上記の課題を解決するために、本発明の整髪剤(請求項1)は、水にトルマリン鉱石の粉末と銀の粉末及びホウ酸を溶かし込んだ水溶液(Na950mg〜0.1mg/l Si800mg〜0.01mg/l Ca980mg〜0.01mg/l Ag0.9mg〜1ug B8000mg〜0.1mg/l)である。
