Abstract
Description
【0001】

An object of the present invention is to provide a molding die.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, in the molding method according to the first aspect of the present invention,
A plurality of divided bodies (31, 32) obtained by dividing the hollow molded product (3) are formed at different positions in the mold (A) corresponding to the divided bodies (31, 32), respectively. 254, 151) and the first female mold part (153, 252).
The plurality of divided bodies (31, 32) are brought into contact with each other by combining the first female mold parts (153, 252) while leaving the plurality of divided bodies (31, 32) formed in the first molding step, A resin flow path (330) is formed on the periphery of the contact portion of the plurality of divided bodies (31, 32), and the resin flow path (330) is filled with a molten resin, and the plurality of divided bodies (31, 32) are filled. A) a first welding step of welding each other;

[0008]
According to this, the position where the plurality of divided bodies (31, 32) are welded to form the hollow molded article (3) is the same in the first step group and the second step group. Therefore, when providing a mechanism related to the mold release of the hollow molded product (3), a common mechanism may be provided at the same position for each process group. In this way, it is possible to suppress an increase in the size of the mold even when a mechanism relating to mold release is provided.
[0009]
In the molding method according to the second aspect of the present invention,
The mold (A) is composed of a fixed mold (1) and a movable mold (2) for performing mold matching on a mold-matching surface when performing the first process group and the second process group. Has a fixed-side slide member (14) slidable on the mold-matching surface in the direction in which the mold-matching surface extends, and the movable mold (2) has a movable-side slidable on the mold-matching surface in the direction in which the mold-matching surface extends. Between the time of performing the first step group and the time of performing the second step group, the fixed-side slide member (14) and the movable-side slide member (24) are respectively slid so that the first welding step in the first welding step is performed. It is characterized in that the combination position between the one female mold parts (153, 252) and the combination position between the second female mold parts (152, 253) in the second welding step are the same.
[0010]
As described above, by sliding the fixed-side slide member (14) and the movable-side slide member (24), respectively, the combined position of the first female mold parts (153, 252) in the first welding step and the second The combined position of the second female mold parts (152, 253) in the welding step can be easily set to the same position.
[0011]
In the molding method according to the third aspect,
The first female mold part (153) and the second female mold part (152) each have a movable slide core part (152a, 153a) to facilitate release of the hollow molded product (3),
After the first welding step or the second welding step, when the hollow molded product (3) is released from the mold, only the slide core part (153a) at the same position among the slide core parts (152a, 153a) is removed. It is characterized by being moved.
[0012]
According to this, a mechanism for moving the slide core portions (152a, 153a) when releasing the hollow molded product (3) may be provided only at the same position of the mold (A). Therefore, it is possible to suppress an increase in the size of the mold.
[0013]
In the molding method according to the fourth aspect of the present invention,
