Description

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an electric wrench and, more particularly, to a technique that makes it possible to easily remove an electric wrench from a nut tightening operation site when the nut tightening operation is completed.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As an electric wrench used for a nut tightening operation, a main body containing a motor, a head connected to the main body and having a head opening, and a socket rotatably provided on the head are provided. Known structures are known. A socket opening is formed in the socket, and the nut inserted into the socket receives a tightening torque when the socket rotates in the head via a motor.
[0003]
In the conventional electric wrench, the rotation of the socket portion is stopped when the tightening operation is completed, so that the socket opening accommodating the nut may not face the head opening. If the opening phases of the socket opening and the head opening do not match, in the conventional electric wrench, the motor is driven in reverse to rotate the socket until the socket opening reaches a position facing the head opening. According to this method, in order to match the opening phases of the socket opening and the head opening, a complicated operation of performing a reverse rotation driving operation of the motor every time the fastening operation is completed is required, and there is room for improvement.

[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention has been made in view of such a point, and an object of the present invention is to provide a technique capable of easily adjusting the opening phases of a socket opening and a head opening in an electric wrench.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the invention described in each claim is configured.
According to the first aspect of the present invention, an electric wrench having a motor, a main body, motor drive control means, a head, and a socket is configured. The main body accommodates the motor. The head is connected to the main body and has a head opening. The head portion may be directly connected to the main body portion, or may be indirectly connected via a gear housing or the like that accommodates a transmission mechanism that changes and transmits the rotation of the motor or another functional member. The main body and the head may be connected in a straight line or may be connected in an intersecting manner. The socket is rotatably provided in the head portion and is configured to have a socket opening facing the head opening. The motor is rotated in the head by the driving of the motor, so that the work to be mounted on the socket is tightened. Typically, in a state where the socket opening faces the head opening, in other words, in a state where the opening phases of the socket opening and the head opening match, an object to be worked such as a nut from the outside of the electric wrench. By disposing the work object in the socket and rotating the socket in the head in this state, the work object is tightened to the adherend. The head opening and the socket opening are preferably set to dimensions allowing insertion and engagement of the work object, respectively.
[0007]
The motor drive control means in the present invention is configured to, when the work object is removed from the socket, drive the motor so that the socket opening faces the head opening to rotate the socket. By rotating the socket, the socket opening faces the head opening, that is, the opening phases of both openings match, and, for example, when the tightening work is completed, the electric wrench is used to tighten the work area. It can be easily removed from the device. In particular, when the work to be tightened is to be attached to a long object, for example, when performing the work of tightening a nut in a pipe-like structure, when the opening phases of the socket opening and the head opening match. This is useful because the electric wrench can be removed only in the radial direction of the work object.
[0008]
According to the present invention, when the work target is set in a state of being detached from the socket, the motor drive control means drives the motor so that the socket opening faces the head opening and rotates the socket easily. A state where the electric wrench can be removed from the work object is obtained. In particular, in the present invention, when the work object is detached from the socket, the phase of the opening is automatically adjusted through the motor drive by the motor drive control means, for example, by a mechanical means such as an urging spring or a floating piece. Compared to a configuration in which the socket is rotated, the phases of both openings can be adjusted with a simpler structure, which is reasonable. The motor drive control means according to the present invention includes a motor drive control unit for performing a nut tightening operation, and a motor drive control unit for performing socket rotation when the nut is removed from the socket. It may be set separately, or one motor drive control unit may perform drive control at the time of fastening work and socket rotation control at the end of work.
[0009]
(Invention of claim 2)
According to the second aspect of the present invention, in the electric wrench according to the first aspect, the first detecting means for detecting a state in which the work object is detached from the socket, and the relative position between the socket opening and the head opening. And a second detecting means for detecting a physical positional relationship. When the first detecting means detects that the work object has detached from the socket, the motor drive control is performed until the second detecting means detects that the socket opening faces the head opening. Means drives the motor to rotate the socket. In other words, the detachment of the work object from the socket and the adjustment of the opening phase of the socket opening and the head opening can be automatically performed in cooperation with the respective detecting means. It has become possible to further improve.
[0010]
(Invention of claim 3)
According to the third aspect of the present invention, in the electric wrench according to the first or second aspect, the first opening and the second opening of the electric wrench may be configured such that when the work object is detached from the socket, the socket opening is closed. It is configured to further include a single switch for detecting that the opening phases of the head openings match. "Single switch" means that the switch that is turned on when the work object is placed in the socket and the switch that detects that the opening phase of the socket opening matches the opening phase of the head opening are the same. , Does not prevent that another detection switch is arranged. According to the present invention, the work object is detached from the socket, so that the opening phases of the socket opening and the head opening can be automatically matched, and a structure for constructing such an automatic mechanism. Can be simplified as much as possible.
