部３ａに挿入される芯なしペーパー用軸５を取り
付けることができるペーパーホルダーであって、ペーパ
ーホルダー本体２の内側面２aに、下方からの押し上げ
によって上方に回動して芯ありのトイレットペーパー４
の芯部４ａに挿通する芯ありペーパー用保持具９を回動
自在に取り付け、芯ありペーパー用保持具９の下方近傍
に軸取付部８が設けられ、芯ありペーパー用保持具９
は、芯なしのトイレットペーパーの使用時においてペー
パー径Ｌが小さくなったときに軸取付部８に取り付けら
れた芯なしペーパー用軸５に接近して該トイレットペー
パーの外周面に接触可能となっていることを特徴として
おり、このように構成することで、芯なしのトイレット
ペーパー３だけでなく、芯ありのトイレットペーパー４
にも使用できるようになる。またトイレットペーパー３
が残り少なくなったときでも芯ありペーパー用保持具９
を利用して芯なしのトイレットペーパー３の空回りを防
止でき、カットがし易くなる。 【０００６】 【０００７】 【０００８】 【０００９】 【００１０】 【発明の実施の形態】以下、本発明の実施の形態を説明
する。 【００１１】本実施形態のペーパーホルダー１は、芯あ
りのトイレットペーパーにも芯なしのトイレットペーパ

向から下方への回動が阻止されており、横方向から上方

に、内蔵したバネによって下方への回動力が付与されて

９の上向き状態では芯ありペーパー用保持具９全体が支
持板１３の内側面２aに凹設された凹溝１５内に収納さ
れ、また横向き状態ではガイド部６よりも内方に突出し
て芯ありのトイレットペーパー４の芯部４ａを支持でき

ットペーパー３の使用時においてペーパー径Ｌが小さく
なったときに図３のように軸取付部８に取り付けられた
芯なしペーパー用軸５に芯ありペーパー用保持具９が接
近して、トイレットペーパー３の外周面に接触してトイ
レットペーパー３の空回りを防止できるようになってい

（ｂ）に示すように、トイレットペーパーの誘導部１１
が設けられている。誘導部１１の上端部はガイドリブ７
の前端部に連設され、下方になる程支持板１３の内側面

をペーパーホルダー本体２内に下方からスムーズに誘導

た略Ｕ字状のリブ形状をしており、芯なしペーパー用軸
５を使用しないときには芯なしペーパー用軸５の両端部
を収納するために用いられる。なお、軸収納部１０はガ
イドリブ７と必ずしも連続させる必要はない。 【００１９】次に、先ず、芯ありのトイレットペーパー
４を取り付ける際には、図５のようにペーパーホルダー
本体２の下方からトイレットペーパー４を挿入する。こ
のとき左右のガイドリブ７の前端部の下方には、テーパ
ー形状の誘導部１１（図２）が設けられているので、ト
イレットペーパー４をガイドリブ７に引掛けたりするこ
となくペーパーホルダー本体２内にスムーズに挿入でき
るようになる。そして、トイレットペーパー４を押し上
げると、芯ありペーパー用保持具９が一旦上方に回動
し、トイレットペーパー４の芯部４ａが芯ありペーパー
用保持具９の先端に達したところでトイレットペーパー
４を下げると、芯ありペーパー用保持具９が下方に回動
して芯部４ａ内に挿入され、トイレットペーパー４が回
